This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture, Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. Based on the total employee population of PT. Estadana Venture Branch Kotabunan North Sulawesi as many as 34 people, the researchers took the total population to be used as research samples. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi; work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi and 43.4% job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Branch Kotabunan North Sulawesi can be explained by the variables of compensation and work environment. While the remaining 56.6% the influence of other variables that are not in the study

Hospitals must continue to develop in order to improve the quality of hospital services. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction of nurses at Bahteramas Hospital, Kendari City. Quantitative research method with cross sectional study approach with relative random sampling technique. Data analysis using Chi-Square test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between transformational leadership and nurse job satisfaction (p=0.001), structural empowerment and nurse job satisfaction (p=0.001); ideal professional practice with nurse job satisfaction (p = 0.001); innovation with nurse job satisfaction (p=0.013); and empirical quality with nurse job satisfaction (p = 0.017). The conclusion is that the determinant analysis states that there is a relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction of nurses.

Abstract: University of Jember (UNEJ) is the only state university in Jember Regency under the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Republic of Indonesia. The administration staffs, especially the temporary educational staffs, have a significant role in performing administration service to support the educational system of the university. The objective of this research is to significantly examine the direct influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on work effectiveness and indirect influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on work effectiveness through work satisfaction. This is an explanatory quantitative research with the sample consisted of 180  temporary educational  staff at University of Jember. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results show that compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and work effectiveness; motivation has a  positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and work effectiveness; work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and work effectiveness; and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness. The Effect of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variables in PD. Center Optikal Serang. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable in PD. Center Optikal Serang. The sample in this study as many as 50 respondents taken by census of the total population of employees in the PD. Center Optikal Serang  . The method of analysis used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) by testing the t-statistics. The analyzer uses SEM-PLS Version software. 20. The results showed that the compensation did not affect the employee's performance because t statistics (1,421 1,96) and p values (0,162) 0,05. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction because the statistical t value (6,855) 1,96) and p values (0,000) 0,05. The physical work environment has no effect on satisfaction due to the statistical t value (0.846) 1.96), as well as the p values (0.401) 0.05. the physical work environment has an effect on the employee's performance because the statistic t value (2,83 6 1,96) and p values (0,007 0,05) job satisfaction influence to employee performance because of t statistic value (3,198) 1,96). Similarly, the value of p values (0.002) 0.05.

The purpose of this research is to examine the positive effects of leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate on lecturer performance through Pamulang University’s job satisfaction. Researchers used the quantitative research method in this study. The data was collected by using questionnaires distributed through surveys. Proportional random sampling was used, earning 135 samples, and partial least squares (PLS) were used for statistical analysis. The results show that leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate have an impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects the performance of lecturers. Leadership style, work environment, and organizational atmosphere will also affect the performance of lecturers. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate on lecturer performance. This research is expected to be a recommendation for Pamulang University on how to improve lecturer performance which can be tried by improving leadership style, work environment, organizational climate, and job satisfaction.

This assessment intends to see the influence of vertical communication and work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The study used three variables, namely vertical communication, work environment and job satisfaction. This assessment is a descriptive quantitative research. There is a population of 79 teachers in this study, with sampling using a total sampling technique. Then obtained a sample of 79 teachers. The data collection technique used a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, to see which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The acquisition of this study obtained: 1) vertical communication has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 2) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang as seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 3) vertical communication and work environment together have  a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value . 0.000 <0.05.Keywords : komunikasi vertikal, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational support perception and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variabel in the Pamong Praja Police Unit of Yogyakarta City.The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work stress on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was 63 employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Palu. The results of regression analysis show that the work environment, work culture, job satisfaction, and job stress partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and work discipline do not have a significant effect on employee performance. The results can be used as a source of information in determining company policies to improve employee performance. In addition, these findings can be used as a reference for further research interested in discussing employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (a) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, (b) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, (c) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei yang dilakukan terhadap 63 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data ialah statistik dengan pendekatan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh faktor motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, yakni sebesar 14,54 %. (2) Terdapat pengaruh faktor budaya organisasi, yakni budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, sebesar 24,68 persen. (3) Terdapat pengaruh faktor lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (4) Terdapat pengaruh faktor kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, yakni sebesar 13,88 persen. Hasil analisis dari nilai koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa kontribusi faktor motivasi guru, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, sebesar 70,4 %, sementara sisanya (nilai residu) dari peran variabel yang tidak diteliti sebesar 29,6%. Nilai residu tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel kinerja guru, seperti iklim organisasi, fasilitas kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan.AbstractThis study aims to determine (a) the influence of motivation on teacher performance, (b) the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, (c) the effect of work environment on teacher performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research is quantitative research with a survey conducted on 63 teachers. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The method of data analysis used is statistics with a path analysis approach. The results showed that (1) there is an influence of teacher work motivation factors on teacher performance, which is equal to 14.54%. (2) There is an influence of organizational culture factors, namely school culture on teacher performance, amounting to 24.68 percent. (3) There is an influence of work environment factors on teacher performance. (4) There is an influence of job satisfaction factors on performance, which is equal to 13.88 percent. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination explain that the contribution of teacher motivation factors, organizational culture and work environment, and job satisfaction to teacher performance is 70.4%, while the rest (residual value) from the role of the variables not studied was 29.6%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can influence teacher performance variables, such as organizational climate, work facilities, education, and training.

The object of this research is to obtain information about the effect of work environment on job satisfaction. It was quantitative research with survey method inThe State Islamic Institute Kendari southeast Sulawesi.The research was conducted to all lecturer of The State Islamic Institute Kendari Southeast Sulawesi  by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis.There is76 employees are used as a sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Patient safety is a global issue where the achievement is low, so that it needs to implement a patient safety culture. The patient safety culture is measured based on 12 elements of the patient's safety culture according to AHRQ and the application of 6 patient safety goals. Perceived causes of the problem is the work environment, team work, leadership, job satisfaction and job stress. At RSU Dharma Yadnya Denpasar, the staff's perception about patient safety culture is not known yet, but the incident rate is still high. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of determinant of factor which is related to patient safety culture. This research method is quantitative research with cross sectional design which analyzed by PLS, with sample of nurses and midwife implementer which is 72 respondent. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between work team, leadership, and work stress with the patient safety culture, respectively 3.707, 12.647, and 3.135> T Statistics 1.96. While there is no significant relation between work environment and job satisfaction with patient safety culture equal to 1,336 and 0,328 <T Statistic 1,96. This study concludes that teamwork, decreased levels of work stress and the application of transformational leadership models need to be applied in an effort to improve the patient safety culture in the hospital.
