This research was conducted with the background that the Al-Qur'an is the main source of Islamic teachings and a way of life for every Muslim. The ability to read the Koran for children is the basis for themselves or to be conveyed to others. Based on the background of the problem above, the authors conducted research with the aim of implementing the reading and writing guidance of the Qur'an (BTQ) through the Ummi method and the Iqro method in the main cendikia junior high school, Langseb village, Lebakwangi district, Kuninga district. performance). Based on the data, data analysis, and discussion, the results of the study concluded that there was a very significant difference in the reading and writing activities of the Qur'an between using the Iqro Method and the Ummi Method at SMK Cendikia Utama, Lebakwangi Kuningan District. The use of the Ummi Method is more effective in learning to read and write the Qur'an than the Iqro Method. This is evident from the average value achieved using the Ummi Method (86.3) while using the Iqro Method (77.5). The comparative test results show that the average of the Ummi Method is 86.25 and the average of the Iqro Method is 77.50. In absolute terms it is clear that the average student uses the Ummi method is different from those using the Iqro method. From the SPSS output it is known that the t value on Equal variances not assumed is 2.669 with a significant probability of 0.011 (2-tail). So it can be concluded that on average students who use the Ummi Method have different grades against students who use the Iqro method. Or it can be said that the final score of students using the Ummi method is significantly higher than students who use the Iqro method. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan latar belakang Al-Qur’an adalah  sumber  utama  ajaran Islam dan pedoman hidup bagi setiap muslim, kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an bagi anak-anak merupakan dasar bagi dirinya sendiri atau untuk disampaikan kepada orang lain,. Berdasarkan latarbelakang masalah diatas penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan pelaksanaan bimbingan  baca tulis al qur’an( btq ) melalui metode ummi dan metode iqro  di smk cendikia utama desa langseb kecamatan lebakwangi kebupaten kuninga Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis studi komparatif dengan instrumen berupa tes perbuatan (unjuk kerja). Berdasarkan data, analisis data, dan pembahasan, hasil penelitian disimpulkan Terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan kegiatan Baca Tulis Al Qur’an antara menggunakan Metode Iqro dengan Metode Ummi di SMK Cendikia Utama Kecamatan Lebakwangi Kuningan. Penggunaan Metode Ummi lebih epektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran baca tulis Al Qur’an daripada Metode Iqro. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai rata-rata yang dicapai, menggunakan Metode Ummi (86,3) sedangkan menggunakan Metode Iqro (77,5). Hasil Uji Komparasi bahwa rata-rata Metode Ummi sebesar 86,25 dan rata-rata Metode Iqro sebesar 77,50. Secara absolut jelas terlihat bahwa rata-rata siswa menggunakan metode Ummi berbeda dengan yang menggunakan metode Iqro. Dari output SPSS diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung pada Equal variances not assumed adalah 2,669 dengan probabilitas signifikan sebesar 0,011 (2-tail). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata siswa yang menggunakan Metode Ummi memiliki nilai yang berbeda terhadap siswa yang menggunakan metode Iqro. Atau dapat dikatakan bahwa nilai akhir siswa yang menggunakan metode Ummi lebih tinggi secara signifikan dari pada siswa yang menggunakan metode Iqro.

Reading aloud skills can be applied in learning to read news texts. The purpose of this study is to improve students' reading learning and improve students' reading skills in news texts by using appearance method through running text media. This study uses a class action research design which is commonly called CAR. This classroom action research is carried out in four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results of this study indicated an increase in the ability to read news texts by using method of appearance through running text media. This increase can be proven based on the results of tests conducted by class VIII H students of Junior High School 2 Tengaran which includes cycle I tests and cycle II tests. The test results in the first cycle showed that the classical average value of reading news texts is 65.63. Then, in cycle II test, the classical average value of reading the news text reached 80.93. The increase in test results was also followed by a positive changes in students' behavior of class VIII H at Junior High School 2 Tengaran after learning to read news texts with appearance method through the running text media.

This article will describe learning to write auotobiografi text using Contextual Teaching and Learning approach. The method used in the research, namely the experiment with the design of One-Group Pretest-Postest. Technique of collecting data in the form of test, observation, and questionnaire. The population in the study of students of class XI SMK Nurul Islam Cianjur, with a sample of 22 students. From the results of the study known the average value of the initial test 60.45 and the average value of the final test 80.91. The result of calculation with t-test known value that is 11,41 and value for t.s 0,05 value t = 1,72 and for t.s 0,01 value t = 2.51. Thus, there is a significant difference between students' ability in learning to write autobiographic text before and after using Contextual Teaching and Learning approach. The difference seen in the final test results is higher than the initial test results. The use of Contextual Teaching and Learning approach also get positive response for students, this can be proved by the percentage of student answers for positive response is greater than negative response, that is 30% of students who choose strongly agree (SS)> 4% of students who choose strongly disagree (STS).Keywords: autobiographic text, contextual

Introduction: Heat-polymerized acrylic resin is the most basic denture material used. One of the mechanical properties of an acrylic resin is its transverse strength. The transverse strength test provides an overview of the material’s durability in accepting the load at mastication. Consumption of tea, especially black tea in the world placed the second most consumed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of black tea on the transverse strength of heat-polymerized acrylic resin. Methods: This research was an experimental laboratory with 24 samples of heat-polymerized acrylic resin plate with the size of 65x10x2.5 mm. The sample was divided into 6 groups, each consisted of 4 samples. The first, second, and the third groups were immersed in aquadest for consecutively 1, 4, and 20 days. The fourth, fifth, and sixth groups were immersed in the black tea for consecutively 1, 4, and 20 days. The transverse strength was tested using the three-point bending method with the Universal Testing Machine. The results of the transverse strength measurement were then analyzed statistically by the One-way ANOVA test and Holm’s sequential Bonferroni posthoc test as an advanced test. Results: The results of the statistical test showed that p<0.05 (p=0.000) which means that the six groups have a significant difference in the average value of the transverse strength. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research was the black tea immersion duration was affecting the transverse strength differences of the heat-polymerized acrylic resin.

Background: Indonesia is a tropical country rich in various vegetables and fruits which are necessary for health because they contain lots of vitamins, minerals and fibers. However, Indonesian children and teenagers do not often pay attention to balanced nutrition, particularly vegetables and fruits. They even tend to choose fast food which may lead to occurrence of obesity. Prevalence of obesity among teenagers becomes an important issue because it persists to adulthood. Impact of obesity is a threat to public health and needs serious attention. Considering the important role of vegetables and fruits for health especially among obese teenagers, awareness on the necessity of consuming those needs to be made and built through nutrition counseling.Objective: The objective of the study was to identify the effects of counseling on the advantages of vegetables and fruits consumption to nutrient intake (energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate and fiber) among obese teenage students of junior high school at Palembang Municipality.Method: The study was quantitative with quasi experimental design. Subject of the study were obese teenage students of junior high school at Palembang Municipality aged 12 – 15 years old. There were 72 respondents of intervention group and 72 respondents of control group. Samples were taken using non random sampling technique. T-test was used to find out effects of counseling to consumption of vegetables and fruits and nutrient intake before and after intervention.Result: Delta average value of fruit consumption and nutrient intake (energy, fat, carbohydrate, and fiber) based on t-test analysis showed significant difference in both groups with p<0.05. Meanwhile, delta average value of vegetable consumption and nutrient intake (protein) did not show significant relationship (p>0.05).Conclusion: Counseling on the advantages of vegetables and fruits affect consumption of fruits and nutrient intake (energy, fat, carbohydrate and fiber).

The research was based on the low value of social studies learning in Public Junior High School in West Bandung regency. The average value of KKM (Minimum Achievement Criteria), that was 66.08 which was still below the value set by LPMP (Education Quality Assurance Institution) that was at least 75. The research was conducted to find out the contribution of facility and learning discipline toward student learning result in social studies learning. This research used quantitative approach and Survey method (explanatory research). Analysis of learning result throughed average of student test results, and analysis of dicipline and learning facilities used questionnaire. The population students were 4231 students from 13 schools that classified SSN (National School Standar) in West Bandung regency. For research samples, there were 256 students from 7 schools. The sampling used Stratified Random Sampling. The results showed that learning facilities contributed to student learning result was 0.191 or 3.6%. The discipline of learning contributed to student learning outcomes was 0.353 or 12.5%. From the results of the study could be concluded that the facilities and discipline of student learning had a significant contribution to student learning result. Therefore the completeness of the facilities and the level of discipline students had to be improved and got attention more.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is three. First, describe the reading skills of the text apresitif fable grade VII SMP Negeri 30 Padang. Second, describing the writing skills of text fable grade VII students SMP Negeri 30 Padang. Thirdly, describing the contribution of fable text apreciprocative reading skills to text writing skills Fable class VII SMP Negeri 30 Padang.  This type of research is quantitative by a descriptive method. The design used in this study is design contributions. The population of this study is class VII junior high School 30 Padang registered in the school year 2018/2019, which is as many as 254 students. The samples in this study were determined by proportional random sampling of 20% of the population, which is 56 students. This research Data is in the form of scores of test skills read Fable text appreciative and score test results of text writing fable. The results of this study were three. First, the skill of reading a text apresiative fable grade VII students SMP Negeri 30 Padang is in good qualification (B) with an average value of 74.19. Secondly, the writing skills of text fable grade VII students SMP Negeri 30 Padang are in good qualification (B) with an average of 76.64. Thirdly, there is a contribution of reading skills fable text appreciative to the writing skills of text fable grade VII students SMP Negeri 30 Padang amounted to 51.4%. Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, Keterampilan Membaca Apresiatif, Keterampilan Menulis Teks Fabel

This article aims to explore the nationalism among students Islamic Junior High School (MTs) and Junior High School (SMP) in the District of Serang and Serang Municipality. Statistical analysis show that in order to find a comparison between the national insight MTs and SMP students in research location by using Test 't' to sample a large group. Based this study, it is concluded that there was no significant difference between the nationalistic viewpoint MTs and SMP students in Serang Municipality with MTs and SMP students in Serang District. However, basing on the difference between the average value the mean between the two groups of respondents turned out to mean price MTs and SMP student groups in Serang City (204.235) were slightly larger than the mean price of MTs and SMP school student groups in the district of Serang (203.765).

AbstractThis article is intended to measure the effectiveness of using Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution for junior high school students and the improvement of teaching materials, in accordance with the principles of development. As an experimental research, the form of this research is a quasy experiment. The object of this research was 53 students in SMP Kota Singkawang. Data were collected using measurement techniques. This study uses a different test using t-test as a data analysis tool. Based on the SPSS output, the t-test results show that the significance = 0.00 <α 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the pre-test and post-test results. Thus it can be concluded that the effective use of teaching materials has an impact on students' understanding of the material of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution at SMP Kota Singkawang. This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes forehand drive table tennis drives in class VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Medan Academic Year 2018/2019 through Learning Variations This research is a classroom action research. The study was conducted in two cycles, with data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive based on qualitative analysis with the percentage: (1) From the test results of learning before using variations of learning obtained 27 students (90%) who have not reached the level of mastery learning , while 3 students (10%) have reached the level of mastery learning. Then learning is done using variations in learning (2) from the test of learning outcomes through learning variation in the first cycle obtained 14 students (46.67%) who reached the level of mastery learning, while 16 students (53.33%) have not reached the level of mastery learning. With an average value of 70.9. Then the learning variation (3) from the second learning  achievement test in the second cycle contained 21 students (70%) who reached the level of mastery learning, while 9 students (30%) had not reached the level of mastery learning, with an average value of 8. Based on Data analysis can be said that through the variety of learning can improve learning outcomes in Table Tennis Forehand Drive in VIII grade students of Muhammadiyah Middle School 3 Medan Academic Year 2018/2019.

<p><em>The learning outcomes of fiction story material for 4th graders of Mandala 02 State Elementary School</em><em> (SDN) Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency were still low. The researcher applied the numbered heads together (NHT) learning model with audio as a media. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) that designed in two cycles. The results showed that their average value of the class during the pre-test was 52.65, increased in the post-test results to 79.28 with an increase in classical learning completeness from 21.88% to 88.57%. Student learning activities in the first cycle of 73.91% increased in the second cycle to 77.76%. The teacher's performance score had reached the indicator of success with the final score in the first cycle of 82.5 increasing in the second cycle to 84.25. The application of the NHT learning model with audio media could improve Indonesian learning of fiction story material.</em></p>
