This paper aims to identify the implementations of interactive learning media on chemical materials based onf android, web and software to improve the learning media in the class. Learning media is one of the learning components that has an important role in Teaching and Learning Activities. The use of media should be a part that must get the attention of the teacher/facilitator in every learning activity. Therefore, the teacher/facilitator needs to learn how to determine learning media in order to make the achievement of learning objectives effective in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract. This journal discusses the development of variations in teaching in increasing learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves an individual (physical and spiritual), learning activities are never carried out without a strong motivation or motivation from within the individual or from outside the individual who participates in learning activities. Therefore, the learning process requires the development and use of variations in teaching to generate student motivation. Variations in teaching include variations in teaching styles, variations in media and materials, and variations in teaching and learning interactions. Motivation has a very important role in learning activities, there is no learning activity without motivation, therefore motivation has a strategic role in achieving the goals or results of learning. Web usability, if evaluation done correctly, can significantly improve the quality of the website. Website containing multimedia for education shoud apply user interfaces that are both easy to learn and easy to use. Multimedia has big role in changing the mindset of a person in learning. Using multimedia, learners get easy to obtain information, adjust information and empower information. Therefore, multimedia is utilized by teachers in developing learning techniques to improve student learning outcomes. For students with self-directed learning, multimedia provides the ease and completeness of the courses in such a way that students can complete the learning independently both at school and at home without the guidance of teachers. The learning independence takes place in how students choose, absorb information, and follow the evaluation quickly and efficiently. The 2013 Curriculum 2013 for Vocational High School (SMK) requires teachers to create engaging teaching and learning activities that students enjoy in the classroom (also called invitation learning environment). The creation of learning activity environment is still problem for most teachers. Various researches reveal that teaching and learning activities will be more effective and easy when assisted by visual tools. Using multimedia, learning material can be presented more attractively that help students understand the material easily. The opposite is found in the learning activity environment who only rely on ordinary lectures. Usability is a quality level of multimedia with easy to learn, easy to use and encourages users to use it. The website Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X is targeted object. Usability website in Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X is important indicators to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and student satisfaction to access the functionality of website. This usability measurement should be done carefully before the design is implemented thoroughly. The only way to get test with high quality results is to start testing at the beginning of the design process and continuously testing each of the next steps. This research performs usability testing on of website by using WAMMI criterion (Website Analysis and Measurement Inventory) and will be focused on how convenience using the website application. Components of Attractiveness, Controllability, Efficiency, Helpfulness, and Learnability are applied. The website in Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X can be in accordance with the purpose to be accepted by student to improve student learning outcomes. The results show that WAMMI method show the usability value of Multimedia Mathematics SMK Class X is about from 70% to 90%.

Learning innovation is an important thing to be possessed by the teacher. This is because through the update that is later success in learning objectives can be delivered optimally. As one of these innovations is the use of learning media. This study was conducted to reveal the effectiveness of the use of audio media in the form of recording readings of short stories on the quality of the learning process of appreciation of the short story. This study used qualitative research methods class action, this study resulted in a conclusion that the audio media can improve the quality of the learning process of short stories with three benchmarks, namely the increasing activity of students during the activity apersepsi, the increased activity of students during the teaching and learning activities, and increased courage students to present the results of its work in the discussion forum.

The Lecture Program Unit (SAP) consists of determining learning objectives, the material to be discussed, how to present it, supporting media and learning resources that can be used. At the end of each teaching and learning activity, for the purposes of monitoring and evaluation, teaching staff are required to write SAP realization in a teaching journal. At STMIK STIKOM Indonesia, the process of writing this teaching journal is done manually. The lecturer filled out the material given in class in a teaching journal. The process is done manually resulting in the process of monitoring and evaluation can not be done regularly. In this research, a Web-based monitoring system for teaching and learning process was developed in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. From the test results obtained, the system built can facilitate lecturer coordinator lecturers to monitor the course of the teaching and learning process. In addition, the system built can also facilitate lecturer coordinator lecturers in conducting the recapitulation process of the suitability of SAP with the realization of SAP written by lecturers supporting courses

In the learning process, passion and interest are one of the most important dynamic aspects. With the enthusiasm and interest in students, learning results will be maximized. Thus, the teacher must know the form of enthusiasm and interest that how should be used to foster student enthusiasm for learning. Given that by providing enthusiasm and interest, students can develop activities and initiatives and can maintain perseverance in conducting learning activities and so students do not feel bored with the subject of Fiqh. These conditions will affect students' understanding of the subject of jurisprudence. If students truly understand and practice what is contained in it that is fiqh, then students will be able to carry out religious commands properly according to the commands of Allah SWT. Departing from the facts and descriptions above, the researchers are interested in studying and conducting research on "Madrasah Teacher's SWOT In Fostering the Spirit of Learning Jurisprudence in Millennial Generation in Tulungagung". In teaching and learning activities, as a teacher of Islamic education, he must be able to optimize his role when in class. One of them is as a motivator, meaning that teachers should be able to provide encouragement to students to be passionate and active in learning. In an effort to provide motivation, the teacher must be able to analyze the motives behind the students who are always lazy to learn and decline in school performance. Motivation can be effective if it is done by paying attention to students' needs. Diversification of ways of learning provides reinforcement and so on, can also provide motivation for students to be more passionate in learning. Besides the lesson material delivered without regard to the use of the method will also make it difficult for teachers to achieve learning objectives.

Teaching and learning activities at school should be interesting and funny, student activities as learning is always enthusiastic in following each subject. But the reality in the field shows another, learning activities that should attract, full of activities, creativity and bright ideas that do not exist, there is only a passive class hanayalah. Teachers are the spearhead in the success of teaching and learning process, therefore teachers are required to be able to innovate and master the various methods in delivering learning meteri that will be conveyed to the students. Lack of variation in the model of learning is one of the factors lazy students in following the teaching and learning process resulting in the level of mastery of student learning. To cultivate the spirit, cheerfulness in learning and not boring required a method of learning such as "shake the dice" as one of the active learning model, is essentially a traditional game with the aim that students in implementing learning is not saturated because this learning invites students to play while learning. This research is a classroom action research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Bone and aims to determine the improvement of students' economic learning outcomes and learning activities using the guided discussion method. The research subjects were students of class XII Social Sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Bone in the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 30 people with varying levels of ability and student absorption. Data retrieval is done by using a test of learning outcomes in the form of an essay. The data collected were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. In addition, to determine the activeness of students in the learning process with the guided discussion method used observation sheets during teaching and learning activities take place. The results showed that: (a) after being given the action with the guided discussion method there was an increase in the average score of the economic learning outcomes of Class XII Social Sciences students at SMA Negeri 1 Bone which at the end of Cycle I was 72.40 to 78.43 at the end of Cycle II. ; (b) an increase in student learning activity in the learning process from Cycle I to Cycle II; and (c) based on the standard category, the score of economic learning outcomes is categorized as high. From the results above, it can be concluded that the guided discussion method can improve economic learning outcomes for Class XII Social Studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Bone ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Bone dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dan aktivitas belajar dengan menggunakan metode diskusi terbimbing. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus dengan langkah-langkah untuk setiap siklus terdiri dari: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar manakala peneliti menemukan permasalahan yang perlu perbaikannya, dapat dilaksanakan pada siklus berikutnya. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bone  pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan tingkat kemampuan dan daya serap siswa yang sangat bervariasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk essay. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Di samping itu, untuk mengetahui keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan metode diskusi terbimbing digunakan lembar observasi selama kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) setelah diberikan tindakan dengan metode diskusi terbimbing terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata hasil hasil belajar ekonomi siswa Kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bone  yang pada akhir Siklus I sebesar 72,40 menjadi 78,43 pada akhir Siklus II; (b) terjadi peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dari Siklus I ke Siklus II; dan (c) berdasarkan kategori standar, perolehan skor hasil belajar ekonomi dikategorikan tinggi. Dari hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode diskusi terbimbing  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa Kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bone

ENGLISHOn the one hand, the development of information and communication technology especially in education sector grows fastly. On the other hand, in practice, the utilization of this technology shows lower results. The objective of this study is to describe the role of interactive learning by using multimedia and the utilization of multimedia in learning activities. Desk research is used as design of this research and it use qualitative approach. Data mainly are collected from the literature and analyzed descriptively. The findings show that the application of multimedia plays an important role to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities. Later, the development of information and communication technology offers various types of interactive learning and the multimedia has the potential to attrach students to involve in learning activity as well as to increase learning outcomes. Finally, there is a neccessity to accelerate the development of human resources in particular teachers so that the utilization of the technology run optimally. INDONESIAPada satu sisi, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi khususnya di dunia pendidikan berkembang dengan cepat. Namun di sisi lain, realitanya pemanfaatan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif masih terbilang rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran media pembelajaran berbasis komputer sekaligus pengembangan dan pemanfaatannya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desk research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia sebagai media pembelajaran dapat memberikan kontribusi yang besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar. Perkembangan produk-produk teknologi informasi komunikasi menawarkan berbagai bentuk media pembelajaran yang variatif sekaligus efektif dalam menarik minat peserta didik untuk belajar yang pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penyiapan sumber daya manusia khususnya pengajar yang handal menjadi faktor penting agar pemanfaatan multimedia sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dapat berlangsung secara optimal.

The emergence of Covid-19 some time ago had a huge impact on the world of education. Currently, the pandemic is still not over, but these difficulties cannot stop the nation's obligation to study and attend school. There have been many ways that have been done by the government, educators, and participants in getting around the best way to study during a pandemic. The government also decided that teaching and learning activities be carried out online so that students and teachers can avoid Covid-19. However, studying online is not as easy as it seems. Covid-19 has an effect that is felt by all educational groups, especially students. This study discusses the effects of Covid-19 on all students and learning personnel in teaching and learning activities. In addition, this article also provides an overview of how the proper teaching and learning process should be carried out so that the benefits of the process can be received equally from both parties.

Teaching material is the important component in teaching and learning process, therefore, choosing the correct one will make easy the achievement of the learning objective.  The Education National Standard Foundation (Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan) arranges the basic competence standard which will be achieved in learning process as well as the topics which must be covered in the given teaching material. Every education stage has different material, and it is also different for the learner in different study program who will have different teaching material which is in accordance with the field of study and the expected goal. To achieve the good learning objective, the teacher has right to choose the textbook which is going to be used in the learning activities. However, there are also some schools decide to cooperate with other course institutions in running the Mandarin Language teaching and learning activities. The limitation of the availabality of Mandarin textbook which uses Indonesian language gives certain difficulty to the learners not only for the learning activity but also for the process of transferring the knowledge. The writer tries to describe the teaching material used by Senior High School and to see whether that textbook has fulfilled basic competence standard criteria which is going to be achieved by using discussion method with Senior High Schools teachers. It also tries to enlighten the material inside the textbook which is used by the teacher. The writer hopes there will be Mandarin Language Textbook which meets the basic competence standard which is able to support the learners in order to achieve the objective of  the Mandarin Language learning process in Senior High School.
