This research used qualitative descriptive approach which lead into a field research. BCCT learning in RA Ngalian was regarded as an effective data obtained. It was 73 percent stated agree and the other of 27 percent stated very agree. Constitutionally, supporting factor in applying BCCT method appears in some aspects, such as the location, the headmaster’s competence, and teachers’ competence. As for the implementation in RA (PAUD) of Ngalian District, most of 67 percent of respondents stated agree and the other of 18 percent of respondents stated disagree. The role of teacher as inspiration for their students and as center of learning was not applied yet holistically. The data obtained, it was almost 45 percent of respondents stated agree and 10 percent stated very agree. It means the role of teacher as inspiration was not applied. Meanwhile the weaknesses factor of BCCT learning in RA (PAUD) of Ngalian district was the lack of time management in implementing BCCT method. This took effect in the learning process. The obtained data showed 45 percent stated agree and 9 percent stated very agree. It means that the time management was most recommended in order the BCCT learning could run well. Because of seeing the allotted time was limited, it made students were forced to accomplish some steps being passed. So that, the time management was required. Key words: the application of BCCT, the supporting factor, the weaknesses factor.

This paper raises the issue of how the role of PA lecturers in solving problems of students of Islamic banking study programs majoring in Sharia and Islamic Economics. The method used in this study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The source of important data in this study is the PA lecturer in the Sharia Banking study program which is also called the research informant. The results showed that students had many academic problems, including the problem of taking courses every semester there were pre and no conditions, shortages and excess credits, less cooperative or less familiar with their respective PA lecturers, problems, economics, family there are even personal problems that consult with PA lecturers. The role of PA lecturers in solving the problem of the students in the Islamic Banking study program is quite well, this can be seen from the role of PA lecturers as their student mentors in academic matters that lead to taking courses, as advisors who always remind students in several ways, such as ethical issues , not yet fluent in reading Al-Quran, and as a motivator who always gives motivation to a better future career, their parents' economic problems and their relationship to the late payment of semester fees and others. In general, PA lecturers in the Sharia banking study program have played a role as PA lecturers both as mentors, directors, advisors and motivators in the academic, social, economic and career fields.

This research was conducted to find out how the role of technology and social media in spreading Al-Quran and hadith by the mubalig. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach, while the method of collecting data with observation on the activities of the mubalig and dai who perform religious da’wa activities, both in mosques, langgar, and majlis taklim assemblies held at homes of pilgrims or mubalig house. This research found that, mubalig already flat using technology and social media for the purposes of their da’wah. The preachers use technology and social media for various purposes of da’wa, communicating with the congregation of recitation, to read references of religious material, as well as as a means to store the propagation material which subsequently submitted during the recitation. The last is to make existing apps their devices to recall verses or hadiths that happen to be forgotten when delivering lecture material. The mubalig rate, technology and social media are something positive to use as a medium of communication preaching. So that mubalig are not allergic to technology and social media, even some of them become active users in social media. Similarly, in his own devices there are many applications of the Qur'an and Hadith. Carrying a device is an effective way of learning, carrying the reference of the book, because it does not have to bring a large book of physical to come preach to various places and locations. Technology is considered to be able to connect them with the other ustaz, kiai or religious figures in the same or different organization.

This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach with the title Role of the Principal in Improving PAI Learning during the Corona Pandemic at RA Taam Adinda Kepatihan Menganti Gresik. This study aims to determine the role and strategy of school principals in improving PAI learning during the corona pandemic at RA TAAM Adinda Kepatihan Gresik. The subjects in this study were educators, students, parents, and related parties. The data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the findings of this study can be concluded that the role of the RA Taam Adinda principal in improving Islamic Education learning during the corona pandemic in Kepatihan Menganti Gresik village was as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator that had been implemented properly and by defined goals and plans. The strategies used by the school principal in improving PAI learning during the corona pandemic at RA Taam Adinda Kepatihan Menganti Gresik were improving teaching skills for teachers, optimizing the use of media and educational facilities, carrying out regular supervision, and establishing good cooperation with the community

This research explain about how to apprehends multicultural value’s in Islamic Boarding School Datok Sulaiman Palopo. The main problem’s in this thesis are, how teacher’s apprehension about multicultural educations and what theirs effort to applicate this values in learning process of boarding area beyond formal and non formal studies. This research, writer used qualitative descriptive approach, namely Library Research and Field researches. Subject in this research were principal, teacher, student’s. collecting data was used are observation, interview, and documentation. The investigation of data used cross check technique and descriptive analysis.The result of this research, shows some of important conclusion’s, in the education field, Islamic boarding school Datok Sulaiman Palopo was difficult saw that this institution is modern. The system are combination between traditionally and modern. The people of Pesantren seem take foundation al-muhafadhotu ‘ala qadimi al-salih wa al-akhdu bi jadidi al-aslah (The maintain old something that is considered have good value’s and take a new something for kindness) as standing on. Therefore, bandongan and sorogan learning models as a traditionally system can be apply with classical system as modern characteristic. In thinking, in fact- principle, teacher in the learning processes formal and non formal have appreheanded and practice multicultural value’s in boarding area. Tujuan penelitian  ini untuk  mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran PPKn berbasis kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan w aw ancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Persiapan yang sudah dilakukan oleh SMPN X Lingsar dan guru PPKn melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan Kurikulum  2013 belum sepenuhnya dapat mendukung implementasi Kurikulum 2013 karena guru PPKn kelas VII dan VIII SMPN X Lingsar kurang memahami secara komprehensif dalam menyusun perencanaan  pembelajaran,  kurang  mampu  menerapkan  perencanaan pembelajaran  dalam  kegiatan  pelaksanakan  pembelajaran  dan  belum mampu menilai  proses dan hasil belajar sisw a belajar sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum 2013,   2)  Perangkat  pembelajaran  yang  digunakan oleh  guru  PPKn  belum sepenuhnya lengkap sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum 2013, 3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran  PPKn berdasarkan Kurikulum  2013 belum sepenuhnya terlaksana sesuai dengan Rancangan Pembelajaran, 4) Penilaian proses dan hasil belajar yang dilakukan  oleh guru PPKn belum  terlaksana sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum 2013. AbstractThe purpose of this study to know the implementation Curriculum 2013 PPKn learning   process.  This  study  used   a  qualitative  descriptive  approach.  Data collection techniques w ere used: documentation, observation, and interview . The results of  this study  w ere 1) Preparations are alread y carried out by SMPN X Lingsar  and  teachers PPKn through socialization and training Curriculum  2013 has not been fully able to support the implementation of Curriculum  2013 for teachers  PPKn   class   VII   and   VIII   SMPN   X   Lingsar   less   understood comprehensively  in planning learning, less able to apply the learning plan in the activities of implementing  learning and have not been able to assess the process and learning outcomes of students studying in accordance w ith the demands of Curriculum 2013, 2) Devices of learning used by teachers PPKn yet fully complete in  accordance  w ith  the  demands  of  Curriculum  2013,  3)  implementation  of learning PPKn based Curriculum 2013 w as not carried out in accordance w ith the design of  learning,  4)  learning  process  and  results do ne by teachers terlaksna PPKn not in accordance w ith the demands of Curriculum 2013.Key words: Implementation Curriculum 2013, and Pancasila and civic education

Peran Gender perlu dikenalkan oleh pendidik sejak dini dikarenakan sangat erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan dan pembentukan pola perilaku dan kepribadian anak di masa dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pendidik dalam pembelajaran berbasis gender di Kober Tunas Bangsa. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, pendidik, dan peserta didik di Kober Tunas Bangsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis gender dilaksanakan melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan pendidik tidak bersikap diskriminatif pada permainan peserta didik ketika mereka bermain. Selain itu, tidak ada materi atau tema khusus yang membahas tentang gender di dalam RPPH, karena sesungguhnya semua nilai-nilai gender sudah terintegrasi dalam proses pembelajaran serta pendidik di Kober Tunas Bangsa menggunakan metode yang dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis gender dilakukan secara bervariasi. Since early, gender roles need to be introduced by educators. It relates to the development and formation of child behaviour and personality patterns in adulthood. This study aims to determine the role of educators in gender-based learning in Kober Tunas Bangsa. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Research subjects are the headmaster, educators, and learners in Kober Tunas Bangsa. The results showed that the implementation of gender-based learning was conducted through transparency, habituation and educators are not discriminatory about the learners games when they play. In addition, there is no special material or theme that talks about gender in the RPPH. The fact that all gender values are already integrated into the learning process and the educators at the Kober Tunas Bangsa use varied methods in the gender-based learning process.

AbstractCovid-19 Pandemic was greaty impact on education in Indonesia. The learning process which was performed at the school but now learning do from home with online learning. Using of information technology is very helpful on learning process in the Covid-19 virus. Online based learning used in this study is learning that utilizes the use of Whatsapp in information communication tools. However, there are some obstacles in he process of implementing learning at UPT SDN 1 Margakaya such as not all students can take part in the online learning process because of the weak internet network and not all guardians of students have handphone andenthusiastic in participating in the online based learning process. This research was conducted to determine the role of information technology in online learning during Covid-19 Pandemic of UPT SDN 1 Margakaya. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is that the whatsapp application based learning has an important role in the implementation of learning, the other than that there are factors that greatly influence the learning process when carried out online during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Keywords : Covid-19 Pandemic, Online learning, Information Technology

The development of Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia lately increasing. One reason is the strong belief in the Muslim community that banking and conventional financial institutions contain usury which is prohibited by Islam. The presence of Agritama Srengat Blitar BMT as Syari'ah savings and loans is intended to be a more innovative alternative in financial services, the financing process is also not complicated. The absence of an element of usury to Murabahah financing, and the ease of the process and conditions for financing, does not make more and more bad loans. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, while the type of research is field research, and the method of collecting data is observation, interview and documentation, which is using three steps, data reduction, file presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that: 1). Financing procedures at BMT Agritama Srengat Blitar use 5C analysis (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition) and take into account a maximum radius of 10 km, but this does not apply to existing customers and customers who get recommendations from partners. 2). The implementation of Murabahah financing management has not been in accordance with the murabaha management function which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Where the planning of murabahah financing is devoted to agriculture and animal husbandry, but in practice it is not appropriate, then in the implementation of murabahah financing using a wakalah contract it is signed together with murabahah. And the supervision conducted by BMT Agritama is not routinely visited to the place of business. Keywords : financing manajement, murabahah

In essence, the success of female students in the learning  in Gontor not only with intelligence possessed, but there are other factors that will influence this, that factor was the ability to speak Arabic. Arabic language skills is the ability of a person to has the ability to speak include: the ability of hearing, speech, reading, and writing skills are good and right. One of the parties responsible and plays an important role in instilling the ability to speak Arabic in ITTC Darussalam Gontor is master of class, because master of class is as representative headmaster and Director of KMI. Moreover, a new student class 1 KMI much needed next grade level This research is a qualitative descriptive field research, data collection techniques used are: 1) Interview, 2) Observation, and 3) Documentation. And to analyze the data, researchers use Miles and Huberman, namely: 1) Data Reduction, 2) Presentation of Data, and 3) Withdrawal Conclusion and Verivikasi Data. Therefore, the role and efforts master of class 1 in imparting language skills is required. From the analysis conducted, the researcher concludes that: 1) The role of the homeroom teacher in instilling the ability of the language is very important, and the role is: a) Motivate and teach students to be able to have language skills, b) Teaching Arabic with props and requires students to bring dictionary, c) Provide new vocabulary, d) Provide good example, e) Guarding to participate in the following language activities.

Dermolo as one of the villages in Kembang, Jepara, was ever hit by a conflict under a religious background. This friction involved Islamic and Christian groups. The dispute between the two groups increasingly culminated and seemed to have no end without the presence of the Nation. When the Regional Government of Jepara encountered a deadlock in breaking down this social conflict, the presence of a civil society organization was absolutely necessary. Lakpesdam NU Jepara since 2014 up to now has been trying to extinguish the fire of conflict in Dermolo which was initially triggered by disputes over the use of a worship place. Through a qualitative descriptive approach by utilizing the theory of conflict resolution and multicultural education, this paper finally succeeds in mapping the four multicultural education patterns used by Lakpesdam NU. Those are economic empowerment, religious approaches, empowering women, and empowering village cadres. The result of this academic discourse at the same time provides an alternative methodological offer that can be replicated by the stakeholders of the policy makers, for example the Regional Government and the relevant Regional Apparatus Organization. It can be used as a prototype for civil society organizations and peace activists in settling disputes wrapped in religious sentiment. This kind of inclusive pattern is considered quite successful as a conflict resolution strategy. Lakpesdam NU Jepara is the only institution that has the sympathy of the residents and the Dermolo Government, because it has contributed positively in restoring social harmony between Christian and Islam groups
