Abstrak. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik peran kepemimpinan dan quality of worklife terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan. Dewasa ini, agar mampu bersaing, setiap perusahaan harus beroperasi seefektif dan seefisien mungkin. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 75 orang karyawan divisi HRD & GA PT. Dok Pantai Lamongan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka ditariklah kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini diterima, yang berarti persepsi gaya kepemimpinan dan Quality of Work Life berperan sigifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh nilai F sebesar 37,620, dengan p<0,01 yang berarti bahwa persepsi gaya kepemimpinan dan Quality of Work Life secara simultan berperan positif signifikan terhadap OCB. Sumbangan efektif dari gaya  kepemimpinan  dan quality of work life (R2) secara bersamasama adalah 0,511 atau sebesar 51,1%. Sedangkan secara sendiri-sendiri, sumbangan efektif kepemimpinan terhadap OCB adalah sebesar 16,21%, dan sumbangan efektif  quality of worklife terhadap OCB adalah sebesar 34,88%. Sebanyak 48,9% adalah sumbangan dari faktor-faktor lain yang  masih harus diteliti lebih lanjut.Kata kunci: organizational citizenship behavior, kepemimpinan, teori kepemimpinan  path goal, quality of worklife

<p>ABSTRACT</p><p>This research has a purpose to find out: the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; the effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; the effect of Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; the effect Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using Amos software. Respondents in this study were employees of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta totaling 201 samples using the technique of making samplel Probability sampling.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; there is a positive and significant effect Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; there is a positive and significant effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; there is a positive and significant effect Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; there is a positive and significant effect Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta.</p><p>Keywords: Quality Of Work Life, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction and OCB</p>

This research aims to examine and analyze the influences of transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and quality of work life on the job satisfaction. This research used causal comparative research design with quantitative method. Samples were calculated by the Slovin method and used proportional stratified random sampling. Subjects were 200 manufacturing employees of Polytechnic X. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership,  organizational citizenship behavior, and quality of work life on job satisfaction, both partially or simultaneously. Managerial implications that can be sugestion for Polytechnic X is that management should pay attention the effective transformational leadership especially on individualized consideration dimension, organizational citizenship behaviors especially on cortesy dimension, and quality of working life especially on adequate and fair compensation dimension, to improve employee’s job satisfaction

Purpose This paper is about the development of research by the author in the past with the topic of the influence of spiritual leadership on ethical behavior, quality of work life (QWL), job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach This research is categorized as an explanation (explanatory) research that intends to explain the position of the variables that were analyzed, the relationship and influence of one variable with another variable and the data analysis methods used, such as structural equation modeling (SEM). The population under consideration for this study is all nurses working in three hospitals, totaling 292 people. Findings The results showed There were significant direct influences of spiritual leadership on quality of work life, spiritual leadership on job satisfaction, quality of work life on job satisfaction, quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. Originality/value Originality for this paper shows an explanation (explanatory) research and the method used is SEM to find out the influence of spiritual leadership on ethical behavior, QWL, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. This is a research case study on nursing staff of a private hospital in North Sulawesi, Indonesia.

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the reward, the quality of work life and job satisfaction on lecturer organizational citizenship behavior Polytechnic Naval Postgraduate School and the Naval Command and Staff Colledge Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. Samples of this study were 77 lecturers with selected randomly. It can be concluded that: (1) the reward has a direct influence on the organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, (2) the quality of working life has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (3) job satisfaction has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (4) reward has a direct influence on job satisfaction lecturer, and (5) the quality of work life has a direct influence on job satisfaction of teachers, and (6) the reward has a direct influence on the quality of work life lecturers. Therefore, to improve organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, reward, quality of work life and job satisfaction should be improved.

Service employees as the vanguard that plays an important role in determining the quality or not of public services. Efforts to provide quality public services can not ignore the factors of employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment employees, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of job satisfaction on OCB, (2) influence of organizational commitment to OCB, (3) influence of job satisfaction on public service quality, (4) influence of organizational commitment to public service quality, (5) influence of OCB On the quality of public services, and (6) the indirect influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the quality of public services through OCB. The study was conducted in 3 (three) sub-district offices in Kediri. Samples taken as many as 90 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaire dissemination. The data obtained were analyzed by path analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) job satisfaction has significant effect on OCB, (2) organizational commitment has significant effect to OCB, (3) job satisfaction has significant effect on public service quality, (4) organizational commitment has significant effect on public service quality, OCB has a significant effect on the quality of public services, (6) there is indirect influence of job satisfaction on the quality of public service through OCB, while for organizational commitment there is no indirect influence to the quality of public service through OCB.

Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a variable that can be influenced by job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB alumni level IV leadership training in Banten Province. This research uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The population in this study were 40 respondents and the sample used was 40 respondents. Determination of the sample using total sampling techniques or samples taken from the entire study population. The results of the analysis and interpretation of research data show that the value of the regulatory coefficient of influence on job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) alumni of leadership training level IV is 0.740 thus it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior alumni training, meaning that improvement of satisfaction in IV level leadership training is 0.740. work has an impact on improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni, So Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni can be achieved through job satisfaction.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leadership Training Alumni Level IV
