This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Employee Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of giving compensation to employee performance at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 48 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, using a saturated sample of 48 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 10,271 + 693 + e. The results obtained in this study showed an R2 value of 59.8% and a t-test of 8.270 so it can be concluded that the provision of compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of welfare benefits toward employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City, of 228 people. Then the sample is the author takes 20 percent of the population, of 46 people. Data collection methods are carried out by observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that providing welfare benefits to employees had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of education provided by parents in realizing rational economic behavior of students. The method used is a quantitative approach with a population of 659 students and a sample of 70 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Merauke Area. The sample in this study were 52 respondents, the sampling method used was the technique of total sampling and sampling was done using a Likert Scale, then the data was processed using SPPS version 17 with a simple linear regression analysis technique. From the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 26.133 + 0.269 (X). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the discipline variable (X) is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), this is evidenced by the value of t count, (X) = 3.070 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.5 so ha is accepted and ho is rejected. R Square figures of 15.9% indicate that employee performance can be explained by disciplinary variables, while 84.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.   Keywords: Discipline and Employee Performance.

This study aims to describe and determine the effect on employee performance behavior of leaders in Kendari city GAPENSI Office. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique, namely by taking all of the total population to be sampled totaling 38 people . Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the behavior of the leader of a significant effect on the performance of employees in the office GAPENSI Kendari city. That is the behavior change towards a better leader by providing support and encouragement, response to complaints subordinate leader, the leadership of the response on the advice of subordinat , facility leadership to the creation of a cooperative relationship between subordinate , the response of the leadership over the work of subordinates and fault -led response to the success of the work of subordinates can improve employee performance when observed from the indicators work, the development of competenc, commitmen , additional tasks and critical events.

This study was aimed to find out the effect of price on purchase decisions smartphones. The number of samples is determined by a formula slovin is many as 111 students. Data obtained through field research, the researcher prepares a list of questions related to the problems that exist in the research. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis of a test of determination and partial test (t test) which is operated through the program SPSS version 20. The test results showed that the price of partial positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Zakat on Community Welfare in Muara Dua Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City. This study uses primary data. The sample in this study is 28 respondents who are selected using Census sampling technique. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This research aims to identify the effect advertising through social media, particularly Youtube, on purchase intention towards Pantene shampoo. The objects of this research object are the students of Bachelor Degree at Business Department of Telkom University in 2013-2015. This research used quantitative method with primary data gathered by questionnaire. The data collection of 100 respondents was conducted based on probability random sampling and analysed simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that social media advertising via Youtube give positive effect on purchase intention.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan melalui media sosial <em>Youtube</em> terhadap minat beli sampo Pantene. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dengan populasi mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Telkom pada tahun 2013-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian adalah data primer dengan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel sejumlah 100 responden dilakukan dengan metode <em>probability sampling</em> khususnya <em>proportionate random sampling </em>yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan melalui media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli.</p>
