In modern warfare, when the weapon system and the targets are constantly being improved and upgraded, ensuring the distribution of firepower to optimally destroy the target will help the commander to make quick and accurate decisions, thereby improving combat effectiveness. This paper proposes a method to build a command-control automatic system based on solving the weapon target assignment (WTA) problem in a combination of short and medium-range air defense missile systems so that the total damage of targets is maximum and the damage of protected area is minimum. Based on combinatorial optimization algorithms, the probability of kill, linear programming method using Hungarian algorithm, the paper presents a mathematical model of WTA and its optimal solution for short- and medium-range air defense missile systems serving the training simulation problem, thereby giving the results of evaluating the effectiveness of the algorithm.

This study aims to optimize processed fishery products in Teluk Santoni Village with a constraint factor: Fish Resources (SDI) availability. The analytical tool used in this research is linear programming, maximizing the profit of processed fishery products with limitations on the availability of human resources, production capacity, and total production costs. Based on the results of data analysis with the help of the Linear Program Solver (LiPS) software, it was found that to obtain maximum profit, the strategy that needs to be done is to produce crabs 10/3 times the average amount, 2.5 times salty, empek-empek and shrimp paste, produced two times the usual production amount and did not produce shredded fish and fish crackers. The total profit obtained from the optimization is Rp. 18.85 million per month. KEYWORDS: optimization, processed fishery products, linear programming

Abstract The research aims to study the optimal allocation of irrigation water that is used to irrigate various agricultural crops at the level of Iraq. In order to achieve the research aim, two economic models were formulated according to the Simplex Algorithm. The two models included forty agricultural crops, which were restricted by twenty specific production resources. The estimated results indicated that there is a surplus of the water resource for both the actual crop composition plan and the proposed basic plans for the two estimated models amounting to about 30.943, 35.357 and 31.097 billion cubic meters for each plan, respectively, compared to the quantities of water available for agricultural use. The results of the analysis of the two estimated models indicated to prefer the results of plans with legislative restrictions due to the expansion of the area of strategic and important crops for local consumption, with less needs of water.

Feed formula design is the core technology of accurate feeding management of livestock and poultry. High quality feed formula can not only improve the comprehensive and effective utilization of feed, give full play to the growth performance of animals, but also reduce production costs, so as to improve the economic benefits of farmers. Due to the characteristics of fast convergence speed and strong optimization ability of particle swarm optimization algorithm, this paper adopts particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the pig feed formula, and builds the simulation model of the pig feed formula through Matlab to find the optimal solution for the feed formula. At the same time, compared with the traditional linear programming method, the simulation results show that, compared with the traditional linear programming method, the particle swarm optimization algorithm has better optimization results in solving the feed formulation problem.

Abstract The industrial sector of the Polish economy plays an important role in ensuring the socio-economic development of the country. The Polish industry accounts for 24.1 % of the country’s employed population and 25.1 % of the GVA. The article aims to model the structural parameters of the Polish industrial sector according to the criterion of increasing product innovation level based on a comprehensive assessment of the Polish industry performance in the regional context. The offered method focuses on estimating the industrial sector at the macro and meso levels using a set of indicators for investment, innovation, labour activity, and profitability. Correlation-regression analysis methods were used to prove hypotheses about the impact of product innovation on employment and wages in the industry. To optimise the structure of the Polish industrial sector, an economic-mathematical model was developed, which was solved using the linear programming method. The target functionality of this model is the level of product innovation, at which the gross average monthly wage of Polish industry workers will double (to the EU average). The simulation results, which was based on data from the Central Statistical Office of Poland, provide an analytical basis for selecting industrial policy benchmarks for Poland.

For more than three decades, researchers have embarked on a quantitative and analytical tool called DEA to measure and evaluate performance. This tool has been applied in various and varied economic and administrative branches and sectors ... in many contexts around the world. The main objective of this research is to measure the technical efficiency in the cement industry, as the research sample included eleven factories distributed over three regions of Iraq, the Northern Cement Company, the Central Cement Company, and the Southern Cement Company. The methodology adopted by this research is based on the use of DEA data envelope analysis, which is a non-parameter linear programming method. The research concluded that the companies under investigation were not, for the most part, technically efficient. The efficient companies constituted (27%) in 2018 from the total companies that achieved this percentage to (18%) in 2019. some restrictions faced the researchers in obtaining statistical data at the factory level at the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Industry and the General Company for Construction Industries, as the case required her to go to the governorates in light of the current circumstance, but the researcher did not obtain data for all factories in Iraq. This research is the first attempt in Iraq and at the level of the industry and its branches. It was conducted and stood on the level of performance of these factories, as the researcher tried to associate the results of performance efficiency and the results of the total factor productivity with each other to come out with a vision consistent in its output.

Разработана рецептура многокомпонентного функционального продукта питания «Джем профилактический» с использованием плодов редких культур – хеномелиса, яблок-кребов и облепихи, содержащих полифенольные и минеральные вещества, витамины Р, С, Е, β-каротин и пектин. Составлено 4 образца рецептуры для продукта. На основе требований к потребительским характеристикам пищевой продукции методом линейного программирования рассчитано оптимальное соотношение компонентов рецептуры. Методом органолептической оценки отобран образец многокомпонентного продукта, приготовленный по рецептуре 3. Исследованы биохимические показатели и рассчитана энергетическая ценность разработанного продукта в сравнении с контрольным образцом – джемом из свежих измельченных фруктов – яблок, груш, облепихи, приготовленным по ГОСТ 31712–2012. Установлено, что разработанный многокомпонентный продукт «Джем профилактический» по всем исследованным биохимическим показателям превосходит контрольный образец. Суммарное содержание природных антиоксидантов в разработанном многокомпонентном продукте питания – 589,5 мг/100 г. Потребление 100 г разработанного продукта обеспечивает суточную потребность организма человека в витамине Р и аминокислотах на 100%, β-каротине и пектине до 95%, витаминах С и Е на 50%. Энергетическая ценность 100 гразработанного многокомпонентного продукта питания «Джем профилактический» составляет 167,9 ккал. The formulation of a multicomponent functional food product «Dzhem profilakticheskiy» using the fruits of rare crops – henomelis, creb apples and sea buckthorn, containing polyphenolic and mineral substances, vitamins P, C, E, β-carotene and pectin, is developed. Four samples of the formulation are made up. Based on the requirements for the consumer characteristics of food products, the optimal ratio of the components of the formulation is calculated using the linear programming method. By the method of organoleptic evaluation, a sample of a multicomponent product prepared according to the formulation 3 was selected. The biochemical parameters were studied and the energy value of the developed product was calculated in comparison with the control sample – jam made from fresh crushed fruits – apples, pears, sea buckthorn, prepared according to GOST 31712–2012. It was found that the developed multicomponent product «Dzhem profilakticheskiy» surpasses the control sample in all the studied biochemical parameters. The total content of natural antioxidants in the developed multicomponent food product is 589,5 mg/100 g. Consumption of 100 g of the developed product provides the daily requirement of the human body for vitamin P and amino acids by 100%, β-carotene and pectin up to 95%, vitamins C and E by 50%. The energy value of 100 gof the developed multicomponent food product «Dzhem profilakticheskiy» is 167,9 kcal.
