The reason this paper is made because many not engaged and actively disengage employee exist, and the problem also occur in PT. XYZ where they still have no knowledge management system. We understand from the research done that by having just knowledge management is not enough since it will not automatically improve employee’s engagement rate, therefore by implementing gamification and incorporating it with the knowledge management system could be the solution to increase company’s engagement rate. The design of the business process design of this system is made using Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagrams. While the database design is explained in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). There might be many challenges and problems appeared within the company to make the system run smoothly from the technical and culture side of the company.

The Bangkit Abadi Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) is a cooperative located in Bandorasawetan Village, whose main activity is providing savings services for cooperative members with the aim of prospering cooperative members and the surrounding community. With the existence of this cooperative, it is hoped that it will create a desire and increase public awareness to save. This KUD does not yet have a good computerized system. Therefore, there are still some obstacles in KUD Bangkit Abadi in terms of new member registration activities and member savings. These activities will run smoothly if supported by a good system and by implementing a good internal control system in cooperatives, so as to prevent errors in data processing. The procedures that apply to the KUD include related parts, namely registration, member data, internal control systems, and documents used. The analysis and design stages of the application system are described using flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ER-Diagrams) and developed using MySQL database as a programming language. This relationship is narrated into several diagrams, namely: context diagrams, data flow diagrams level 0 and level 1, relationships between entities, and relationships between tables used. The results obtained from the design of this application are in the form of member book reports, savings data reports, and general journal reports as a form of description of the activities of new member registration and member savings at the Bangkit Abadi Village Cooperative Unit.Key words: Applications, Accounting, Savings, Cooperatives

The research method used is the waterfall system development model or systems development life system (SDLC) with unified modeling language (UML) where the tools used to describe the system model are in the form of activity diagrams, use case diagrams, component diagrams and deployment diagrams and in making bases. data using entity relationship diagrams (ERD). With this employee leave application information system application can help employees in filing leave and make it easier for companies to process and manage employee leave data and incoming data can be stored safely in the database and can improve the performance and time efficiency in activities in the staffing department..

Bawan Permai Group is a company engaged in the procurement of construction services (contractor). So a computerized system is created which aims as a medium that facilitates and assists the company in managing, recording or controlling the inventory of construction services materials. The methodology used in making this application, namely Waterfall According to Summerville in 2011, which has stages, namely Requirements Definition which is carried out by making Flowcharts of the old system and the new system. System and Software Design is made by making Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Implementation and Unit Testing is carried out by the realization of the system in the previous stage into the PHP programming language and MySQL database.Integration and System Testing is retested using Blackbox Testing. Blackbox Testing focuses on the functional specifications of the program. After testing, the results can be seen, namely the system can run properly. However, this application must always be monitored, developed and updated so that information can be conveyed properly and according to user needs.

Pinang is a digital application-based BRI Agro product that runs on the Android operating system, wherewith this application customers can apply for loans without collateral digitally, anywhere, and anytime. Of course, we need a system that can help the process of managing data from Pinang customers, starting from adding company cooperation with the Pinang application to maintaining and monitoring the system. So a Pinang dashboard information system is needed that can assist in the operation of the Pinang application that is capable of managing data, monitoring, and maintenance if there are problems in the Pinang application borrowing process. The Pinang dashboard can make it easier to manage, monitor, and provide information related to the Pinang application, including customer status, whitelist, repayment, disbursement, outstanding, ID card approval, and report withdrawal. The areca dashboard is built using the waterfall method, this method in its design uses UML diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams (ERD). The implementation of making Pinang dashboards uses the Golang programming language, Node Js, React Js, keycloak, and the PostgreSQL database. With the Pinang Dashboard, it is hoped that it can facilitate the operational team in maintaining the Pinang application and building a system that can manage, monitor, and provide information related to the Pinang application.
