Digital disruption and continuous productivity improvement require more from people management, thus raising the bar for leadership competencies. International studies indicate that leadership competence gaps are large and traditional leadership training methods does not seem to solve this problem. This article's findings supports this situation. The authors will open the complexity behind organizational productivity development and present game theoretical architecture that simulates management behavior effects to human performance. New methods enable practice-based learning that enables formatting leaders' behavior so that it will create long-term success with continuous change. The authors will present gamified leadership training procedure and discuss the practical learning experiences from a management simulation game. The authors' study reveals challenges at interactive leadership skills, thus, it is argued, that there seems to be problems at the leadership mind-set. Therefore, more sophisticated learning methods and tools should be used.

Agriculture is the world's largest solar energy harvesting enterprise. In the Indian context, the last few decades have witnessed unprecedented growth in agricultural production largely due to productivity improvement. However, the gap between potential yield and farmers fields is still high. This paper highlights the various socioeconomic issues that dominate the variability in agricultural production at the field level. Monsoon management of agriculture and human livelihoods has been a traditional experience in India. However, in the current context of wide spread concerns about global climatic change there is a need to translate climatic information into practical tools for the development and sustainment of agriculture. This paper makes a case for the development of a suitable strategy for climate management, in the context of the unique socio-economic structure of the country.

The cone crusher is the main equipment in the particle crushing process. The productivity of the cone crusher is determined by the motion characteristics of particles passing through the crushing chamber. In order to accurately describe the motion characteristics of the particles, the influence of the spatial compound motion of the mantle rotates around the central axis of the cone crusher and its central axis on the motion characteristics of the particles is investigated, then the improved motion model is established. Through the coordinate system transformation matrix, the motion characteristics of the particles including spatial sliding, free-falling, and spatial compound falling are solved. The applicability and accuracy of the improved model in describing the motion characteristics of the particle were verified through the experiment using a reduced-scale experimental cone crusher to simulate the motion characteristics of the particle. Based on the improved model, the motion characteristics of the particles in the CF11 hydraulic cone crusher can be simulated. With the decrease in height, the motion characteristics of particles gradually change from spatial sliding to spatial compound falling and finally to free-falling. The particles deflect circumferentially around the central axis of the cone crusher. The circumferential deflection of particles is directly related to the motion characteristics including spatial sliding and spatial compound falling. The improved model provides a theoretical basis for the high energy design of the crushing chamber and productivity improvement of the cone crusher.
