Hereditary geniospasm is a rare and benign disorder that can cause distress and social embarrassment to patients. There are only a handful of possible treatment options available. Due to the rarity of the condition, practices differ across the world and the results are varied. These include beta-blockers, benzodiazepines and anti-epileptics. These treatments can have significant side-effects when used long term. However, botulinum toxin injections have been successfully used in a handful of cases. We report a successful botulinum treatment of hereditary geniospasm in a mother and son, with the injection protocols.

Though endometriosis is a common progressive benign disorder of women, endometriosis of the cervix is rarely seen. It poses a challenge both for diagnosis and management. Most of the patients with Cervical endometriosis are asymptomatic, present with abnormal vaginal bleeding, post-coital bleeding or intermenstrual bleeding. In this paper, we report a rare case of deep infiltrating cervical endometriosis involving the ureter mimicking cervical cancer, the need for awareness to include cervical endometriosis as a differential diagnosis in case of menstural irregularities and its potential to cause serious complications.

We report a case of a 31 year-old woman referred to our clinic due to complaints of a vulvar and umbilical mass and periodic swelling with pain of the mass at the time of menstruation. The cyst was removed totally. Histopathological examination showed findings compatible with endometriosis in both. We have treated them with suppressive treatment with Depot Medroxy Progesterone Acetate (DMPA) and after six months patient was completely asymptomatic.

Lymphangioma circumscriptum (LC) is a rare benign disorder involving the deep dermal and subcutaneous lymphatic channels. We present a case of a 32-year old 26 weeks pregnant female with multiple fluid filled vesicles over the vulvae of one year duration with itching. The lesions had increased in size after the onset of pregnancy. The patient also had a large port-wine stain (PWS) over the right buttock extending up to the perineum. The biopsy report was consistent with LC.
