Agricultural products move through several channels before reaching the final consumers. The collection process of vegetable must be effective and efficient to avoid losses in the supply chain of vegetables. The Dambulla Dedicated Economic Center (DDEC) is considered as the main hub of vegetable and fruit distribution in Sri Lanka. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of DDEC in collection of vegetables in Sri Lanka and explore whether the center meets the best practices of vegetable collection. Transportation, packing and packaging, role of middlemen, and training and knowledge on vegetable collection process were reviewed. Data were collected using a semi structured questioner from 70 farmers linked to the DDEC. High level of quality degradation, poor packing and packaging, lack of knowledge and training on collection, and inefficient role of middlemen were identified as the main issues related to the vegetable collection process of DDEC in Sri Lanka.

Although organizations recognize the potential of “big data,” implementation of data analytics processes can consume a considerable amount of resources. The authors propose that when organizations are considering this costly and often risky investment, they need a systematic method to evaluate the costs of data collection associated with the implementation of a new data and analytics (D & A) strategy or an expansion of an existing effort. Therefore, in this article, a new dimension of big data is proposed which is incorporated into a theoretically justified and systematic method for quantifying the costs and benefits of the data collection process. By estimating the worth of data, organizations can more efficiently focus on streamlining the collection of the most beneficial data and jettisoning less valuable data collection efforts.

Objective: The study's primary goal was to uncover the reality of organizational agility in emerging universities. It also aimed to determine the statistical variances between the mean scores of the sample used in the axes of the organizational agility questionnaire for these universities. The main variables used are gender, academic position, and years of experience. Methodology: The study utilized the descriptive method. The data collection process entailed handing out questionnaires to a sample of seven hundred and forty-seven faculty members in Jazan, Bishah, Hafar Al-Batin, Shaqraa, and Najran Universities. Results: Emerging universities regularly practice organizational agility in light of the emerging coronavirus with high flexibility at moderate costs. The study's results also indicated mathematically substantial variances at the degree of viability between the male sample's average and the female sample's average in favor of the female sample in the timing and the flexibility of practices. It also indicated statistically significant variances at the degree of significance between the mean scores of the research sample, attributed to the difference in the academic position in the timing, flexibility, and cost of practices.  Keywords: Coronavirus, Degree of variability Emerging universities, Organizational agility, Strategy,

Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

The aim of this research is to conduct a theoretical study of the internalization of Sufism values that are applied to the teachings of the tarekat. This study uses an in-depth systematic literature focusing on looking at the concept of internalizing Sufism values applied in the tarekat. In this research process, there are several stages consisting of the literature collection process, literature selection, analysis, and finally combining all the analyzes into a unified whole. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the salik to accept, understand, and carry out the teachings of the tarekat given by the mursyid can be directly through the internalization of Sufism values. Sufism values can be implemented as a form of mental or mental development in the form of patience, tawakkal, sincerity, taubah, qona'ah, zuhud and others so that these values require serious training (riyadho) so that the form of application can be maximized. by experiencing it as a whole.

This article aims to explain the symbolic meaning in the process of making the traditional sandeq boat of the Mandar people. The data collection process was carried out from April to June 2017. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 6 purposively selected expert informants, as well as direct observation in the field. The results of this study indicate that the ritual that accompanies the making of the traditional sandeq boat is seen in three main stages, namely: at the beginning of boat building, in the process of making boats, and launching boats into the sea. The meaning contained in the implementation of the ritual is the hope that it will always be given safety in using the boat. In addition, the ritual also intends to ask for abundant sustenance from the process of going to sea later. The religious value of the Mandar people is clearly seen from every stage of the ritual carried out, using mantras and prayers as verbal messages adopted from the Quran and with Islamic nuances. In addition, nonverbal messages in the ritual of making sandeq boats are centered on the use of ussul or the knowledge system of the local community which is carried out with actions or symbolic objects to show their hopes or desires.

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of determining the evidences obtained as a result of investigative (search) actions as inadmissible in the criminal proceeding. The criminal procedural law of Ukraine formulates general requirements which must be followed during the evidence-collection process: 1) the legal sources of evidences; 2) the proper registration of the course and results of procedural actions during criminal proceedings; 3) the evidence-collection process fulfilled by appropriate authorities; 4) legal method for obtaining evidences. Failure to comply with these requirements results in the inadmissibility of evidences. However, further study of theoretical and practical aspects of determining evidences as inadmissible has shown that some requirements are not so obvious so it is difficult to identify them immediately. Analyzing the judicial practice of Ukraine, researching the scientific works of domestic scientists, as well as studying the works of foreign experts in terms of the general concept of admissibility of evidences, we can see the need for legal determinancy, which requires criminal procedure law. It causes subjectivism and different interpretations of admissibility or inadmissibility of evidences, which create an incredible number of problems that complicate the conduct of criminal proceeding at both pre-trial investigation and court hearing. This is confirmed by a large number of cases related to the recognition of admissibility or inadmissibility of evidences. Uncertainty of the categorical-conceptual apparatus not only leads to incorrect application of criminal procedural law during the course of investigative (search) actions by pre-trial investigation bodies in order to gather and obtain admissible evidences, but also helps to facilitate ways to circumvent certain provisions of law.
