AbstractThe Rajasthan basin situates in the western part of India. The basin architecture comprises three significant sub-basins such as Barmer-Sanchor, Bikaner-Nagaur and Jaisalmer. Barmer-Sanchor and Bikaner-Nagaur sub-basins are intracratonic categories, whereas the Jaisalmer sub-basin comes under intracratonic nature. The current study was conducted in the Jaisalmer sub-basin. The study was conducted in two regions in the Jaisalmer sub-basin through a comparative quantitative interpretation study with the help of two vintages seismic surveys. Ghotaru and Bandha are two adjacent areas in the Jaisalmer sub-basin where Ghotaru has seen few hydrocarbon discoveries; however, no such discoveries are encountered in the Bandha area. The current study was concentrated on the Jaisalmer limestone formation in the Jurassic age. The sub-basin and its related study area have been structurally deformed due to various tectonic activities. Structural deformation was played a crucial role in changing the rock property of limestone facies. A post-stack seismic inversion was carried out to capture the rock property changes in the limestone reservoir based on P-impedance values. Development of high P-impedance was observed in the Ghotaru region compared to the Bandha region from this study. A frequency changes of the limestone lithofacies with structural components was also captured in this study. The high impedance limestone lithofacies is a probable hydrocarbon-bearing reservoir unit in the Jaisalmer Formation of the Ghotaru region.

Both popular media and scholarship have attributed adolescents' antisocial values and behaviors in part to media usage. Nevertheless, many scholars posit that media usage can be positive in certain contexts and that parent-child communication may abate negative media effects. An analysis of the educational longitudinal study data from 2002 to 2006 examines the effects both parent-child communication and various forms of media had on millennial teenagers' values development during a time of tremendous digital evolution. Results support that not all media was negative in effect on millennial value development and that parent-child communication may counteract some negative effects of media.

From the synergistic approach position, an attempt to reflect on the main axiological problems of the online education in higher school in the format of the heutagogy concept, representing the semantic system of the education modern subject regulation and self-learning intentions, is made in the article. In the triad of pedagogy-andragogy-heutagogy, the authors reveal the means, motivation, focus of the subject’s learning, teacher’s role at each stage of education, they describe the values of the personality, possessing a formative and guiding beginning; having a consistently significant character for a person, which allows expediently organizing an educational process, bearing a controlled nature. The dynamic context of the subject’s values development is presented in the article with the knowledge accumulation cumulative process; it is described by the main mechanisms that determine the student’s semantic picture appearance. For the pedagogical science institutionalization, the article reminds of the individual social inheritance essential attribute. Verification of the pedagogical knowledge different scale and its growth became possible due to the concept value retrospective analysis from the position of three main directions development: social, theoretical, methodological, which made it possible to answer the main question of technologies: how to discover the semantic intentions of the subject, to reflect them, to initiate their appearance, to transfer into self-actualization mode in heutagogy format.

This study aimed to analyse the factual models of national character values, establish a hypothetical model, test the feasibility and describe the determinants of character development and multicultural education based on local wisdom. This research was conducted with a research and development approach. The subjects of this research consisted of students, principals and teachers, while additional information came from various documents and events. The data were collected in numerous ways, namely by observation, interview, documentation, focus group discussion and intake from practitioners and experts, as well as questionnaires. The data analysis was held interactively as the compiled data were assorted. The results of the study showed that the factual models of the national character values development was carried out by integrating the characters in the subjects based on the learning implementation plan, the implementation of which is reflected in the functions of planning, implementation and evaluation. The feasibility of the national character development model and multicultural education based on local wisdom needs to be handled in a neat manner by planning, organising, implementing and supervising them properly. The determinant of character development needs to be assessed by focusing on the content, direction, goals, functions and principles of multicultural education, as well as on the functions and benefits of local wisdom through the input–process–output system approach.   Keywords: The pillar of development, national character, multicultural education, local wisdom

Background: The awareness and development of professional values affect the quality of nursing care. This study is the first interventional study conducted to develop the professional values of nurses in a clinical setting. Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of a structured Professional Values Development Programme on the development of the professional values of nurses. Research design: This study was a non-randomised controlled trial that measured with pre-test and post-test. Data were collected by using an Individual Identification Form and the Nurses’ Professional Values Scale–Revised. The intervention group was involved in a 12-week programme. Participants in the control group received the programme after all data had been collected. Data collection for both groups was conducted at baseline and a 12-week follow-up. Expert opinions were evaluated by the Kendall Coefficient of Correlation test. Chi-square tests and t-tests were used to evaluate group differences. This study was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov . Participants and research context: This study was conducted with 80 nurses (intervention group = 40, control group = 40). This study was conducted in paediatric clinics in two university hospitals in Turkey. Ethical considerations: In order to conduct this study, ethics committee approval was obtained. This study was performed according to the Helsinki Declaration. Participants were informed verbally and in writing, and informed consent was obtained by giving explanations. Findings: In the analysis, the two groups were similar in demographic variables. The only significant difference between the groups was between weekly working hours. Participants in the intervention group reported statistically significantly higher levels of professional values ( p = 0.001) than those in the control group. Discussions and conclusions: This study provides evidence of the positive effectiveness of the Professional Values Development Programme in the development of professional values of clinical nurses. It also demonstrated the feasibility of implementing the programme with clinical nurses.

Presented is study in the problem of leadership in youth environment, in frames of which theoretical analysis of scientific works was conducted. The analysis showed, that the most actual in the present time is the value approach to leadership development for verification of which is experimental study is conducted. Results of the experiment showed dynamics of changes in values systems of both girls and boys during the period of conducting psycho-pedagogical program of values development. The analysis of experimental study results showed, that values orientations system of girls with high level of leader’s ability is oriented to social interaction, and values orientations system of boys with high level of leader’s ability is oriented to inner-group interests.
