The synthesis and single-crystal X-ray structures of three N,N,N′-trisubstituted thioureas are reported, namely N,N,N′-tribenzylthiourea, C22H22N2S (1), N-methyl-N,N′-diphenylthiourea, C14H14N2S (2), and N,N-di-n-butyl-N′-phenylthiourea, C15H24N2S (3). The influence of the different substituents on the thioureas is clear from the delocalization of the thiourea C—N and C=S bonds, while the crystal structures show infinite chains of N,N,N′-tribenzylthiourea (1), hydrogen-bonded pairs of N-methyl-N,N′-diphenylthiourea (2) and hexamer ring assemblies of N,N-di-n-butyl-N′-phenylthiourea (3) molecules. The above-mentioned compounds were synthesized via a mild, general procedure, readily accessible precursors and with a high yield, providing straightforward access to a whole library of thioureas.

These technical conditions of multi-apartment buildings are a huge digital array for making important management decisions both within the boundaries of individual territories of the municipality, and for planning budget expenditures within the municipality, the subject of the federation and the country as a whole. Aspects of the formation of data on apartment buildings in various information systems are considered. The basics of ensuring the reliability of the presented data are considered. It is noted in the work that for many years, during the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, the requirements of technical regulations and normative documents for the maintenance and operation of apartment buildings are not fully complied with by the operating organizations. The deadlines for replacing systems and equipment that have worked out the deadline are not met. It is noted that federal legislators and the Government of the Russian Federation have not determined a general procedure for monitoring the technical condition of apartment buildings and have not formed a general approach to assessing their technical condition, the obligation of owners of premises of apartment buildings to finance these works, their frequency has not been determined. It was revealed that the data obtained during the monitoring of the technical condition of apartment buildings combined in federal and regional information systems would be an objective marker in the formation of state and municipal programs in the field of reducing the housing stock unsuitable for living. financing of monitoring.

AbstractIn the context of coupling hyperbolic problems, the maximum stable time step of an explicit numerical scheme may depend on the design of the coupling procedure. If this is the case, the coupling procedure is sensitive to changes in model parameters independent of the Courant–Friedrichs–Levy condition. This sensitivity can cause artificial stiffness that degrades the performance of a numerical scheme. To overcome this problem, we present a systematic and general procedure for weakly imposing coupling conditions via penalty terms in a provably non-stiff manner. The procedure can be used to construct both energy conservative and dissipative couplings, and the user is given control over the amount of dissipation desired. The resulting formulation is simple to implement and dual consistent. The penalty coefficients take the form of projection matrices based on the coupling conditions. Numerical experiments demonstrate that this procedure results in both optimal spectral radii and superconvergent linear functionals.

AbstractIn this paper we present a general procedure for designing higher strong order methods for linear Itô stochastic differential equations on matrix Lie groups and illustrate this strategy with two novel schemes that have a strong convergence order of 1.5. Based on the Runge–Kutta–Munthe–Kaas (RKMK) method for ordinary differential equations on Lie groups, we present a stochastic version of this scheme and derive a condition such that the stochastic RKMK has the same strong convergence order as the underlying stochastic Runge–Kutta method. Further, we show how our higher order schemes can be applied in a mechanical engineering as well as in a financial mathematics setting.

Abstract: A convenient, efficient, and general procedure for the synthesis of diaryl diselenides has been developed by the reaction of aryl diazonium tetrafluoroborates and Potassium Selenocyanate on the surface of alumina under ball-milling in absence of any solvent, transition metal catalyst and base in room temperature. A wide range of functionalized diaryl diselenides are obtained in high purity and high yield by this procedure. Background: Synthesis of diaryl diselenides was restricted into only few Cu-catalyzed C-Se Cross coupling protocol where use of ligands, high reaction temp, long reaction time were required Objective: To achieve a sustainable protocol for the synthesis of diaryl diselenides Method: Reaction of aryl diazonium fluoroborate with KSeCN was successfully performed under ball milling in absence of any ransition metal catalyst, ligands, base and external heating to get diaryl diselenides. Results: A library of diaryl diselenides were obtained in good yields with different functional groups. Conclusion: First transition metal free protocol for the synthesis of diaryl diselenides has been developed successfully.

A rigorous description of the systematic approach to the most developed ergatic systems and a unified procedure for the study and construction of systems based on general systemic principles and postulates are presented. The adaptation of the general procedure for the systemic approach for the agricultural sector and its application to the analysis of the implemented programs of digitalization of agriculture are provided.

A general procedure for understanding plasma behaviour when resonant wave–particle interactions are the sole destabilizing and transport mechanism or only heating and/or current drive source is highlighted without recourse to involved numerical or analytical treatments. These phenomena are characterized by transport that appears to be collisionless even though collisions play a central role in narrow collisional boundary layers. The order of magnitude estimates, which include nonlinear effects, are shown to provide expressions in agreement with the principal results of recent toroidal Alfvén eigenmode (TAE), toroidal magnetic field ripple, and heating and current drive treatments. More importantly, the retention of nonlinearities leads to new estimates of the alpha particle energy diffusivity at saturation for TAE modes, and the ripple threshold at which superbanana plateau evaluations of alpha particle transport are modified by nonlinear radial drift effects. In addition, the estimates indicate when quasilinear descriptions for heating and current drive will begin to fail. The phenomenological procedure demonstrates that in magnetic fusion relevant plasmas, narrow collisional boundary layers must be retained for resonant wave–particle interactions as they enhance the role of collisions, and make stochastic particle motion unlikely to be more important than other nonlinear processes.

This work addresses the general procedure of quantization also known as the Berezin-Klauder-Toeplitz quantization, or as coherent state (CS) (anti-Wick) quantization. The method is first illustrated by the motion of a particle on the circle. Then, we take as second example, a set of generalized photon-added coherent states related to associated hypergeometric functions. The nonclassical behaviour of this set of coherent states is also investigated.

Short-/middle-term and simple prediction studies for carcinogenesis are needed for the safety assessment of chemical substances. To establish a novel genotoxicity assay with an in vivo mimicking system, we prepared murine colonic/pulmonary organoids from gpt delta mice according to the general procedure using collagenase/dispase and cultured them in a 3D environment. When the organoids were exposed to foodborne carcinogens—2-amino-1-methyl-6-phenylimidazo(4,5-b)pyridine (PhIP) and acrylamide (AA)—in the presence of metabolic activation systems, mutation frequencies (MFs) occurring in the gpt gene dose-dependently increased. Moreover, the mutation spectrum analysis indicated predominant G:C to T:A transversion with PhIP, and A:T to C:G and A:T to T:A transversion with AA. These data correspond to those of a previous study describing in vivo mutagenicity in gpt delta mice. However, organoids derived from the liver, a non-target tissue of PhIP-carcinogenesis, also demonstrated genotoxicity with a potency comparable to colonic organoids. Organoids and PhIP were directly incubated in the presence of metabolic activation systems; therefore, there was a lack of organ specificity, as observed in vivo. Additionally, PhIP-DNA adduct levels were comparable in hepatic and colonic organoids after PhIP exposure. Taken together, the organoids prepared in the present study may be helpful to predict chemical carcinogenesis.
