Due to the limitation of later stage intelligent algorithms, the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping cold chain transportation scheme did not meet the expectation and could not achieve the dual objectives of the shortest time and the lowest consumption at the same time. In order to solve the above problems, a cold chain transportation model of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping in a low-temperature cold storage environment is proposed. The model is based on the topology of the cold chain transportation network. By setting the assumptions of the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping cold chain transportation model, the objective model is composed of three parts: vehicle power fuel consumption cost, cold chain transportation refrigeration cost, and total fruit and vegetable loss cost. Under six constraints, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to find the optimal fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping cold chain transportation route. The experimental results show that compared with the methods based on ALNS, genetic algorithm, and quantum bacterial foraging optimization algorithm, the research method can bring the best comprehensive benefit by accomplishing the fruit and vegetable transportation task in the shortest time at the lowest cost, and the research goal is thus achieved.

In order to effectively develop the benefit evaluation model of prefabricated houses in seasonal frozen soil areas, and improve the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated buildings, this paper proposes a life cycle benefit evaluation model for prefabricated buildings in seasonally frozen regions. According to the climatic characteristics of the area, the impact of the seasonally frozen regions is listed as an evaluation index in the construction stage for comprehensive analysis. The 16 indicators that affect the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated buildings are grouped by the nearest neighbor element analysis method. Fuzzy cluster analysis and analytic hierarchy process are used to filter out the most influential index group to calculate the index weight. Then the model proposed in this paper is compared with the existing model to test the validity of the model. The research results show that research and development costs weight is 0.23, design cost weight is 0.10, construction cost weight is 0.22, resource consumption weight is 0.25, building demolition cost weight is 0.04, and seasonal freezing effect weight is 0.16. The calculation result passed the consistency test and the expert scoring result conformed to the normal distribution, which proved the accuracy of the conclusion. It is proposed that the calculation result of the comprehensive benefit score of the model is 1.8% lower than the previous results, which proves the validity of the model. The model can speed up the efficiency of comprehensive benefit evaluation of prefabricated buildings thereby improving the development level of prefabricated buildings.

The hydropower project had comprehensively benefited people from aspects of the economy, society, ecology, etc. The comprehensive benefit is a key indicator for evaluating a project’s performance. However, the existing studies only evaluated the comprehensive benefit and ignored the relationship among different benefits, which is of great significance for the sustainable development of a project. Therefore, in the framework of the complex system composed of economic, social, and ecological benefit subsystems, a synergy degree evaluation method is constructed based on the evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefits, and the compound weight is determined by using the non-linear model and the Lagrange function. Thus, the changing rules of the order degree and the synergy degree for the subsystems in different years can be obtained. The proposed method is applied to a gate dam (named SG) to appraise the relationship among benefits. The results show that the economic, social, and ecological benefits of the SG dam from 2011 to 2018 are gradually to be a better state, but the synergy degrees of the complex system belong to “bottom synergy” and “moderate synergy” level, which indicates that there is no close cooperation among the three benefit subsystems.
