<p align="left">The context of this work is that of designing a Instructional Management Systems - Learning Design (IMS-LD) model for collaboration space of a Learning Management System (LMS). Our work is specifically in the field or seeking to promote, by means of information technology from a distance. Our approach is to first think about the conditions for creating a real collaboration space between learners, and designing the IT environment that supports this space. In this paper, we try to adapt the IMS-LD model with a collaboration model for Learning Management System based on the social constructivism. This adaptation will go through three stages. Firstly, the development of an LMS model. Secondly, the study of correspondence between the developed model and IMS-LD model. Finally their transformation to IMS-LD model.<strong></strong></p>

What are the primary principles of effective e-learning and the subsequent impact on leadership in global business as digital technologies mediums continue to emerge within academia and the workplace? Maxwell (2013) defines this principle as “instructional practices and internet capabilities that direct learners toward a specified level of proficiency and competency in the shortest amount of time” (p. 89). Traditional learning measures that require extensive face to face interaction no longer fit Maxwell's description and inhibit audiences that require flexibility in obtaining proficiency on tasks like annual training requirements and sustaining Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for certifications. This chapter introduces the foundation of e-learning parameters, Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), Instructional Management Systems (IMS), and how these mediums interact with learners in conjunction with its impact on leadership, business outcomes, and organizational value.

Este artigo apresenta o processo de obteno de um conjunto de diretrizes para o desenvolvimento de objetos de aprendizagem acessveis, para orientar e apoiar os professores na elaborao de materiais didticos digitais com caractersticas e funes de acessibilidade. Estas diretrizes possuem abordagem neutra no que se refere s teorias educacionais e de design instrucional. Foram testadas por professores que utilizam e desenvolvem contedos para aprendizagem on-line. A pesquisa que conduziu o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foi de natureza aplicada, de abordagem qualitativa e fundamentada na anlise e na convergncia dos "Princpios de Design Universal", com as "Recomendaes de Criao de Contedo Acessvel para web" do World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) e com as "Melhores Prticas para Produo de Aplicativos e de Contedo Acessvel" apresentadas nas guias do Instructional Management Systems (IMS). A amostra estabelecida para teste foi intencional e determinada a partir dos critrios de incluso e excluso, composta por professores colaboradores, atuantes no ensino superior, de diferentes reas do conhecimento. As diretrizes criadas foram disponibilizadas a estes professores para que elaborassem materiais didticos acessveis. Para auxili-los na tarefa e na busca da unidade de apresentao para avaliao da aplicabilidade das diretrizes, foi desenvolvido um guia para criao de objeto de aprendizagem. Deste teste, observou-se que as diretrizes propostas foram eficientes no auxlio aos professores no desenvolvimento de objetos de aprendizagem acessveis, em suas respectivas reas de conhecimento.
