Burnout, a reaction to chronic emotional stress, affects health and reduces the quality of service. Reportedly, healthcare professionals are especially vulnerable to burnout. This meta-analysis is aimed at examining the factors associated with occupational therapists’ burnout. The results of 2,430 occupational therapists, across 17 peer-reviewed English articles, the most recent published in 2020, were analysed. Results revealed significant associations between related variables and burnout. Marital status, work field, and work hours, job challenges, patient age, position, turnover intention, working type, and work addiction showed significant positive correlation effect sizes in relation to burnout, whereas age, education, engagement, job satisfaction, personal identity, professional identity, rewards, and feeling valued showed significant negative correlation effect sizes. The results of this meta-analysis suggest that strategies to reduce occupational therapists’ burnout need to consider organizational as well as psychological aspects.

Delamination is one of the main issues during the CFRP cutting process. This problem attracts researchers to investigate to meet the stringent quality need. This paper evaluates the influence of Rotary Ultrasonic Assisted Trimming (RUAT) when slotting carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). The study investigates rotation speed, vibration amplitude, and frequency particularly. The correlation effect of these parameters is to be evaluated by response surface methodology (RSM) to identify the minimum delamination. Seventeen trials were conducted with 38 plies of multi-directional CFRP panel. The trimming quality was determined by the minimum delamination damage of the slotting area analyzed by the ImageJ software. The best slotting quality can be achieved by applying spindle speed, amplitude, and frequency of 5305 rpm, 2.75 µm, and 26.79 kHz.

The efficiency of green finance for promoting the upgrading of regional industrial structure shows a correlation effect. In this paper, 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan, China, are taken as regional cases, and relevant data from 2010 to 2017 are analyzed. The three-stage DEA model, modified gravity model, and social network analysis are employed to measure the efficiency of Hunan green finance in promoting the energy saving and emission reduction of tobacco industry, industrial upgrading and its spatial network relationship. The results show that Changsha, Hengyang, Zhangjiajie, Loudi, and other cities and prefectures have high efficiency, while other cities and prefectures have relatively low efficiency. Clear spatial agglomerations exist between cities and states, depicting a complex spatial network structure. Their spatial network connections have increased, and agglomerations are closely linked, forming four major sections: “two-way overflow”, “net overflow”, “net income”, and “broker”. Cities and states with these four major sectors have played different roles in the spatial network, demonstrating their respective roles and orientations. This suggests that when inter-regional governments formulate green finance policies for promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure, they are supposed to not only concentrate on coordinated advancement, but they should also adjust measures to local conditions. Tobacco industry should also actively implement the concept of green development, pay close attention to equipment energy-saving technological transformation, and improve energy management through lean management.

The aim. To research the impact of chronic heart failure within different origin in case of polytrauma without myocardial injury. Materials and methods. The study the analyzed results of intensive care in 95 patients with polytrauma between the ages of 25 and 83. All patients were divided into 3 groups. Group C included 29 patients without chronic heart failure (CHF), groups C - 33 patients with CHF, the presence which was confirmed by the level of NT-proBNP more than 100 pg/ml, group E - 33 patients with CHF. Patients of groups K and C received standard intensive care, patients of group E additionally received ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate (EMGPS). The study was carried out at three stages: during admission to the hospital, at the 3rd and 7th day. During admission, the level of Th I was determined in order to exclude traumatic or other acute myocardial lesions. At a concentration of Tn I more than 0.3 ng/ml, patients were not included in the study. Results. During admission, NT-proBNP level in all K-group patients did not exceed 87 pg/ml throughout the study. The ejection fraction (EF) was averaged 53,7±3,4%. The NT-proBNP dynamics were as followed by 116.4±7.0, 114.4±7.4, 109.1±8.5 pg/ml. The NT-proBNP and EF correlation coefficient was according to the stages -0.84±0.06, -0.74±0.08, -0.68±0.09. The value of the EF at hospitalization in group C was 47.9±4.7%, on the 3rd day 52.2±5.2% (p < 0.001), and by 7th - until 56.8±6.9% (p < 0.001). NT-proBNP level in E patients: 119.2±10.8, 113.2±8.1 (p= 0.02), 65.2±23.3 (p < 0.0001). At stage 1 and 2, a strong negative correlation effect was observed (-0.78±0.07 and -0.77±0.07, accordingly), at the 3 stage the communication disappeared (0.07±0.17). Within admission EF level was 47.5±6.9 %. Conclusions. The level of NT-proBNP authentically reflects the relationship with chronic heart failure. There is also a strong correlation between NT-proBNP and EF. Therefore, it is clear from the study that NT-proBNP has not undergone changes in group K (87 pg/ml), in contrast to patients of groups C (116.4±7.0,114.4±7.4, 109.1±8.5 pg/ml) and E (119.2±10.8, 113.2±8.1 (p =0.02), 65.2±23.3 (p < 0.0001) who had concomitant disorder such as chronic heart failure.

This study determines the attributes that affect the market rental value of dormitories using the Hedonic Pricing Model. The proportional stratified random sampling technique was used to obtain data from 1,292 PKN STAN students in levels 1 to 3, which was analyzed using the SPSS statistical application. Based on the calculation, the dormitory value varies between IDR11,719,521 (RM3,424.82) to IDR15,482,242 (RM4524,41). The determinants that have a significant positive effect on dormitory value are bathroom location, average remittances per month, earnings per month, room size, gender, and origin, while the type of residence attribute has a negative correlation effect. The results of this study will be beneficial inputs for the PKN STAN in determining the market rental value, the quality of buildings and facilities are in accordance with the market preference.

Real-time autodetachment dynamics of the loosely-bound excess electron from the vibrational Feshbach resonances of the dipole-bound states (DBS) of 4-bromophonoxide (4-BrPhO-) and 4-chlorophenoxide (4-ClPhO-) anions have been thoroughly investigated. The state-specific autodetachment rate measurements obtained by the picosecond time-resolved pump-probe method on the cryogenically cooled anions, exhibit the exceptionally long lifetime (τ) of ~ 2.5  0.6 ns (as the upper bound) for the 11’1 vibrational mode of the 4-BrPhO- DBS. Strong mode-dependency in the wide dynamic range has also been found, giving τ ~ 5.3 ps for the 10’1 mode, for instance. Though it is nontrivial to get the state-specific rates for the 4-ClPhO- DBS, the average autodetachment lifetime of the 19’120’1/11’1 mode has been estimated to be ~ 548  108 ps. Observation of these exceptionally slow autodetachment rates of vibrational Feshbach resonances strongly indicates that the ‘correlation effect’ may play a significant role in the DBS photodetachment dynamics. The Fermi’s golden rule has been invoked so that the correlation effect is taken into account in the form of the interaction between the charge and the induced dipole where the latter is given by the polarizable counterparts of the electron-rich halogenated compound and the diffuse non-valence electron. This report suggests that one may measure, from the real-time autodetachment dynamics, the extent of the correlation effect contribution to the stabilization and/or dynamics of the excess non-valence electron among many different types of the long-range interactions of the DBS.
