PEMODELAN PROSES BISNIS PENGADAAN BARANG (STOK) MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BUSINESS PROCESS MODELLING NOTATION (BPMN)

Dalam organisasi tentunya sudah pasti memiliki proses bisnis yang menopang kegiatan atau aktivitas bisnis didalamnya guna mecapai visi dan misi yang teridentifikasi. Saat ini proses bisnis yang berjalan di Sahabat Hutama Mandiri atau SHM Purwokerto sudah dibantu dengan sistem inventory akan tetapi sistem tersebut masih memiliki banyak kekurangan seperti kurangnya fitur-fitur sehingga admin harus membuat pencatatan secara manual untuk bagian yang belum memiliki fitur. Maka dari itu perlu dibuat Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses bisnis yang terjadi di SHM Purwokerto dan, meminimalisir kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada sistem yang ada di Sahabat Hutama Mandiri Purwokerto. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perlu ada nya penambahan beberapa fitur-fitur seperti fitur return atau pengembalian barang yang rusak, sistem penentuan harga yang ada di sistem inventori pada Sahabat Hutama Mandiri.

Towards Automated Surgical Documentation using automatically generated checklists from BPMN models

The documentation of surgeries is usually created from memory only after the operation, which is an additional effort for the surgeon and afflicted with the possibility of imprecisely, shortend reports.The display of process steps in the form of checklists and the automatic creation of surgical documentation from the completed process steps could serve as a reminder, standardize the surgical procedure and save time for the surgeon. Based on two works from Reutlingen University, which implemented the creation of dynamic checklists from Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) models and the storage of times at which a process step was completed, a prototype was developed for an android tablet, to expand the dynamic checklists by functions such as uploading photos and files, manual user entries, the interception of foreseeable deviations from the normal course of operations and the automatic creation of OR documentation.

Pembuatan Proses Bisnis Persiapan Material Untuk Produksi Dengan Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) di Pabrik Generator Sets (Genset) PT ABC

Proses Produksi merupakan proses pokok dari sebuah perusahaan manufacture. Agar proses produksi tidak mengalami kendala maka proses sebelum produksi yaitu salah satunya adalah pengadaan material (bahan produksi) harus dipersiapkan dengan baik dan tepat. Persiapan material harus dipersiapkan dengan baik dan tepat dengan tujuan agar material yang dibutuhkan untuk produksi tidak ada yang kurang dan tepat waktu. Kekurangan material akan menyebabkan produksi berhenti. Selain kekurangan material, waktu persiapan pengadaan material harus efektif, artinya waktu pengadaan juga jangan sampai terlalu lama (diperlukan waktu yang singkat). Oleh karena itu dibuatkanlah sebuah bisnis proses untuk persipan material ini yang dituliskan dengan BPMN supaya pelaku (karyawan) di Pabrik Generator Set (Genset) PT ABC dengan mudah memahami alur bisnis prosesnya sehingga pengadaan material dapat berjalan dengan baik dan tepat.

Evaluasi Proses Bisnis Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Melalui Pendekatan Business Process Improvement

STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa adalah satu perguruan tinggi bidang ilmu komputer namun belum semua aktivitas dalam proses bisnis akademiknya didukung dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi sehingga proses bisnisnya tidak berjalan optimal. Ada beberapa kendala muncul dalam proses bisnis akademiknya seperti panjangnya proses yang dilalui, aktivitas yang berbelit serta lamanya aktivitas diproses sehingga aktivitas tidak berjalan efektif. Oleh karena itu proses bisnis akademik ini perlu dianalisis dan dievaluasi. Dalam penelitian ini evaluasi dilakukan melalui pendekatan Business Process Improvement (BPI) sedangkan pemodelan proses bisnisnya menggunakan Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). Kegiatan penelitian ini menghasilkan pemodelan serta rekomendasi-rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap aktivitas-aktivitas yang terdapat didalam masing-masing proses bisnis sehingga efektivitas dan efisiensi dari proses bisnis dapat ditingkatkan.

Business Process Analysis and Improvement in Selling Process Using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) at Locarvest

This research is conducted in Locarvest. Established in 2015, Locarvest is an online platform company that selling agricultural products based in Bandung. They see the importance of agricultural products for humans and people who like to shop online as an opportunity for them to sell local agricultural products online. Currently, they have been developing a website to change their selling platform which will be launched soon in the late of July 2019. They assume that the website can create a simpler selling process. However, they do not have their written business process where many companies have become increasingly interested in business processes due to the need for effective and efficient activities (Dave, 2017). In here, the objectives of this research are to analyze and model the current business process of Locarvest and propose a new business process to solve Locarvest’s current problem using the concept of Business Process Management (BPM) and the design is modeled using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). To model the current business process, interviews with the employees of Locarvest and observation in the office were conducted. The result of this paper is proposing some improvements within the business process by eliminating some activities and create some new activities for Locarvest.
