The study of the dramaturgic complex which has come to us in a manuscript created in the 1680s–early 1690s in Moscow (kept in the Austrian National Library, Vienna) established that the dramaturgic heritage of Simeon Polockij was not limited to two plays (about Nebuchadnezzar and the prodigal son) in the «Rythmologion». It also includes morality play about the struggle of the Church with the «host of infidels» and seven interludes, previously known from a single list as an anonymous works of the first third of the 18th century. The analysis of the historical and cultural context of the time the morality play was created, as well as its vocabulary, in particular, a rare lexeme (Turchin) and literary techniques typical for the texts of Simeon Polockij (using of the liturgical texts as a structural and thematic motives), leave no doubt about the authorship. Simeon Polockij is also the author of the interludes that can be proven by the content, plot-thematic, stylistic and lexical calls observed between them. Certain situations, plot motives and the vocabulary of the(«Vertograd mnogostvetnyj», «Rythmologion», etc.). interludes can be identified in the context of Simeon’s works.

We present the first standardized list of the vascular flora of the Cantabrian Mountains, a transitional zone between the Eurosiberian and Mediterranean biogeographic regions in northwestern Spain. The study area comprises 15000 km2 divided in UTM grid cells of 10 km x 10 km, for which we revised occurrence data reported in the Spanish Plant Information System (Anthos) and the online database of Iberian and Macaronesian Vegetation (SIVIM). We used a semi-automatic procedure to standardize taxonomic concepts into a single list of names, which was further updated by expert-based revision with the support of national and regional literature. In the current version, the checklist of the Cantabrian Mountains contains 2338 native species and subspecies, from which 56 are endemic to the study area. The nomenclature of the checklist follows Euro+Med in 97% of taxa, including annotations when other criteria has been used and for taxa with uncertain status. We also provide a list of 492 non-native taxa that were erroneously reported in the study area, a list of local apomictic taxa, a phylogenetic tree linked to The Plant List, a standardized calculation of Ellenberg Ecological Indicator Values for 80% of the flora, and information about life forms, IUCN threat categories and legal protection status. Our review demonstrates how the Cantabrian mountains represent a key floristic region in southern Europe and a relevant phytogeographical hub in south-western Europe. The checklist and all related information are freely accessible in a digital repository for further uses in basic and applied research

Ensemble feature selection is recommended as it proves to produce a more stable subset of features and a better classification accuracy when compared to the individual feature selection methods. In this approach, the output of feature selection methods, called base selectors, are combined using some aggregation methods. For filter feature selection methods, a list aggregation method is needed to aggregate output ranked lists into a single list, and since many list aggregation methods have been proposed the decision on which method to use to build the optimum ensemble model is a de facto question.       In this paper, we investigate the efficiency of four aggregation methods, namely; Min, Median, Arithmetic Mean, and Geometric Mean. The performance of aggregation methods is evaluated using five datasets from different scientific fields with a variant number of instances and features. Besides, the classifies used in the evaluation are selected from three different classes, Trees, Rules, and Bayes.       The experimental results show that 11 out of the 15 best performance results are corresponding to ensemble models. And out of the 11 best performance ensemble models, the most efficient aggregation methods are Median (5/11), followed by Arithmetic Mean (3/11) and Min (3/11). Also, results show that as the number of features increased, the efficient aggregation method changes from Min to Median to Arithmetic Mean. This may suggest that for a very high number of features the efficient aggregation method is the Arithmetic Mean. And generally, there is no aggregation method that is the best for all cases.

Functional enrichment is a widely used method for interpreting experimental results by identifying classes of proteins/genes associated with certain biological functions, pathways, diseases, or phenotypes. Despite the variety of existing tools, most of them can process a single list per time, thus making a more combinatorial analysis more complicated and prone to errors. In this article, we present FLAME, a web tool for combining multiple lists prior to enrichment analysis. Users can upload several lists and use interactive UpSet plots, as an alternative to Venn diagrams, to handle unions or intersections among the given input files. Functional and literature enrichment, along with gene conversions, are offered by g:Profiler and aGOtool applications for 197 organisms. FLAME can analyze genes/proteins for related articles, Gene Ontologies, pathways, annotations, regulatory motifs, domains, diseases, and phenotypes, and can also generate protein–protein interactions derived from STRING. We have validated FLAME by interrogating gene expression data associated with the sensitivity of the distal part of the large intestine to experimental colitis-propelled colon cancer. FLAME comes with an interactive user-friendly interface for easy list manipulation and exploration, while results can be visualized as interactive and parameterizable heatmaps, barcharts, Manhattan plots, networks, and tables.

The development of a Meta Search engine has been described and the ranking of the queries has been accomplished by implementing four rank aggregation algorithms. Meta Search Engine is used to combine different lists for the same query by different search engines into a single list so as to return the most relevant results with a wider coverage in the quickest possible time. The performance improvement is achieved by testing four rank aggregation algorithms namely: 1) Linear 2) Exponential 3) Borda Fuse 4) Condorcet Fuse. The efficiency of each algorithm in terms of accuracy and time has been compared.

The crisis in construction industry are deemed a negative event in the security, economic, political, materials, or natural affairs, especially when they occur abruptly, with little or no warning; and it has always caused damage, therefore crisis management is necessary to order not turn crisis into a disaster. The present study focuses on exploring the impact of the crisis in construction projects by offering a review of the literature to identify the various associated crisis and made a case study of ‟Khuzestan province (Iran). First, through a questionnaire survey with construction experts as respondents, the initial list of 222 sub-factors were confined to a list of 174 essential crisis sub factors and were grouped under 20 main crisis factors. Second, the shortlisted 174 essential crisis sub factors conduct a questionnaire-based survey with top experts from ‟Khuzestan province (Iran) construction organization as respondents to obtain the Importance of each sub factors based on the rating of its impact the second list and using CRITIC method to weighting crisis factors. Third, ranking the influential sub crisis factors from the all sub factor list and provide a single list without considering the initial list crisis through WASPAS model. Finally, The result of the crisis effects rating, seen that the most crisis effects rating in the Khuzestan construction industry is the economic crisis, followed by the market and real estate, and then insurance, maintenance, after that respectively, logistics, and materials crises. Identify the crisis is the main part of crisis management; the obtained results help construction crisis managers and all stakeholders to achieve sustainable development in construction projects. Identifying and prioritizing construction-specific crises allow sustainable crisis managers to concentrate to be successful projects.

The advance of metagenomic studies provides the opportunity to identify microbial taxa that are associated with human diseases. Multiple methods exist for the association analysis. However, the results could be inconsistent, presenting challenges in interpreting the host-microbiome interactions. To address this issue, we develop Meta-Signer, a novel Metagenomic Signature Identifier tool based on rank aggregation of features identified from multiple machine learning models including Random Forest, Support Vector Machines, Logistic Regression, and Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural Networks. Meta-Signer generates ranked taxa lists by training individual machine learning models over multiple training partitions and aggregates the ranked lists into a single list by an optimization procedure to represent the most informative and robust microbial features. A User will receive speedy assessment on the predictive performance of each ma-chine learning model using different numbers of the ranked features and determine the final models to be used for evaluation on external datasets. Meta-Signer is user-friendly and customizable, allowing users to explore their datasets quickly and efficiently.

Blockchain is a digital ledger in which each record known as blocks and that are combined in a single list known as a chain. It is regarded as Bitcoin’s backbone technology. It is also regarded as cohesive collections of digital wallets. Blockchains are primarily used by cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and other applications to record these transactions. A blockchain is commonly referred to as a collection of distributed databases that consists of all public transactions, records and digital events then that information is shared among the participants. Every transaction is verified and it cannot be removed. The main features of this technology are reliable, efficient operation, fault tolerance and scalability. Some of the applications are manufacturing, government and finance when the three properties met together (i.e., Efficiency, Scalability and Security). By using several computers, each transaction that is applied to a blockchain is validated. A peer-to-peer network is developed by these systems that are used to validate these forms of blockchain transactions. They work together to ensure that any transaction is legitimate until it is added to the blockchain, and invalid blocks cannot be added to the chain by these systems. When a new block is added, it can be connected to a previous block using a cryptographic hash and the chain cannot be broken and each block is recorded permanently. Blockchain can be used for an exchanging the transaction securely without an intermediate. It enables customer relationship and agile chain values and thereby integrating with IoT and Cloud technology. The functionality of distributed ledger is combined with blockchain security to solve the financial and non-financial industry problems. This paper proposes the blockchain technology with devices and creates a common platform and secure data communication.
