Prior research has shown that digitalization is found to deliver a source of investigation for presenting organizations to redesign their business model in order to align their strategy towards digital transformation. This study examines the factors influencing digital innovation strategy in organizations and a model for digital innovation strategy in organizations is also developed . Specifically, drawing on data from 450 respondents, the researchers propose that the following variables: organizational IT application portfolio, organizational culture, organizational structure, organizational dynamic capabilities, leadership and ethics predict innovation and strategy in organizations. The researchers found that organizational culture variable contribution was the highest by collectively predicting 78.1% for digital innovation & strategy in organizations. Overall, this study contributes to the literature by providing a model for developing digital innovation strategy in organizations.

Phagocytic responses by effector cells to antibody or complement-opsonised viruses have been recognized to play a key role in anti-viral immunity. These include antibody dependent cellular phagocytosis mediated via Fc-receptors, phagocytosis mediated by classically activated complement-fixing IgM or IgG1 antibodies and antibody independent phagocytosis mediated via direct opsonisation of viruses by complement products activated via the mannose-binding lectin pathway. Limited data suggest these phagocytic responses by effector cells may contribute to the immunological and inflammatory responses in SARS-CoV-2 infection, however, their development and clinical significance remain to be fully elucidated. In this cohort of 62 patients, acutely ill individuals were shown to mount phagocytic responses to autologous plasma-opsonised SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein-coated microbeads as early as 10 days post symptom onset. Heat inactivation of the plasma prior to use as an opsonin caused 77-95% abrogation of the phagocytic response, and pre-blocking of Fc-receptors on the effector cells showed only 18-60% inhibition. These results suggest that SARS-CoV-2 can provoke early phagocytosis, which is primarily driven by heat labile components, likely activated complements, with variable contribution from anti-Spike antibodies. During convalescence, phagocytic responses correlated significantly with anti-Spike IgG titers. Older patients and patients with severe disease had significantly higher phagocytosis and neutralisation functions when compared to younger patients or patients with asymptomatic, mild, or moderate disease. A longitudinal study of a subset of these patients over 12 months showed preservation of phagocytic and neutralisation functions in all patients, despite a drop in the endpoint antibody titers by more than 90%. Interestingly, surface plasmon resonance showed a significant increase in the affinity of the anti-Spike antibodies over time correlating with the maintenance of both the phagocytic and neutralisation functions suggesting that improvement in the antibody quality over the 12 months contributed to the retention of effector functions.

The objective of this study is to find the correlation between the effectiveness level of regional regulations and willingness to compromise with green consumer behaviour. This research applied use correlational surveys with 100 samples housewives in Bogor city. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The result of this research shows that there is a very significant positive relationship that has a local regulation permit with green consumer behaviour, with a variable contribution of 56.2%. There is a very significant positive relationship between willingness to compromise with green consumer behaviour, with the variable contribution being 38.3%. There is a very significant positive relationship between the application of local regulations and the willingness to compromise together with green consumer behaviour, with the variable contribution being 57.9%. The functional relationship between the application of local regulations and willingness to compromise with the green consumer behaviour variable fulfills the regression equation Ŷ12 = 21.866 + 0.404X1 + 0.214X2  and this relationship is significant.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat efektivitas peraturan daerah dan kemauan berkompromi dengan perilaku konsumen hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei korelasional dengan sampel 100 ibu rumah tangga di kota Bogor. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara izin peraturan daerah dengan perilaku konsumen hijau, dengan kontribusi variabel sebesar 56,2%. Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kesediaan berkompromi dengan perilaku konsumen hijau, dengan kontribusi variabel sebesar 38,3%. Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara penerapan peraturan daerah dengan kemauan berkompromi dengan perilaku konsumen hijau, dengan kontribusi variabel sebesar 57,9%. Hubungan fungsional antara penerapan peraturan daerah dan kemauan berkompromi dengan variabel perilaku konsumen hijau memenuhi persamaan regresi 12 = 21,866 + 0,404X1 + 0,214X2 dan hubungan ini signifikan.

Indonesia has the highest distribution of Dipterocarpaceae members, and Shorea leprosula is one of the species that has a natural hybrid in its habitat. Furthermore, the members have intermediate morphological character with the neighboring species, Shorea curtisii. This study aimed to investigate the morphological variations of Shorea leprosula Miq. Progeny trial in PT Sari Bumi Kusuma. The morphological level of 72 Shorea leprosula in PT Sari Bumi Kusuma was identified through sampling. Furthermore, macroscopic and microscopic observations were conducted, and the measurement data were analyzed using cluster and principal component analyses to explain the morphological variable contribution. The results showed leaf architecture variations in laminar shape, apex shape, base shape, and midrib thickness category. The cluster analyses classified the samples into four cluster groups and they consist of a notophyll leaf size category with a rounded base. Meanwhile, the second group consists of an ellipse laminar shape with medium midrib thickness, and the third has an oblong laminar with an obtuse apex shape. The fourth group has a notophyll leaf size category with an obtuse base. The principal component analysis showed that the base shape has the highest contribution to diversity in the samples.

The understanding of HIV-1 pathogenesis and clinical progression is incomplete because of the variable contribution of host, immune and viral factors. The involvement of viral factors has been investigated in extreme clinical phenotypes from rapid progressors to long-term non-progressors (LTNPs). Among HIV-1 proteins, the envelope glycoprotein complex (Env) has concentrated many studies for its important role in the immune response and in the first steps of viral replication. In this study, we analyzed the contribution of 41 Envs from 24 patients with different clinical progression rates and viral loads (VLs), LTNP-Elite Controllers (LTNP-ECs); Viremic LTNPs (vLTNPs), and non-controller’s individuals contemporary to LTNPs or recent, named Old and Modern progressors. We analyzed the Env expression, the fusion and cell-to-cell transfer capacities as well as viral infectivity. The sequence and phylogenetic analysis of Envs were also performed. In every functional characteristic, the Envs from subjects with viral control (LTNP-ECs and vLTNPs) showed significant lower performance compared to those from the progressor individuals (Old and Modern). Regarding sequence analysis, the variable loops of the gp120 subunit of the Env (i.e., V2, V4 and mainly V5) of the progressor individuals showed longer and more glycosylated sequences than controller subjects. Therefore, HIV-1 Envs presenting poor viral functions and shorter sequences were associated with viremic control and the non-progressor clinical phenotype, whereas functional Envs were associated with the lack of virological control and progressor clinical phenotypes. These correlations support the central role of Env genotypic and phenotypic characteristics in the in vivo HIV-1 infection and pathogenesis.

The problem in this research is the low montong dollyo chagi ability of athletes of Taekwondo Dojang Head of Sub-District VII Koto Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman Regency. This study aims to determine how much the variable contribution of leg muscle explosive power to the ability of montong dollyo chagi. The population in this study were athletes of Taekwondo Dojang Head VII Koto Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman Regency, the sample was drawn using purposive sampling technique, so that 11 people were obtained as a sample. The data were collected using a standing board jump test for the explosive power of the leg muscles, and the dollyo chagi kick test with a dollyo chagi speed test with a test time of 10 seconds. The data analysis was processed using the product moment correlation technique. Based on the product moment correlation calculation, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and the athlete's montong dollyo chagi ability with a contribution of 63.68%.

Predicting patients' surgical transfusion needs preoperatively enables more efficient blood resource management. Identifying the significance of variables to use for transfusion predictions may be accomplished more reliably using machine learning, specifically artificial neural networks (ANN). A logistic regression model and two ANN programs are used to identify the contribution of nine variables selected following a literature review. The first ANN uses a sum of the weights method to identify variable contribution and the second ANN uses a leave one out strategy to identify variable contribution. All models indicated that hematocrit was the most significant variable for predicting perioperative blood transfusions. The weighted averages method indicated wRVU's and ASA score were the next most significant contributors. The leave one out method identified sex and INR as contributing to transfusion prediction. The importance of the variables other than hematocrit varied between techniques and may be dependent on the modeling method used.

AbstractIn investment transactions in the capital market, an investor will expect a higher level of investment invested. In order for the expected results to be appropriate, it is necessary to analyze the financial statements of a company with fundamental and technical analysis. This article aims to show the effect of inflation and ROI with the du pont system method on the stock return of PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk. Inflation is an increase in the price of goods and services in general over a long period of time. Meanwhile, the ROI du pont system is a ratio that measures how good the total assets can generate investment. This article also uses descriptive methods and quantitative approaches, namely to describe the research results presented in numerical form. The data in this article is secondary data taken from the financial statements of PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk, and supported by a library and documentation studio, which is processed statistically and quantitatively. The results of the study concluded that both partially and simultaneously inflation and ROI with the Du Pont System method did not have a significant effect on stock returns of PT. Lippo Karawaci. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inflasi dan ROI dengan metode du pont system terhadap return saham PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk. Inflasi merupakan kenaikan harga barang dan jasa secara umum dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Sedangkan ROI du pont system merupakan rasio yang mengukur seberapa besar total aset dapat menghasilkan pengembalian investasi. Artikel ini juga menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif, yakni untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian yang datanya disajikan dalam bentuk numerik. Data pada artikel ini merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan keuangan PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk dan didukung dengan studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi, yang diolah scara statistik dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa baik secara parsial dan simultan inflasi dan ROI dengan dengan metode Du Pont System tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham PT. Lippo Karawaci. Abstract Background Spectral tissue Doppler-derived E/e' ratio has been proposed as the best parameter in the prediction of atrial fibrillation (AF). Although relaxation and contraction are equivalent parts of a continuous cardiac cycle, where systolic and diastolic abnormalities have a variable contribution to the left ventricle (LV) failure. A new doppler index, E/(e'×s') ratio, combining an index of diastolic function (E/e') and marker of systolic LV function (s'), has been confirmed as a good predictor of new-onset AF, although value of E/(e'×s') ratio to predict AF recurrence was not evaluated. Purpose The aim of this study was to investigate whether E/(e'×s') may be better parameter than E/e' to predict AF recurrence after the electrical cardioversion (ECV) of persistent AF in patients with normal LV function. Methods The prospective study included 77 patients with persistent AF with preserved LV ejection fraction (>50%) and successfully performed ECV. Plasma level of NT-proBNP was measured for all the patients before the ECV. Transthoracic echocardiography was performed within the first 24 hours after successful ECV. Primary outcome was the early (at 1 month) recurrence of AF. Results At 1 month follow-up, 39 patients (50.6%) were in sinus rhythm. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that LV enddiastolic diameter >50 mm (HR 3.70, 95% CI 1.29–10.58, p=0.02), NT-proBNP >2000 ng/L (HR 3.28, 95% CI 1.01–10.71, p=0.04), E/e' (HR 1.74, 95% CI 1.27–2.39, p=0.001) and E/(e'×s') ratios (HR 8.17, 95% CI 1.57–42.4, p=0.01) were significant predictors of AF early recurrence after ECV. When we developed multivariate models using these potential confounding factors. To minimize the problem of collinearity E/e'and E/(e'×s') were included in 2 separate models. Multivariate analysis identified that E/(e'×s') ratio and E/e' ratio in combination with LV enddiastolic diameter >49.3 mm and NT-proBNP >2000 ng/L are able to predict early AF recurrence after ECV in 74% and 79% cases, respectively. E/(e'×s') ratio showed higher contribution in the model to predict AF recurrence compared to E/e' ratio (for E/(e'×s') ratio HR 18.94, 95% CI 2.39–149.66, p=0.005; for E/e' ratio HR 1.95, 95% CI 1.31–2.91, p=0.001). On ROC analysis, the diagnostic accuracy of E/(e'×s') and E/e' ratios were found to have the largest areas under the curve (E/(e'×s') ratio, AUC = 0.71, p=0.002 and E/e' ratio, AUC = 0.75, p<0.0001) with an optimal E/(e'×s') ratio cut-off value of 1.15 (sensitivity 97%, specificity 58%) and E/e' ratio value of 8.79 (sensitivity 89%, specificity 41%) for predicting early recurrence of AF after ECV. Conclusions Spectral tissue Doppler-derived ratios (E/(e'×s') and E/e') together with higher NTproBNP level and larger LV enddiastolic diameter predicted early AF recurrence after ECV. E/(e'×s') seems to be a more powerful predictor of AF early recurrence than E/e' ratio. Funding Acknowledgement Type of funding source: None
