Abstract In addition to the ability to think, students need a thinking disposition to succeed in learning. However, the results of preliminary research indicate that the knowledge of prospective teachers, teachers, and lecturers is still low on thinking dispositions. Therefore, this problem can be solved by conducting a national webinar on dispositions of thinking. Thus, the purpose of this service is to provide participants with an understanding of the philosophical and psychological dispositions of thinking. This service method is in the form of a national webinar, which is a seminar held online. This webinar activity is divided into three stages, namely the material presentation stage, the question and answer stage, and the community service evaluation stage. The results of this community service evaluation show that the percentage of the results of filling out the questionnaire is 81% which means that it is in the very high category. This means that this national webinar activity was very successful in understanding the participants towards a philosophical and psychological review of thinking dispositions. This success is supported by the availability of material, internet signals, and the ability of the presenters to convey the material. Apart from that, there are also inhibiting factors in this seminar activity, namely inadequate material delivery time, signal constraints, and too many presenters.

Time development will affect the changing needs of graduates. Using teaching materials as one of the factors supporting the learning process is an absolute thing to do so that learning becomes directed. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct this research to prepare highly competitive human resources. This research is a development that aims to produce materials oriented towards analyzing the needs of graduate users. The ADDIE method includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. It was chosen as the basis for developing teaching materials for STMIK STIKOM Indonesia students on Information Technology. The analysis stage is the stage carried out to describe what the learner will learn. Next is the design stage. The purpose of learning, strategies, learning resources, tests are designed. It becomes a supporting factor for the learning process. Development is the next stage where the process of making materials is carried out according to a predetermined design. The next stage is implementation. Submission of material by the results of the development is carried out at this stage. The last stage is the evaluation stage. The revision process is carried out at this stage to assess the designed learning program.Time development will affect the changing needs of graduates. Wearable Mixed Reality (MR) technology is a tool that gives people a new enhanced experience that they have not encountered before. This study shows the process of designing new museum experiences while considering how this technology changes previous museum experiences, what those experiences are, and what people should feel through these experiences. This process was systematically conducted according to the UX design process of analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. In the analysis step, six types of museum artifact viewing experiences were defined: knowing, restoring, exploring, expanded scale, encountering, and sharing experience through research and user surveys related to the museum experience. In addition, through research analysis related to MR technology, presence, flow, and natural interaction were defined as three essential factors that users should feel in the MR experience. In the synthesis stage, optimized wearable MR experiences were designed and implemented by applying the necessary experience types and essential factors according to the characteristics of each artifact. In the evaluation stage, user experience evaluations such as user experience tests for essential factors in the MR experience, User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) tests for interaction products, and the Visual Aesthetics of Websites Inventory (VisAWI) test for visual experiences from various perspectives were conducted on the developed results. Through these evaluations, users gave positive scores to the design results based on the experience types and essential factors defined in this study. When applying new media technologies such as wearable MR technology, improved technology implementation is important, but an understanding of the applied field must first be obtained, and user analysis must first be thoroughly conducted. This study will be a guide to the systematic development process to be followed when applying wearable MR technology to other fields.

STMIK Jakarta STI&K is a computer campus in Indonesia. This campus has not optimally used online learning media. Electronic lecture is an online lecture medium, which allows students and lecturers to carry out lecture activities without having to meet physically. The current pandemic period requires academic activities to be carried out online. This electronic lecture media is widely available to be adopted to build an online lecture system in an institution. E-Learning Efront is an example of a system that can be used. Research on the inline lecture system can produce a system tailored to the needs applied at the STMIK Jakarta STI&K campus. The electronic lecture system using eFront can be changed according to user needs. To get good results from system development requires a good development stage according to the existing method. Development starts from planning until a good system implementation. One of the steps that can be done is to hold training and trials to measure the ability and understanding of system users. The evaluation stage is carried out by measuring and analyzing users interacting with the system. The e-learning implementation plan begins with the first preparation, then the resources are ready and the services and system infrastructure are available. Based on the results of the evaluation, decisions can be made regarding the application of e-learning at the STMIK Jakarta STI&K campus. The results of the implementation that have been carried out, it is found that the online lecture system is needed as an alternative in the use of information technology in the process of academic activities.

The publication of scientific papers is an essential element in promoting educators. The problem is that the average teacher at SD Negeri 45 has not written and published independently. Some teachers are not proficient in operating computers, especially Microsoft Office Word. Even though writing scientific papers requires these skills to facilitate the work of teachers during writing. In this service, several points are trained, namely optimizing the use of Microsoft Office Word, the rules of writing scientific reports and publications, and techniques for implementing CAR. This activity was carried out on September 18, 2021. The partners of this service were all teachers at the 45 Ternate State Elementary School. The method used is demonstration, lecture, and question and answer. The results of community service activities show that teachers at SD Negeri 45 Ternate City can write CAR scientific reports even though only three people have the best writing skills. At the evaluation stage, several corrections were found, such as spelling errors, data analysis techniques, and the use of references. The obstacle in this research is the limitations of laptops and computers. It takes a long time because there are three available laptop facilities during practice, so the teacher is divided into 3 study groups. However, overall, this service can provide understanding and motivation to teachers at SD Negeri 45 Ternate City to write scientific papers
