Sport event tourism has been acknowledged as a potential agent of economic and sociocultural change in host destinations. The existing literature provides evidence that the impacts of sport events are extensively shaped by not only the type and magnitude of the events but also by the conditions of the destinations in question. By recognising that most of the empirical evidence on the sociocultural impacts of sport event tourism has been drawn from case studies in Western, developed countries, this paper suggests that the experiences of developing countries need to be incorporated into the general body of knowledge on this area. The paper then explores potential research needs and opportunities for the study of sociocultural impacts of sport event tourism in Mexico that could contribute to the general advancement of the theoretical and conceptual underpinning of sport event tourism's impacts.

Minority protection under the League of Nations (LoN) generated an unprecedented level of activity and debate on the topic, which in turn contributed to the general advancement of human rights. Nevertheless, it is also important to note that the League’s Secretariat developed rather conservative practices regarding the receivability of minorities’ petitions as well as on some important related decisions. Our perspective here contrasts with what is commonly found in the associated historiography, i.e. that the part played by the Minorities Section was rather neutral. Without downplaying the importance of some states’ resistance to the protection of minorities and its supervision, the Section’s narrow interpretation of the LoN jurisdiction is noteworthy, as is the absence of serious attempts to take advantage of the decisions in favour of minorities made by the LoN Assembly. The way the Section constructed the non-receivability of petitions, especially those which were ‘outside treaties’, illustrates our argument.

This article is as a proof to my previous papers which confirms and approves them internationally. Also some scientific problems of Iran were discussed. Again it was concluded that Iran (and I) will not become anything in the science, I do not have any intelligence and (Iran and I) will not become anything in general. Therefore according to the principles of DEPRESSIVE REALISM, I must always be happy [1-7]. It was suggested that the only way for the general advancement of Iran is to make Iran as a state of USA officially.

In recent years, alongside the general advancement of bioethics in a range of professions, bioethics conferences, both at a national and international level, have developed and become increasingly popular. One challenge for those learning bioethics is often to engage with disciplines outside their own, for instance by exploring new methodological approaches or theoretical frameworks. The interdisciplinary nature of bioethics motivates the development of different forms of interdisciplinary learning. In this paper, the authors discuss the role of bioethics conferences that, it is argued, serve as an important tool for interdisciplinary learning and interaction in bioethics. Special reference is given to the Postgraduate Bioethics Conference, which the authors convened in 2014 and have since overseen, to demonstrate how such a conference can assist learning in bioethics.

The development of the production of arrocera in Ecuador was possible because it consolidated a complementary industrial sector. The rice industry, however, appears as a consequence and condition for the consolidation of this branch of production. The general advancement of the production process takes into account the growth of an industrial sector devoted to the decorticamiento of the gramínea. This is based on the fact that the industrialisation of the grain is a condition for the increase of consumption. In turn, one can understand the growth of the latter (especially in the sierra), if they take into account the new forms of utilisation of the rice that the processing gives place. This is a fundamental requirement for the development of the industry and, therefore, the general production. It should be emphasised that after the harvesting process, the primary production concludes with the storage of the grain in sacks or silos. The industrialisation of rice begins with the drying of the grains. Once these are completely dehydrated, it proceeded to the husked and the removal of the husk thereof. As a result of this process, you can get the brown rice which in some cases is treated with specialized polishing machines to obtain the white rice that is consumed regularly. Usually, the process of industrialization ends with the packaging of the rice for human consumption. In actuality, the rice sector faces great challenges. This is the same ones that make it essential to form rice associations for small and medium producers to handle their own industrialization process. It, however, begins with the drying of rice Peel, storage in silos, hulling and elimination of husk, polishing (white rice) and packaging, and taking care of the marketing in the domestic market, i.e. direct selling, especially in supermarkets and Points of Sale being the best option. For Producers, the commercial opening is an opportunity for rice activity.
