This research uses the innovative Oliver Twist novel. The purpose of this study is to describe the sadness that can be taken as a lesson from the main character in the Oliver Twist novel, and to show how the sadness is presented by the main character. This research deals with how sadness affects learning and can be found in a novel by Charles Dickens. In this scientific study and research, the writer uses descriptive qualitative to describe, analyze, and discuss research problems. Other information relevant to the investigation is also being sought by the researchers. The author conducted a research question to find how sadness can be reduced by studying "Oliver Twist" in a story from a functionalist perspective, symbol perspective, conflict, and perspective. After analyzing Oliver Twist novel the author found some sadness that can make life lessons in the main character, such as fortitude, sympathy, courage, honesty, cooperation, gratitude, not giving up easily, humility, and kindness.

Learning anxiety is an excessive feeling of being afraid of threats or felt during distance learning. In overcoming children's anxiety, one of the assistance efforts made is family support. Family support is an act of assisting to meet the needs and problem solving of children in order to support the optimization of children's development. In this study, researchers used quantitative descriptive as an approach. The research method used is an analytic survey while the type of research is cross sectional. In analyzing the data, researchers used univariate as a measuring tool and the Chi-Square test as bivariate. The population of elementary school children in grades 4-6 is 60 respondents and the sample is 60 respondents. The results of the bivariate test showed that there was a significant relationship between the independent variables, that the p value was 0.044 (p < 0.05), which means that there is an influence between family support and children's learning anxiety. In this study, the study analyzed that the Chi-Square test had 2 (two) most influential variables, namely family support and children's learning anxiety. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between family support and children's learning anxiety. From this research, it is expected that children will learn with others so that children do not experience anxiety.

This study aims to produce research products in mathematics learning media, namely snakes and ladders assisted by number cards. In addition, this study aims to determine the feasibility of the snake and ladder media with the aid of number cards if it is applied to elementary school mathematics learning. The type of research used in this research is research and development using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects in this study were the second-grade students of SD Negeri Blekatuk, while the object of this research was the snake and ladder media with the help of number cards. Data were obtained through the provision of response questionnaires and tests. The feasibility of the product is assessed based on valid, practical, and effective criteria. The research results through a questionnaire given to media experts, material experts, and expert practitioners meet the valid criteria with an average validity of 3.8. With the aid of a number card, the snake-and-ladder media fulfills practicality with a percentage of 79% for a limited trial and a percentage of 81% for a comprehensive trial. Both trials received a positive response. With the help of number cards, the snake and ladder media met the effectiveness criteria, with post-test results reaching 88%. These data indicate that the snake and ladder media, with the help of number cards developed in this study, is categorized as feasible and can be used in mathematics learning activities for elementary school students

The assessment using Kahoot is a measuring tool to assess the extent to which the learning process is conveyed to students. Based on the interview result with teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers still use conventional methods in paper tests (paper). Therefore, an assessment instrument is needed that makes it more accessible for teachers to assess students during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the development of technology in education, the researcher develops instruments using Kahoot on the theme 6-subtheme 1 about temperature and heat for the fifth grade of elementary school. This development research aims to produce products in the form of instrument, suitability, and practicality of assessment instrument using Kahoot on theme 6-subtheme 1 about temperature and heat for the fifth grade of elementary school, to know assessment instrument using Kahoot and practicality. This was development research (R&D) with a 4D model consisting of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The developed assessment instrument was tested to 6 students for the limited test and 13 students for the comprehensive test in the fifth grade of SD N Long. Techniques of collecting data were interviews, student response questionnaires, and documentation. While the data research instruments used were material expert validation sheets, media expert validation sheets, expert validation sheets, practitioners, and student response questionnaires. The results are in an assessment instrument using Kahoot on theme 6-subtheme 1 about temperature and heat. The validation results on aspects of presentation, feasibility, language, application and graphics get an average of 3.52 with a percentage of 84.12%, including the appropriate category. Student responses to the assessment using Kahoot in the limited trial get a proportion of 73.3% with practical criteria, and in the broad trial, it gets 85.6% with efficient criteria. Therefore, the assessment instrument using Kahoot on theme 6-subtheme one about temperature and is feasible and practical to use in assessments in elementary schools.

This study aims to determine the increase in understanding of mathematical concepts using the Realistic Mathematics Education model in fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Binangun. The subjects in this study were fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Binangun, Need District, Purworejo Regency, totalling 21 students consisting of 14 boys and seven girls, in the 2020/2021 school year. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in two cycles, each cycle having two meetings. Data collection techniques using test instruments, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that the understanding of students' concepts had increased. This is shown in the first cycle the average value has increased by 18.7%, with an average value of 75.7. In the second cycle, the average value has increased again by 12.1%, with an average value of 87 students' conceptual understanding. 8. Thus, it can be conclude that the Realistic Mathematics Education learning model can improve knowledge of mathematical concepts in fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Binangun

Media, in general, is a means of providing information to the recipient of the message, namely the child. The game is a medium that is used as a medium of play for children that can be used as a means of learning. This game uses a problem-solving learning method, namely problem-solving. It is hoped that this method can find solutions in fostering children’s creativity. Therefore, this research is to improve children’s cognitive abilities in solving a problem (problem-solving). Thus, this research develops problem-solving game media to facilitate children’s creativity by using cardboard box lego game media. In designing this game media, it refers to the 2013 curriculum. The 2013 curriculum is expected to facilitate aspects of children’s cognitive development for their creativity. This study aims to describe the basic needs of game media and develop a cardboard box lego problem-solving science game to facilitate early childhood creativity. The method used in this research is the Educational Design Research (EDR) floating method. Learning science in early childhood is still considered quite tricky, but this will be easy to overcome with the right and appropriate and adequate media and teaching materials. Based on the literature study that has been done, many science game media are not by the child’s development stage, which should adjust to aspects of child development that refer to the 2013 curriculum. So based on the needs and findings in the field, researchers will develop a cardboard box kego problem-solving science game to facilitate early childhood creativity.

This research is motivated by the problems in the field regarding the limited availability of learning media in facilitating early childhood logical thinking skills, especially recognizing differences in objects based on the size of the object's weight. The importance of the ability to think logically from an early age to prepare children to live their daily lives is inseparable from logical thinking. The purpose of this study is to develop learning media to facilitate early childhood analytical thinking skills. The method used in this research is the development method with the Educational Design Research (EDR) model of the McKenney and Reeves model, which has three stages of research: analysis and exploration, design and construction, and evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, questionnaires, and expert validation. The products that have been developed are then validated by media experts, material experts, and educational experts and then revised by researchers according to the validator's suggestions. Products that have been declared eligible to be tested based on the results of expert validation then tried twice on a limited basis on group B children in TK PGRI Karangmekar. The results of this study indicate that the developed media, namely balance scale media to facilitate early childhood logical thinking skills, is suitable for use in learning according to the results of expert validation, teacher responses, and student's ability to use balance scale media in learning in a limited trial.

Parental participation is very basic in the development of a child's character, one of which is intelligence. Intrapersonal intelligence is very important for children, if someone has a high level of intelligence, he will be able to control his emotions so that the actions taken are based on the correct knowledge. Therefore, in developing this intrapersonal intelligence, a stimulus from parents is needed. The purpose behind this research is to describe the role of parents in developing intrapersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The researcher uses a case study approach approach, the type of instrumental case study approach. The selection of research subjects was carried out by purposive sampling, which consisted of two families. This information collection method is carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques created by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that parents play a role in providing support, parents play a role in providing guidance, parents play a role in uniting children's activities, parents play a role in providing understanding for children, parents teach children in emotions, parents play a role in habituation to children.

This study examines the effect of project-based learning on children’s social-emotional development and children’s fine motoric development. This study uses a Quasi-Experimental Design. Control-Group Design (Pre-test and Post Test) or Nonequivalent [Pretest and Post Test] Control-Group Design, the experimental group (A) and the control group (B), were selected without a random assignment procedure. In these two groups, both pretest and posttest were carried out. Only the experimental group (A) was treated. This research was conducted at RA Uniform Debit and RA Kusuma Mulia, Ngino, Plemahan, Kediri. Data were collected using observation sheets, descriptive statistical data analysis, and paired t-test with alpha <0.05.  Based on the results of different tests with the Paired t-test, the Sig. As much as 0.000, where this value is less than 0.05, reject H1 and accept H0, there are differences in social-emotional development and fine motor skills between before (pretest) and after (posttest) getting project-based learning the experimental group and the control group. The average value shows that the social-emotional development after being given the Project-Based learning was more significant than the social-emotional development, namely 26.03> 20.44 in the experimental group and 22.10> 20.23 in the control group. Likewise, fine motor development before being given the Project-Based learning, namely 14.97> 11.84 in the experimental group and 13.03> 11.97 in the control group. This means that the project-based learning given to RA students in Plemahan, Kediri is more effective than learning in the control group.

This study aims to determine the relevance and effectiveness of implementing the recitation method in improving student achievement. This research is directed to answer two problems: the relevance and effectiveness of the recitation method in learning Akidah Akhlaq subjects. Classroom Action Research with a quantitative research approach is used in the research method where data collection uses research measuring instruments (instruments). Data analysis is quantitative/statistical, aiming to test and prove the hypotheses that have been made/set. The data analysis technique used in this study was carried out in several stages, namely: a) data reduction, b) data presentation and c) conclusion drawing, data analysis in research using SPSS (Product Moment). The recitation method was applied to the subjects of Aqidah Akhlak grade 5. The conclusions followed the study results with the acquisition of scores and percentages: Cognitive score acquisition in cycle-1: 85.88 in cycle-2: 87.06, which means up: 1.18. the acquisition of affective values ​​in cycle-1: 89.41 in cycle-2:89,26. It means down: 0.15. The group score in the first cycle: 86.47 in the second cycle 89.41. It means up: 0.99. The acquisition of psychomotor scores in cycle-1: 90.69 in cycle-2 90.69. It means fixed. The average score (average) in cycle-1: 88.11 in cycle-2: 89.11 means that the value increases by: 0.99. The research analysis results can be concluded that the recitation method in Akidah Akhlaq subjects is relevant and effective in improving student achievement.
