By using a triangulation approach in collecting data, namely interviews, observations and documentation, the data analysis carried out also refers to a triangulation approach, so that the data obtained are then analyzed and discussed with reference to theory and empirical. The results of data analysis show that MSMEs actors have not as a whole implemented an accounting information system. MSMEs actors only record simple transactions including sales, purchases, debts, receivables, profit or loss. Likewise, because the accounting information system has not been implemented, the financial accounting standards of micro, small and medium entities have not been implemented by MSMEs actors.

Due to the unclear rules of the parties’ obligations and rights, the improper translation of the contract, the meaning vague and the loose broad, the parties are tracked in this situation where any part of them could intentionally or unintentionally exploited a contractual loophole to avoid responsibility and obligation, which would lead to a dispute. The distortion of translation can lead to the fuzziness and uncertainty of contract which can be easily exploited by commercial fraud to evade responsibility; this situation is happened in reality and practice which has negative impact on foreign relations and trade. This study arises from the need to propose an alternative solution to existing hedging methods to all companies interested in hedging the price risk of raw materials. The research focuses mainly on the actors of the agri-food supply chains, in particular the organic sector, given the growing trend of the cultivation methodology and the need to protect entrepreneurs involved in short-chain spinneret who have less possibility of relieve higher costs incurred to ensure the sustainability of the product. However, our analysis envisages a customizable hedging method for any company that intends to protect itself from the price fluctuations of the commodity that represents the inherent nature of its business. The technique consists in the construction of specific contracts (in particular, derivative financial instruments) by investment banks or commercial banks oriented to the corporate segment that offer this service. Personalization is achieved by calibrating the constituent elements of the derivative on the basis of hedging needs. The parameterization is carried out by replicating the contractual specifications of the main futures on commodities listed on regulated markets. This will allow the creation of a combination of option contracts listed on the over-the-counter market in an overall strategy aimed at medium-long term hedging.

Quality management has occupied a vast space of the management literature in general and the quality management literature in particular. Academics as well as practitioners devoted much attention to the Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy and its impact on business performance. It is found that the roots of TQM and its successor can be traced to more than 1400 years ago in the holy book Al-Qur’?n and the teachings of Prophet Mohammad, Peace and Blessings of All?hbe upon him. Many verses in the holy Qur’an stressed the impact of good deeds and doing the right things. Not only we will explain these principles, but we will give some business applications of these principles from an Islamic perspective. This paper is therefore structured as follows. First, we will offer some of the existing concept of the quality management paradigms, literature review and suggest definition to reflect our contribution from an Islamic perspective. Second we will discuss the dimensions of the philosophical under pinning of quality management from Islamic Perspective and then principles quality management from Islamic perspective and finally quality leadership for quality management.

Much attention focuses on the role of real estate lending by banks as a precipitating factor in past financial crises, and especially with respect to the 2007-2008 crisis. Over the past five years, U.S. banks have increased their commercial real estate lending dramatically, raising concern among regulators about the potential for another financial crisis. In this paper, we analyze post-recessionary trends to determine whether the same dangerous pre-recessionary risk-taking trends are emerging. Regulators devote most of their attention to the banking sector with little regard to the role played by its various subgroups. This may explain why there is little research analyzing the specific role of community banks in sparking a financial crisis. In this study, we present a disaggregated analysis that focuses on the potential risks of increased commercial real estate lending from a comparative perspective, examining community banks vis-a-vis larger banking institutions, paying particular attention to the role of deliberate bank risk-taking as a causal factor in increased community bank commercial real estate CRE lending since the Great Recession.

Focus Decision-making is often aided by examining False Positive Error-risk profiles [FPEs]. In this research report, the decision-making jeopardy that one invites by eschewing the Exact factorial-binomial Probability-values used to form the FPEs in favor of: (i) Normal Approximations [NA], or (ii) Continuity-Corrected Normal Approximations [CCNA] is addressed. Results Referencing an audit context where testing sample sizes for Re-Performance & Re-Calculation protocols are, by economic necessity, in the range of 20 to 100 account items, there are indications that audit decisions would benefit by using the Exact Probability-values. Specifically, using a jeopardy-screen of ±2.5% created by benchmarking the NA & the CCNA by the Exact FPEs, it is observed that: (i) for sample sizes of 100 there is little difference between the Exact and the CCNA FPEs, (ii) almost uniformly for both sample extremes of 20 and 100, the FPEs created using the NA are lower and outside the jeopardy screen, finally (iii) for the CCNA-arm for sample sizes of n = 20, only sometimes are the CCNA FPEs interior to the jeopardy screen. These results call into question not using the Exact Factorial Binomial results. Finally, an illustrative example is offered of an A priori FPE-risk Decision-Grid that can be parametrized and used in a decision-making context.
