Intestinal metaplasia of the bladder is a rare pathology, estimated at less than 1% of bladder pathologies. Some forms, including pseudo tumor glandular cystitis, can mimic cancer. We report a rare case of this pathology, little studied in our context, treated in Senegal and we underline the epidemiologicalclinical and anatomopathological particularities.

Mammary analogue secretory carcinoma is a rare salivary gland tumor that has a wide range of clinical presentation ranging from indolent, local and slowly growing tumors to a very aggressive, infiltrative and widely metastasizing forms. We report a case of an unfortunate patient whose tumor had a very quick ominous disease course with aggressive clinical and histological presentation. This case is the first case, to our knowledge, to be reported in the literature from Saudi Arabia of MASC with features of high grade transformation

In the 17th century, Robert Hooke invented the microscope and our life understanding and disease increased. Further understanding of the invisible, microscopic world has been occurred after the establishment of modern microbiology in the 19th century by Louis Pasteur and Robert Koch. Thanks to modern technology, there have been nearly 300 species of parasitic helminths known to be human parasite. Additionally, livestock, crops and pets are all victims of parasitic helminths, which cause extreme effects on the human population as well [1].
