The Covid-19 pandemic has caused global changes that have affected the health sector, the economic sector, the social sector, as well as the sectors of interpersonal and social relations. Although health systems have become at the forefront of defense against the virus, other health sectors that focus on chronic diseases, new diseases, monitoring, rehabilitation, and various other forms of treatment have been put on the agenda. Unfortunately, the same fate befell the health tourism and rehabilitation sector. The problem can also be defined in the fact that the rehabilitation of insured persons who are entitled to it through the National Health Insurance Fund is carried out to a much lesser extent. The spa centers of Serbia were in the red zone of the covid system on two occasions during 2020-2021, which affected the complete absence of rehabilitation. After returning to the basic system of work, due to security measures that primarily have a physical distance, the capacities are significantly reduced. New expectations in tourism will require new standards, and the same will apply to health tourism and rehabilitation as its important sector. Although tourism has often fallen into crisis in recent decades and required the action of crisis management, it was still short-lived about the state of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic will require long-term crisis management. What is the path to recovery, and will we go back to the old way?

The family business contains certain specifics from the organizational form, financing, inheritance, risk, insurance, and others. Family business is very important because it represents a significant part of every national economy and directly affects the well-being and stability of the whole country, but there is still not enough developed awareness of its impact, so this kind of business is not sufficiently researched. That family business is not sufficiently researched is proved by the fact that in market economies there is not enough literature on this way of doing business, so stakeholders do not have insight into the opportunities it provides, as well as problems and risks that must be considered before starting a family business. The subject of this paper is precisely the origin, development, ideas, advantages, and disadvantages of the family business in general. The goal is to present this idea, which can enable a complete financial and organizational analysis of the business venture, ie what are the initial funds and what works need to be undertaken and performed to further develop the family business in Serbia and beyond.

People undertake risk management activities to identify, assess, manage, and control all types of events or situations. This can range from a single project or narrowly defined types of risk, for example, market risk, to the threats and opportunities faced by the organization. Organizations are under pressure to identify all business risks they face - social, ethical, and environmental risks as well as financial and operational - and to explain that they are being managed at an acceptable level. Risk management is a basic element of corporate governance. Management is responsible for establishing and operating the risk management framework on behalf of the board. A company's risk management brings many benefits that result from its structured, consistent, and coordinated approach. The key role of internal auditors concerning enterprise risk management should be to assure the effectiveness of risk management to management. When an internal audit extends its activities beyond this key role, it should apply certain security measures, including treating engagements as consulting services and applying all relevant standards. In this way, an internal audit will protect its independence and the objectivity of its assurance services

This paper deals with educational issues in the People's Republic of China and potential economic development due to investments in the education system. In the period from 1998, there was a big growth in education which was accompanied, among other things, by positive growth in gross domestic product. The crucial importance of investing in education is providing a competent workforce which is a pillar of a successful modern economy. There is a difficulty of the proper allocation of resources and the reform of education is the hukou system in China, which restricts people to live and work in a certain location which is an obstacle for people to freely move and equal chances for education. So far, the discrepancy between rural and urban hukou has been noticed, with urban hukou recording a higher percentage of educated people, as well as a proportionally higher income, while rural hukou is lacking opportunities for further education. For China to achieve the planned economic growth, it is evident that it must reform its education, the focus of which would be on improving human/knowledge capital as well as set aside a higher percentage of gross domestic product for investments in education.

The development of entrepreneurship and leadership is the backbone of the development of any society. In a market economy, the state of entrepreneurship changes every day and it is necessary to find new methods of its development and adaptation to market conditions. Today, Serbia is in a difficult economic situation. The global economic crisis halted the country’s belated transitional recovery the moment the momentum began to take hold. The road to its recovery leads through painful measures: rationalization of the oversized public sector and serious financial discipline, as well as the promotion of entrepreneurship and leadership as development strategies, without which sustainable economic growth will not be possible. This paper aims to contribute to the description and analysis of the development of entrepreneurship and leadership, with the intention that it contributes to faster development in Serbia. The paper analyzes the concept, general state, and importance of entrepreneurship, the relationship between entrepreneurship and leadership, and the role of entrepreneurship in economic development. Based on the analysis performed in the paper, the authors concluded that entrepreneurial opportunities arise from market changes and that the modern, rapidly changing and uncertain business environment is a theoretically potential area for entrepreneurial activities.

After the Second World War, the police in the Republic of Serbia introduced the model of the practice of „criminal investigation“ which was used in the former Soviet Union. This model of policing practice was focused on finding enemies among the citizens and informing the public that the enemies had been discovered. Evidence was considered irrelevant in this model of policing practice. By applying this model of police work, human rights have been permanently violated and citizens have been subjected to various types of torture. The results of the research in this paper showed that many reported citizens have never been convicted of indicted crimes. Also, the results of the research showed that this model of police work out many reported citizens, accused a small part of citizens, while a very small number were convicted. By filing criminal charges against citizens who have never been convicted, the police violated basic human rights international legal instruments. One of such rights was the right to justice in criminal proceedings, which should be based not only on legal but also on ethical and moral principles on which modern society develops. This right belongs to the group of basic human rights and it has been permanently violated in the application of the „criminal investigation“ model from the end of the Second World War to the beginning of the second decade of the 21st century. The result of this model of policing was the mass torture of citizens, their imprisonment, arrests, accusations, and investigations without any evidence against them, with many open criminal files that marked a large number of citizens and their families for life.

In our time, private military and security companies, known as private military companies (PVK), are becoming increasingly important. Their growing number, increasing financial and armed strength, the fact that they employ an increasing number of people, and especially the very nature of their business in terms of providing services in the field of security, intelligence, weapons, logistics, etc., up to direct participation in armed operations, even those outside the borders of the state in which they are based, lead to the fact that these entities have an increasing role not only in events within individual states but also in international relations. After a brief review of the concept of PVK and some of the legal issues related to them, the author deals with the problem of international regulation of the position of PVK at the universal and regional level and considers the Montreux Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers and some other documents. The author concludes that everything indicates that it is necessary to create new international legal frameworks at the universal level as soon as possible, which would regulate the most important issues such as defining the most important terms; unification of conditions and ways for the establishment, licensing, and registration of PVK; rights and obligations of PVK and their staff; international supervision of PVK and their staff; the responsibility of all actors involved; the difference between a PVK staff member and a mercenary; rules related to the crossing of PVK weapons and equipment across state borders, etc. For now, much remains controversial - what and how should be regulated by a universal international treaty, who should be its members, what mechanisms of international supervision should be provided for, etc., and even on whether it is at all necessary at this time.

This article presents a methodology for training process improvement using process management and a systemic approach to training on the production company example. There is explicated the training process improvement systematically. Concretely, there is identified and presented existing training process (by BPMN graphic language), it is analyzed its appropriateness/efficacy (by experience, customer complaints, and questionnaire method), also are explained supportive measures for operative monitoring and new training process control. Offered methodology for training process improvement can be used in all companies where continuous training processes for new employees are needed. Using process solution this study resolved three research problems and validated three hypotheses: a) customer complaint level, skill level, and satisfaction after training process was not optimal; b) training process is redesigned according to defined weaknesses of the existing training process and according to systemic training approach; c) supporting tools to the new training process are new operative systems of evidence, evaluation, and control. In such a manner it is created a model with training target outcomes (high quality of skills after training process in sense of speed and quality of working performance) by which are generated the presumptions for efficacy improvement on the level of production workers and a production company.

However, it can be observed that some aspects of the business are characterized by significant use of ICT, while in others the use of these technologies is not yet represented to a significant extent.
