Pregnant women are one of the risk groups that should be considered to receive particular attention. Maternal mortality is caused by direct and indirect causes, which generally can be identified in early pregnancy. The Ministry of Health has launched various programs to reduce maternal mortality. At the community level, since 2007, there has been a birth planning and prevention of complications (P4K) program as a screening tool for pregnant women at risk by using stickers. The main point of this program is the active participation of families and communities to care for pregnant women in their environment. Purwakarta Regency, a region with uncomplicated geographical conditions, is supported by Health Human Resources (SDMKes) and Health facilities to do various programs in reducing the number of maternal deaths; one of them is P4K with stickers. In 2017, there were still 21 maternal deaths that should have been identified and referred to the hospital if the program was running well. The study aims to analyze the implementation of the P4K Sticker at the District Level. This research is qualitative research with in-depth interviewing techniques involving 12 informants and related documents, according to the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn policy implementation based on 6 (six) variables. This study found that the standard and policy objectives have not been fully achieved. There is still insufficient funding to support the program optimally. In terms of communication, there still a different understanding between the Health Office and Primary Healthcare Center. Despite there are still constraints on the number of human resources, the program's attitude is supportive.  Economic and political situations are good, but social conditions are not supportive. The conclusion is that the program's implementation still has constraints in each variable. Existing program barriers can be overcome by optimizing inter-organizational communication, in this case, the District Health Office with Primary Healthcare Center, to have a common understanding regarding the implementation of Sticker P4K.

Mental disorders impact people's quality of life globally. A quarter of the world's population consists of children and adolescents who are significantly experiencing mental disorders since the age of 14. Community-based mental health strategies are aimed to overcome the challenges of mental health. The purpose of this review was to explore the evidence of children and adolescents' mental health promotion strategies to be potentially implemented in Indonesia. A literature review design was utilized using PRISMA on 20 journals through Science Direct, Proquest, SAGE, Scopus, EBSCO, and Taylor and Francis, in the last five years, within keywords of community-based, children and adolescents, mental health promotion, strategy. Data were analyzed in a table containing the title, author, year, methodology, results, and recommendations. Several strategies can be implemented to improve mental health in children and adolescents, such as peer group approaches, parental support, and religious education. Community-based mental health promotion strategies can optimize the effective implementation. Rigorous studies on policy evaluation, readiness, pilot studies on the implementation, and other approaches are needed for the more technical implementation of community-based mental health promotion strategies.

Back-Referral Program (PRB) is one way to improve the quality of the health services for BPJS participants in conducting quality control and cost control. The unavailability of pharmacies and drugs for PRB causes the PRB program not to run optimally, thus increasing the catastrophic disease sufferers and absorbing big claims in JKN. This study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach using the method of in-depth interviews and document review. The research informants' criteria were: the elements of the leadership and policy management officers in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office, Central Jakarta Health Office, Central Jakarta BPJS Health Center, Central Jakarta District Health Center, and Central Jakarta PRB Pharmacy. The results showed that the implementation performance was not optimal, which was influenced by policy standards and objectives, resources, communication between organizations, the implementers' attitude, the implementing organization's characteristics, and the economic, social, and politics. Coordination, commitment, and evaluation of activities from the Ministry of Health, BPJS Health, Government Service Goods Procurement Policy Institute, and DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office are needed in terms of the availability of this PRB drug.

The development of sharia-based hospitals in Indonesia began with the Indonesian Islamic Health Effort Assembly (MUKISI) in collaboration with the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) with the issuance of fatwa No. 107 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Hospitals Based on Sharia Principles. One of them is Sari Asih Sangiang Hospital (RSSA) in the city of Tangerang, which has received sharia certification since 2018. Sharia hospitals guideline regulates Sharia Minimal Service Standards (SPM). The SPM contains regulations of reciting basmalah before procedures, hijab for patients and breastfeeding mother, mandatory training for patient's fiqh, Islamic education, gender-based ECG usage, using of hijab in the operating room, and scheduling elective surgery which not constrained by prayer times. This study uses a qualitative approach through report document review on the implementation of sharia quality indicators. The indicator format is determined by checklist, survey, medical record document; daily, monthly, and annual census recapitulation; secondary data from previous research, related literature, and in-depth interviews with correspondent criteria who responsible for implementing Sharia Quality at Sari Asih Sangiang Hospital. The results show that Sari Asih Sangiang Hospital has implemented Sharia SPM optimally, whose implementation refers to the standards and guidelines for the implementation of sharia hospitals issued by the DSN-MUI but is still constrained with the data recording problem. We suggest to put forward the need for coaching and training in Human Resources, and data recording should be done more regularly in order to maximize achievement targets.

To aid the process, an online information system is necessary. This research was qualitative research that used the waterfall method for the information syntax. This involved planning, analysis, design, implementation, and system. From there, the data was then evaluated based on its accessibility, completeness, accuracy, and speed. The qualitative data was gathered through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and unstructured interviews with selected informants. 26 informants were involved in this research, this included the reporters, the Patient Safety (KPRS) Team, and the hospital management board. Results of the would then produce recommendations on how to handle the problems found. To discover the correlation betweem the quality of work life and the employees’ performance at Ogan Ilir District General Hospital, a study was performed in March-April 2018. The study was a cross sectional quantitative study on 315 civil servants and voluntary staff at the hospital. Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis was performed using the chi-square and the double regression prediction/determinant model. We discovered that the quality of the work life at the hospital was lacking, particularly for pride in their place of work, employee involvement/participation, and the facilities provided to the employees. It was also discovered that of the 315 employees, 164 (51.1%) employees had low performance index and there was a significant correlation between the employee involvement/participation and the facilities provided to the employees with their performance. Therefore, the three components that was correlated strongly with employee performance was employee involvement/participation [Odds Ratio (OR): 2.190, Confidence Interval (CI): 95%, P <0.001], facilities provided (OR: 2.670; CI 95%, p < 0.000), and work safety (OR: 0.972, CI 95%, p = 0.911).

AbstractHospital is a public facility that must continue on full operation when a disaster occurs. In any disaster situation that results in a surge in patients, hospitals are expected to provide health services for the victims. This study uses  mixed research methods. We combine qualitative methods using in-depth interviews and quantitative methods using questionnaires and hospital safety index scoring. The sample was taken by purposive sampling on hospitals’ management incorporated in the disaster management organization structure. The hospital safety index score result is 62.5%. The knowledge questionnaire results showed 77% percentage, meaning that the staff’s knowledge of disasters was excellent. RSUD Kota Yogyakarta’s Hospital Safety Index result means that it is still in category B. This category means that the hospital still has some risks affecting their maximum function in facing disaster.
