School is one place that can shape the character of students. In shaping the character of these students, of course all elements of this school must collaborate and take responsibility for the learning objectives themselves, especially the purpose of forming the character of students. Scout activities are activities that contain a lot of character values, character formation apart from learning in class as well as scout activities. This study aims to determine the activities of scouting in the formation of student discipline character in MTs Riyadhatul Jannah, Sialang Panjang Village. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In obtaining data researchers used interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses the researcher's diligence and triangulation of data sources. The research stages in this study include the pre-field stage, the stage of field work, the stage of data analysis and the stage of report writing. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Scout activities in the formation of student discipline character at MTs Riyadhatul Jannah have been going as expected. 2) the effectiveness of Scouting activities in establishing students' discipline character in MTs Riyadhatul Jannah can be declared effective, although there are still students who come late to school and practice scouting because of illness or rain, besides that it is also obtained from the results of effectiveness measures namely, accuracy of program targets, and monitoring program. 3) and the visible impact of scouting activities such as Discipline in keeping with the schedule of lessons, discipline in dealing with the temptation to delay time, and self-discipline focuses on student self-reliance.

The objective of this research is to analyze the role of internal initiative driven by pesantren leaders and external development provided by the government in building pesantren entrepreneurship. This research was conducted by utilizing a descriptive qualitative method, with a sample of 5 pesantrens in Garut Regency, Indonesia. The data obtained in this research was collected through focus group discussion (FGD) with a number of stakeholdrs as informant namely leaders of the 5 pesantrens taken as sample along with a couple of their students. Based on field study, we discovered that the success of pesantren in building entrepreneurship activities are dominantly determined by internal initiative and creativity driven by entrepreneurs/managers/ initiators of pesantren, supported by their students. Other pesantrens that have succeeded to build their economic independencies have also received assistance from the government through one pesantren one product (OPOP) program as external development driving factor, which motivated these pesantrens to contribute and to help the government to achieve the goals of this program.

This study aims to determine the application, supporting and inhibiting factors and results achieved. The research method used was descriptive, with research subjects were students of SDN Karawang Wetan Kab. Karawang. The research technique used was Simple Random Sampling, techniquewhile the data collection technique was carried out through observation, literature study, and a questionnaire distributed to 45 respondents as a sample in this study. The results of the study concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of the demonstration method in the implementation of the Prayer Service for students of Karawang Wetan Elementary School was said to be quite successful with a number of 71.7%.

The life of the Cirendeu indigenous people has become one of the village icons with a unique culture that is diverse in their customs and traditions. The culture of this community is classified as still holding a fairly strong tradition from its ancestors, marked by socio-cultural conditions which are prerequisite for the values of local wisdom. So that the complex substance of the values of local wisdom in the Cirendeu community can be revealed as a source of Islamic character education in this study. This research uses ethnographic methods to explore the values of local wisdom in the Cirendeu indigenous people. The results show that in the religious aspect, there are four main points, namely the prohibition of taking the rights of others, the prohibition on imposing other people's beliefs, mutual cooperation and tolerance. In the socio-cultural aspect, it shows that the indigenous people of Cirendeu are principled and adhere to the old traditions and follow the flow of changing times (protecting the time of the era). Meanwhile, the source of Islamic character education from the indigenous Cirendeu community refers to the meaning of symbolic, empirical, aesthetic, ethical, synoetic, and synoptic life.

The problem of this research is to reveal the problems that occur about the efforts of Islamic Education teachers in improving the abilities of children with special needs in reading and writing the Koran through the Iqro 'method. And what are the problems of children with special needs in the ability to read and write the Koran at SLB Bina Sejahtera. This study aims to determine how Islamic Islamic education teachers are trying to improve the ability to read and write the Qur'an through the Iqro 'method, and to find out the problems of the ability to read and write the Qur'an in children with special needs in SLB Bina Sejahtera. In this study, using a qualitative method which has natural characteristics as a  source of direct data. The subject of this research is shown to the Islamic Religious Education Teacher. Researchers in this case applied several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the PAI teacher's efforts in improving the ability to read and write the Qur'an through the Iqro 'method for children with special needs, including; giving enthusiasm and affection, giving gifts, separating seats for each child, being taught one by one to do repetition of readings so that they are easy to remember and understand, as well as adding image media. The existence of this teacher's effort is able to improve the ability of children with special needs in reading and writing the Qur'an. And the problems that occur in children with special needs in reading and writing the Qur'an have different abilities.

This article examines the human concept of the environment and the universe from the point of view of the Qur'an. This study is based on the lack of human concern for the environment. Several verses in the Al-Qur'an emphasize prohibitions and reprisals for those who damage the environment and those who protect it. The research approach is qualitative type of literature. The data sources are literature in the field of environment, Al-Qur'an and Tafseer. Data engineering is carried out with related references, both manually and digitally, especially in the Google Scholar database with the keyword used is the Concept of Humans Against the Environment and the Universe in the Perspective of the Qur'an. The collected data were then analyzed using inductive thinking patterns. The results of the research show that humans and the environment have a relationship where humans as caliphs on earth must always think about what has been bestowed by Allah SWT, so that they are able to make real natural resources, and the creation of the natural environment makes humans always remember the main purpose of being created on earth, namely to pronunciation to Allah SWT.

This research aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of educational innovation implemented by SD Muhamadiyah 7 Kota Bandung. By identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, the implementation of the innovation program is hoped can be more successful. The research method that was used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was performed by reducing data, displaying it, taking conclusions, verifying, analyzing, summarizing, and analyzing data. The research results show; supporting and inhibiting factors for educational innovation SD Muhammadiyah 7 Bandung City in developing the quality of school management, some are internal and external.

Teacher welfare is indeed an important thing, because teachers need guarantees for the work they do. To Teachers need appreciation for their duties. Teachers have the responsibility to create quality learning in order to facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the subjects. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Teacher welfare is a guide for teachers to continue to be enthusiastic in carrying out their duties. Teachers of Islamic Religious Education subjects, will be happy if the clarity of the welfare of their work is guaranteed either by the government, or by the private sector if they are committed. The indicators of learning quality consist of: appropriate learning design and focus on standards, delivery of high quality learning, learner-centered, increasing students' activeness in learning, evaluating students, implementing positive behavior management strategies, clarity of learning for students. Learning has clear objectives, if the teacher can organize it well, the learning objectives will be achieved, otherwise it will not be achieved. With the existence of teacher welfare prepared by the government and the private, teacher must be more enthusiastic in teaching, learning will be more interesting, not boring. Innovation in learning Islamic Religious Education needs to be done so that it is of higher quality.

This study aims to determine the Islamic and the responsibility of Islamic religious education teachers in instilling Islamic values in students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In obtaining data researchers used interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of this study concluded that: 1) The forms of Islamic values that are applied, the value of faith, the value of worship, and the value of morals. 2) Supporting factors for Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling Islamic values in students, namely, the existence of a community in a very religious school environment, besides that it has full support from the principal and school committee, an appropriate school vision and mission, and existence Mentoring. 3) PAI teachers have carried out their duties and obligations as well as their responsibilities as PAI teachers to instill Islamic values in students, and all comply with the existing curriculum in schools, and Islamic religious education teachers in instilling Islamic values in students with habituation. 4) The results of Islamic activities, it can be seen that all students wear a headscarf for those who are Muslim, their behavior and behavior are also good, as well as many Islamic achievements achieved.
