An initial survey that had been done  found that the location of the settlement where residents of cipayung lived was very close to the location of the Cipayung Landfill. The unhealthy environment tended to cause disease and any other health problems, so that efforts needed to be made to overcome this, one effort that could be done is training on health . This counseling activity was attended by 21 residents living in the village of West Bulak which is the closest residential location to the Cipayung landfill site. Wilcoxon test results on the pre-test and post-test scores of participants showed a P- value of 0.001 which means that there were differences in the level of knowledge of the participants after attending counseling. The average value of pre-test and post-test had a difference of 34.5 shows that counseling that has been carried out is able to increase knowledge.

This study aims to improve the physical health condition of third trimester primigravida pregnant women. The method in this study uses a randomized controlled trial design. This type of research uses pre-test & post-test group design. The results of this study indicate that the results of organ energy as an indicator of physical body health have increased the frequency of pre and post test. The repeated ANOVA test showed a decrease in both groups. While the Wilcoxon test results showed that there were differences in the post test 2 energy organs p = 0.013 (<0.05), post test 3 p value 0.001 (<0.05). Success of workshop activities in community programs can be seen from the results of these activities which are able to improve students' skills to implement their knowledge that had been obtained previously. This program was done at SMKN 9 aimed at providing innovation and enhancing the creativity of teachers' skills in the field of microcontroller systems. Therefore the ability to understand microcontroller system requires supporting facilities such as hardware and software devices than also require a comprehensive and systematic of learning process. The alternative solution to problem is done by collaborating teileren method and project method simultaneously where learning subject is focused on the workshop material step by step before applying it. The expectation from this program is that teachers can get used to and have the ability to design microcontroller systems that can be applied as teaching materials and curriculum development. The accomplishment of this workshop can be measured by pre-test evaluation which shows value >65% and post-test results which shows an average value of  >70% with an average index of teacher capacity improvement based on final evaluation >60% compared to the previous test scores.

<div class="WordSection1"><p>Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini berdasarkan permintaan dari pihak SMP Terbuka Maleo Tangerang Selatan untuk melatih guru dan siswanya. Mereka dipersiapkan agar lulusannya dapat meningkatkan daya saing masyarakat. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, penting dilakukan pengabdian dengan cara memberikan pelatihan dasar membatik kreatif dengan empat teknik yaitu<br />wet on wet, wet on dry, teknik colet, dan teknik penggaraman untuk mengatasai masalah yang dihadapi mitra. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam satu hari dengan 2 sesi kegiatan. Sesi pertama, peserta diberikan materi tentang cara mengolah material biji klungsu. Peserta diberikan lembar pretest dan post-test untuk menilai adanya peningkatan alih pengetahuan peserta setelah penyampaian materi tersebut. Sesi kedua peserta melakukan praktik cara membuat batik kreatif dengan menggunakan olahan biji klungsu dan 4 teknik pewarnaan. Berdasarkan nilai pretest-post-test peserta diketahui dengan hasil pengujian Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sesudah kegiatan pelatihan membuat batik kreatif.</p><p><em>The implementation of this community service is based on a request from the Maleo South Tangerang Open Middle School to train teachers and students. They are prepared so that their graduates can increase the competitiveness of society. Based on these facts, it is important to do dedication by providing basic training in creative batik with four techniques, namely wet on wet, wet on dry, dabbing technique, and salting technique to overcome problems faced by partners. This activity is carried out in one day with 2 activity sessions. In the first session, participants were given material on how to process the Klungsu seed material. Participants are given pretest and post-test sheets to assess an increase in participants' knowledge transfer after delivering the material. In the second session the participants practiced how to make creative batik using processed klungsu seeds and 4 coloring techniques. Based on the participants' pretest-post-test scores, The Wilcoxon test results showed that there was an increase in participants' knowledge after practice how to make creative batik. </em></p></div>

Babies become focused in every health program because they are in a period of growth and development, and at all times face survival threats such as pain and death. The obstacles encountered in the field related to infant mortality in Situbondo Regency, one of which is community knowledge about high risk babies (especially low birth weight babies, 2500 grams /BBLR) is still low BBLR is still the highest cause of death in infants in Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this research is to produce an educational media product in the form of bblr risk detection module in pregnant women that can increase the knowledge of pregnant women. Wilcoxon Test results showed positive ranks indicating that all respondents gained increased knowledge after being given the intervention and the result of p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be said that there is a difference between pre test and post test on The Use of Module Abah Umi Adept care. For media validation 3.8 so that Abah Umi Module "Adept at Caring" is feasible for the detection of BBLR Risk Factors against the knowledge of Pregnant Women. The provision of KIE through the module as a preventive and promotive effort in the prevention of BBLR involving the participation of both parents in a strong way. Keywords: BBLR, module

This research aims to develop learning media using Moodle and apply blended learning methods to help improve the learning effectiveness of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. The research method used in this research is Research and Development. The results showed the average value of media experts was 79.55% categorized as feasible category, while the material experts were 75% categorized as feasible category. Whereas the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, which could measure usability, from 32 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten consist of 29 Male and 3 Female Students obtained 71.25% which were categorized as acceptable category. The average test results of the students' pre-test scores were 58.75%, the post-test scores were 81.87%, an increase of 23.12%. The conclusion in this study is that learning media using Moodle-based blended learning methods are appropriate for use in basic graphic design subjects, and are effectively used to improve student understanding and learning outcomes.

Choking can result in death if handled inappropriately. The accuracy of handling is based on sufficient knowledge. Lack of knowledge for mothers who have toddlers in handling choking results in mothers under five still wrongly handling choking. To find out the effect of providing education using audio visual (video) to housewives on the knowledge of toddler choking handling, to find out differences in maternal knowledge before and after it is done education using audio visual (video). This study used a pre-experimental design technique with a one group pre-test-post-test design approach. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average value of knowledge obtained by 69 respondents before being given audio-visual education (video) was 15.06, with a minimum value of 6 to a maximum of 19, and after being given audio-visual education (video) was 18.00, with a minimum value. 12 maximum 21. The results of bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained p value 0.000. In conclusion, there is an effect of providing education using audio visual (video) to housewives on the knowledge of choking handling for toddlers in Pajerukan. This study aims to find out the difference in satisfaction level to try out competency test (UKOM) with the computer-based test and web-based test. Research method using research and development (R&D) and pre-experimental with one group pre and post-test design using purposive sampling techniques. The data were analyzed with the Wilcoxon test. This research was conducted at the Polytechnic of Health Ministry of Makassar and Megarezky Makassar University in November 2020. The results: it’s necessary to design an application for midwifery students, the design was made attractive and complete, validation results from 2 media experts averaged 87.9% and 2 material experts 94% who showed that the application is very feasible to use as well as 10 user trials with an average value of 95.1%. The satisfaction levels of tryout UKOM computer-based test by 45 users was 72.1% after given an intervention by 88.6%, so student’s satisfaction levels increased by 17,2% and the statistical test found a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the level of satisfaction of midwifery students to try out UKOM with computer-based test and web-based test.

The use of drugs for pregnancy and breastfeeding needs to be self-medication and the importance of counselling to increase the mother's knowledge about the correct use of drugs so that pregnant and lactating women's level of health and knowledge increases. The counselling purpose was to determine the mother's level of knowledge and whether there was a difference in the knowledge level of the use of drugs during pregnancy and lactation. The method used is pre and post-media analysis (flipchart). Data analysis obtain by scoring questionnaires, univariate analysis, and statistical analysis. Mann-Whitney test results showed that in the post-test or after giving counselling using flipchart media, there was a change in respondents' knowledge from before being given a flipchart and after being given a flipchart. The hypothesis from this counselling is accepted, which means that giving flipcharts affects the level of knowledge. The calculations using the spearman test obtained p-value pretest 0.732 and p-value post-test 0.253 for pregnant women and obtained p-value pretest and post-test of 0.033 (p <0.05) for breastfeeding mothers, then there is a relationship between the education level pregnant and lactating mothers with knowledge. The Wilcoxon test data pretest and post-test knowledge of pregnant and lactating mothers had a p-value of 0.003 (p 0.05), the effect of counselling concluded with flipchart media on the knowledge of pregnant and lactating mothers about the use of drugs.

Introduction. Migraine is often disturbing Activity Daily Living (ADL) due to the throbbing pain, accompanied by nausea, no appetite, sensitivity to light, sounds and smells. The purpose of this study was determined differences in patient’s ADL before, after one week, two weeks, and three weeks after being intervented by wet cupping method. Methods. This research used pre and post test quasi-experimental design. Numbers of sample were 30 male patients, choosed by consecutive sampling technique. Wet cupping treatment was given 1 time only. ADL was measured with a checklist Headache Impact Test-6 (HIT-6) before treatment, one week, two weeks, and three weeks after treatment. Analysis of data was done in two steps: the frequency of distribution and multivariate repeated ANOVA test in normal distribution and Friedman test in unnormal distribution (p = 0.000) then followed post test with the Wilcoxon test. Results. Post test with the Wilcoxon in migraine patients was done before cupping, one week, two weeks and three weeks after wet cupping. Results showed p value 0,000 for all groups. Discussion. ADL before cupping differ by one week, two weeks and three weeks after cupping with p value 0.000(α <0.005).  Keywords: Cupping, Activity Daily Living (ADL), Migraines

ABSTRAK Wabah covid-19 telah dinyatakan sebagai darurat kesehatan global karena adanya laporan ribuan kasus dan bukti penularan dari manusia ke manusia. Salah satu upaya preventif adalah dengan imunisasi.Masyarakat perlu mengetahui tentang imunisasi untuk mencegah covid-19 dengan baik maka perlu diberikan komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi saat pandemi yang efektif dengan webinar sehingga masyarakat dapat mengaksesnya dari rumah tanpa harus berkerumun. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang imunisasi untuk mencegah covid-19. Tingkat pengetahuan dinilai setelah peserta mengisi kuesioner melalui google form dengan melakukan perbandingan nilai pre test sebelum kegiatan dan post test setelah kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil pre test yang diikuti oleh 66 responden dapat dinyatakan bahwa hasil pre test tentang pentingnya imunisasi sebesar 14 responden (21,2%) mengerti tentang imunisasi untuk mencegah covid-19 sedangkan berdasarkan hasil post test terdapat 54 responden (81,8%). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan p=0.001, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan masyarakat sebelum dengan setelah diberikan komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi menggunakan webinar. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan webinar series ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan status kesehatan masyarakat terutama capaian vaksin di wilayah Kelurahan Bongkaran, Kec Pabean Cantikan, Surabayasehingga diharapkan dapat menurunkan penularan infeksi covid-19. Kata kunci: komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi, covid-19.  ABSTRACT The covid-19 outbreak has been declared a global health emergency due to reports of thousands of cases and evidence of human-to-human transmission. One of the preventive efforts is immunization. The community needs to know about immunization to prevent covid-19 well, so it is necessary to provide communication, information, and education to overcome these problems. Effective communication, information, and education during the pandemic with webinars so that people can access them from home without having to crowd. The purpose of community service is to increase public knowledge about immunization to prevent covid-19. The level of knowledge was assessed after the participants filled out the questionnaire through the google form by comparing the pre-test scores before the activity and the post-test after the activity. Based on the results of the pre-test which was attended by 66 respondents, it can be stated that the results of the pre-test about the importance of immunization were 14 respondents (21.2%) understood about immunization to prevent covid-19, while based on the post-test results there were 54 respondents (81.8%). Statistical test results obtained p = 0.001, meaning that there is a significant difference between public knowledge before and after being given communication, information, and education using webinars. Community service with this webinar series is expected to improve public health status, especially vaccine achievements in the Bongkaran Village area, Pabean Cantikan District, Surabaya so that it is expected to reduce the transmission of Covid-19 infections. Keywords: communication, information, and education, covid-19.
