In order to serve the local economic development, this study investigates the demand for local talents and analyzes the characteristics of the talent training in artificial intelligence in local colleges and universities. Subsequently, the talent training objectives of artificial intelligence specialty have been formulated, and a curriculum system that integrates the industry and education has been constructed in hope to continuously provide high-quality talents in artificial intelligence for the society.

AbstractTo accommodate the gait and balance disorder of the elderly with age progression and the occurrence of various senile diseases, this paper proposes a novel gait balance training robot (G-Balance) based on a six degree-of-freedom parallel platform. Using the platform movement and IMU wearable sensors, two training modes, i.e., active and passive, are developed to achieve vestibular stimulation. Virtual reality technology is applied to achieve visual stimulation. In the active training mode, the elderly actively exercises to control the posture change of the platform and the switching of the virtual scene. In the passive training mode, the platform movement is combined with the virtual scene to simulate bumpy environments, such as earthquakes, to enhance the human anti-interference ability. To achieve a smooth switching of the scene, continuous speed and acceleration of the platform motion are required in some scenarios, in which a trajectory planning algorithm is applied. This paper describes the application of the trajectory planning algorithm in the balance training mode and the optimization of jerk (differential of acceleration) based on cubic spline planning, which can reduce impact on the joint and enhance stability.

In today’s era, multidisciplinary integration is the development trend of education, which breaks the field of a single discipline and lays the foundation for the development of education. Objectively speaking, with the integration of disciplines, a new interdisciplinary is formed. This new discipline is comprehensive and systematic; in addition, it integrates knowledge, technology, and methods. It is the result of the collision of different disciplines. As an applied course, Management Science and Engineering integrates multidisciplinary knowledge, such as science and technology, information science, and mathematics. Its main purpose is to solve various problems in social and economic development. It has a long-term impact on the development of contemporary multidisciplinary education. In the new era, in order to meet the requirements of social and economic development, the teaching of Management Science and Engineering should be based on the perspective of multidisciplinary integration, combined with the current characteristics and training mode of the discipline, explore new talent training paths, and then drive the development of the whole industry.

It is necessary and feasible to develop core competencies for busniness majors of private universities. The purpose of this study was to apply business management theories, especially marketing theories to researches on busniness majors, along with the higher education theories. We trace back core competence theory, point out the essential elements and the interpretations of core competencies on disciplines and majors. It must conform to the law of higher education development, and the interdisciplinary theory should also be taken as an important analysis perspective. Good talents training mode is the key. This paper studies the way to optimize the mode in the perspective of target marketing. We should follow three steps: segmenting, targeting, positioning. We can use multitudinous variables such as age, preferences, interests, etc. to segment education market, employ indifference marketing, differentiated marketing or focus marketing to choose the suitable target market on the basis of our own strengths and weaknesses. And then, offer the tailored talents training plans. Private universities should position themselves properly, it will directly result in school-running ideas, funding, curriculum development, types of talents etc. The training objective is core of training mode, also the cornerstone and guidance of other elements. The curriculum system gives support to achieving training goals, it affects the coordinated development of students’ knowledges, abilities, quality structure. The paper uses product theory to inquire into curriculum orientation, curriculum modes and teaching methods. It also expounds the structuring of practical teaching system. School, discipline, and major images intensively embody the core competence, image-building is a process of brand shaping and communicating. Some specific marketing measures are applied to promote business majors development. The measures include internal branding and other three strategies: brand image speaker, affections, cultural charm. Finally, the research conclusions and relevant suggestions are put forward.

Interdisciplinary and integrated talent training is not only the urgent need of economic, scientific, technological and social development, but also one of the inevitable trends of higher education and teaching reform. Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes three types of multidisciplinary talent training modes in American universities, namely, project-based interdisciplinary talent training mode, professional education based interdisciplinary talent training mode and curriculum based interdisciplinary talent training mode. Then, it compares and analyzes four modes of interdisciplinary talent training in Colleges and universities in China, namely interdisciplinary curriculum mode, interdisciplinary project mode, interdisciplinary specialty mode and interdisciplinary degree mode. Finally, it puts forward the design idea of curriculum system of interdisciplinary and integrated talent training mode in China.
