Cases of verbal bullying are still prevalent among students in schools. Therefore, efforts are needed through various approaches to overcome the problem. One of the efforts that can be done is through the habituation of krama language in the school environment. This article aims to analyze the application of krama language as an educational communication ethic in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul in the perspective of Islamic education. The important issue discussed is the purpose and form of application of manners language as educational communication and its impact on the formation of student behavior seen from the perspective of Islamic education. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul, Yogyakarta. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data exposure, and inference/verification measures. The results of this study showed: First, the form of educational communication ethics applied in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is based on the cultural values of krama language carried out during the implementation of the learning process in the classroom and in interactions outside the classroom in the school environment. The application of krama language aims to shape student behavior and participate in preserving the culture of krama language as is done in a pesantren environment. Second, the application of communication ethics using Javanese culture krama in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is considered to have provided positive benefits and impacts for students. Third, from the perspective of Islamic education, the application of krama language culture in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is very relevant. Islam is very concerned about the ethical issue of communication. Islam teaches the delivery of information messages to citizens using good language, friendly and polite.

Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1.) Mengkaji implementasi manajemen strategik peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah di SMP Al-Mujahidin dan SMP Muhammadiyah Semin Kabupaten Gunungkidul; dan 2.) Menemukan formulasi alternatif manajemen strategik lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus yang bersifat kualitatif, dengan mengunakan metode observasi, interview dan dokumentasi terhadap dua lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen strategik yang dilakukan oleh SMP Muhammadiyah Al-Mujahidin dan SMP Muhammadiyah Semin melibatkan semua stakeholder. Sekolah terlebih dahulu merumuskan visi misi sekolah dengan mempertimbangkan faktor internal dan eksternal lingkungan sekolah, dilanjutkan merumuskan tujuan dan target mutu sekolah diikuti dengan penentuan strategi yang akan digunakan oleh sekolah demi terealisasinya semua target mutu yang disepakati. Implementasi strategi yang dilakukan SMP Muhammadiyah Al-Mujahidin dan SMP Muhammadiyah Semin dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah adalah dengan menjabarkan dan melaksanakan semua strategi yang telah dirumuskan dalam bentuk kegiatan-kegiatan terprogram dan terukur. Evaluasi strategi yang digunakan SMP Muhammadiyah Al-Mujahidin dan SMP Muhammadiyah Semin adalah melalui rapat formal maupun informal. AbstractThe objective of the present study is to: 1.) Review the implementation of strategic management for the improvement of the Muhammadiyah educational institution quality in the context of Al-Mujahidin Junior High School and Muhammadiyah Junior High School Semin, the Regency of Gunungkidul; and 2.) Identify the alternative formula for the implementation of the strategic management within the Muhammadiyah educational institution quality toward the improvement of the school quality in the Regency of Gunungkidul. The nature of the study is qualitative research using observation, interview, and documentation with two Muhammadiyah educational institutions as the objects of the study. Throughout the data analysis, the technique that has been implemented is the data analysis technique proposed by Miles & Huberman under the following sequence: (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of strategic management by the Al-Mujahidin Junior High School and the Muhammadiyah Junior High School Semin has involved all stakeholders. The two Muhammadiyah educational institutions formulate the school vision and the school mission in the very first place with considerations toward the internal factors and the external factors of the school environment. Then, the two Muhammadiyah educational institutions proceed to the formulation of the objectives and the targets for the school quality followed by the definition of the school strategy in achieving all of the quality targets that have been formulated. Furthermore, the strategic management by the Al-Mujahidin Junior High School and the Muhammadiyah Junior High School Semin in improving the school quality is elaborating and implementing all strategies that have been formulated in the form of programmed and measured activities. The strategies will be evaluated by the Al-Mujahidin Junior High School and the Muhammadiyah Junior High School Semin through the mechanism of both formal and informal meetings.

ABSTRACT  Management is a process of activities that are planned and carried out intentionally and continuously to all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to participate in the learning and teaching process effectively and efficiently.  Learning achievement is the level of humanity students have in accepting, rejecting and assessing the information obtained in the teaching and learning process.  A person's learning achievement is in accordance with the level of success of something in learning subject matter which is expressed in the form of grades or report cards for each field of study after experiencing the teaching and learning process.  This study aims to determine the extent of implementation, acceptance, student management, efforts made, as well as the implications of the application of student management in At-Thiriiriah Junior High School in improving the quality of students.  This study uses a qualitative approach using a type of case study research by taking a background in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, Gunung Bunder I, Pamijahan, Bogor.  Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation.  Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method.  Based on the process of data collection and data analysis, researchers can conclude several things including: (1) The application of student management that takes place at At-Thiriahah IT Junior High is classified as good, where the concept of student management starts from the  planning and implementation of new students, monitoring or control and evaluation can be applied by all at IT Thohiriah Junior High School.  (2) In an effort made by schools related to student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, among others: improving discipline including a).  At-Thiriahah Junior High School students arrive at 07.00 WIB, b) Wearing Uniforms.  (3) As for the implications of the implementation of student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriah Gunung Bunder I Junior High School, seen from the academic achievement in the form of UN scores that have increased, non-academic achievements achieved  by At-Thiriahah IT Middle School students have also increased, and graduates of At-Thiriiriah IT Middle School were accepted into public and private schools.  Keywords: Student Management, Academic Quality of Students

The problem that prompted the authors to conduct this study is the lack ofparental role at home in instilling the values of honesty in children whichimpact on the child in school. In addition, the role of teachers in schoolsin an effort to instill the values of honesty in learning Islamic education itis still less than the maximum, especially in junior high school TakhassusAl-Quran Wonosobo. Therefore the role of parents at home and teachersat school learning Islamic education is very important in the context ofgrowing the value of honesty in children, especially in junior high schoolTakhassus Al-Quran Wonosobo. This study is a qualitative field researchwith the descriptive type of approach. Sampling by purposive sampling, iein accordance with the purpose of research conducted. Samples taken atrandom as much as 25% or 68 respondents from the general populationeighth grade junior high school Takhassus Al-Quran Wonosobo,amounting to 273 learners. The methods used to collect data include:methods of observation, interviews, document study methods, and, in thequestionnaire method. The technique of data analysis is descriptiveanalysis using qualitative techniques.The results based on interviews showed that 70% of students answered yes(positive) and supports the efforts of planting the value of honesty inlearning Islamic education in junior high school Takhassus Al-QuranWonosobo, based on calculations on any number of items showed that 67or 98.53% of students stated that they supported the planting value ofhonesty in learning Islamic education, and calculations based on eachanswer option indicates that as many as 70.15% of students expressed apositive attitude towards planting efforts in the values of honesty in juniorhigh school Takhassus Al-Qur 'an Wonosobo.

This study aims to analyze and test empirically: the effect of costs and the school environment on the decision to choose a school through the school's image at Insan Cendekia Mandiri Junior High School, Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of causality research. The population in this study were 295 parents of students, with a total sample of 75 people who were taken by accidental sampling. The data analysis technique was performed using inferential statistics consisting of path analysis, classical assumption test, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that first, school fees have a significant effect on the decision to choose a school at SMP Insan Cendekia Mandiri Sarirogo Sidoarjo. Second, the school environment has a significant effect on the decision to choose a school at Insan Cendekia Mandiri Middle School, Sidoarjo. Third, school fees have no significant effect on the decision to choose a school through the image of the school at Insan Cendekia Mandiri Junior High School, Sidoarjo. And fourth, the school environment has no significant effect on the decision to choose a school through the image of the school at Insan Cendekia Mandiri Junior High School, Sidoarjo.

<p>This research was conducted to find out and analyze the coverage of junior high school and madrasah tsanawiyah services to the user community in Cepogo District. The research used descriptive geographical research method using map analysis and the data collection methods used were documentation studies and field observations. The data collection technique in this study used a population that includes all junior secondary schools and Islamic elementary schools in Cepogo sub-district with primary data in the form of school locations obtained through field measurements using GPS (Global Potential System) and secondary data obtained from agencies authority and results from previous studies. The data analysis technique used was secondary data analysis techniques and map analysis techniques using buffer analysis. The results showed that there was a difference between supply (number of elementary school graduates) and demand (study group) in which supply was greater than demand. In addition, the coverage of education facilities at the junior high school / MTs level in Cepogo District is in accordance with the minimum standards of the national education minister's regulation no. 24 of 2007 concerning the maximum distance to education facilities, which is no more than 6 km with no hazardous track.</p>

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Islamic education supervisors in fostering junior high school and senior high school religion subject teachers, including academic supervision on (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) follow-up, (4) blocking and inhibiting factors. This research used an evaluative research approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 9 people, consisting of 2 supervisors and 7 Islamic teachers. Participants in this study consist of 1 Islamic education supervisor for junior high school,  1 Islamic education supervisor for senior high school, 5 Islamic education teachers in junior high school, and 2 Islamic education teachers in senior high school. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of data analysis showed that the level of effectiveness of Islamic education supervisors in fostering Islamic educators in junior and senior high school has a score of 67.46%. It means less effective because supervisors do not master academic supervision techniques, rarely receive supervisory training, and take a long trip to teach between schools.

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in vocabulary of VII A grade students of State Junior High School 4 Ketapang (SMPN 4) Ketapang using the Game method. The form of research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques used test techniques in the form of written tests. The data collection instrument used a question sheet. Data analysis used interactive model qualitative data analysis (Miles & Huberman), which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that learning with the came method can improve students' vocabulary. In general, the more repetition of students will remember the more vocabulary mastery (the highest increase reached 76.15%) if repetition was only done once in each meeting, as did in Cycle II (the highest increase reached 86.00%). This study concluded that learning with the game method can increase the vocabulary of VIIA grade students in SMPN 4 Ketapang.Keywords: Vocabulary, Game Method, Mastery

The purpose of Islamic Education in public schools is not only to make students understand Islamic teachings, but also to make students carry out these teachings in daily life. It is on this basis that the research focused on the implementation of Islamic Education through planting religious culture in Middle School 21 Malang. This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of Islamic Education in State Junior High School 21 Malang 2) describe the efforts to cultivate religious culture in State Junior High School 21 Malang and 3) describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in cultivating religious culture in State Junior High School 21 Malang. The researcher observed the implementation of Islamic Education through planting religious culture using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) Islamic religious education is carried out based on the curriculum established by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2) the implementation of Islamic Education through planting religious culture through various types of religious activities carried out outside of school hours and creating environmental designs which reflects the religious atmosphere by installing Islamic displays in certain places in the school environment 3) Factors supporting the cultivation of religious culture are principals, students, teachers and employees, and parents. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of examples from the teacher and the leader, diversity in giving sanctions in the event of a violation and differences in the background of the parents which have an impact on the failure of the cultivation of religious culture at home. تهدف هذه المقالة وصف تنفيذ التعليم الإسلامي ، والجهود المبذولة لزراعة الثقافة الدينية ، فضلاً عن دعم وتثبيط العوامل في غرس الثقافة الدينية في المدرسة المتوسطة الحكومية الحادية والعشرين بمدينة مالانج ، والغرض من التعليم الإسلامي في المدارس العامة ليس فقط جعل الطلاب يفهمون التعاليم الإسلامية ، ولكن أيضا لجعل الطلاب تنفيذ هذه التعاليم في الحياة اليومية. على هذا الأساس يركز البحث على تطبيق التربية الإسلامية من خلال زراعة الثقافة الدينية في مدرسة مالانج المتوسطة 21. ولاحظ الباحث تنفيذ التعليم الإسلامي من خلال زراعة الثقافة الدينية باستخدام الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن 1) التعليم الديني الإسلامي يتم على أساس المنهج الذي وضعته وزارة التربية والتعليم والثقافة 2) تنفيذ التعليم الإسلامي من خلال زراعة الثقافة الدينية من خلال أنواع مختلفة من الأنشطة الدينية التي تتم خارج ساعات الدوام المدرسي وخلق التصاميم البيئية. مما يعكس الجو الديني من خلال تثبيت العروض الإسلامية في أماكن معينة في البيئة المدرسية. 3) العوامل الداعمة لزراعة الثقافة الدينية هي المبادئ والطلاب والمعلمين والموظفين ووادي الطلاب. في حين أن العامل المثبط هو عدم وجود أمثلة من المعلم والقائد ، والتنوع في إعطاء العقوبات في حالة حدوث انتهاك والاختلافات في خلفية الوالدين التي لها تأثير على فشل زراعة الثقافة الدينية في المنزل. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam, upaya-upaya penanaman budaya religius, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penanaman budaya religius di SMP Negeri 21 Malang. Tujuan Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah umum tidak hanya untuk menjadikan siswa mengerti tentang ajaran Islam, tetapi juga untuk menjadikan siswa melaksanakan ajaran tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Atas dasar inilah penelitian difokuskan pada implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui penanaman budaya religius di SMP Negeri 21 Malang. Peneliti mengobservasi Implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui penanaman budaya religius menggunakan pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pendidikan Agama Islam dilaksanakan dengan berpedoman pada kurikulum yang telah ditetapkan oleh Departemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan 2) implementasi dari Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui penanaman budaya religius dilakukan melalui berbagai jenis kegiatan keagamaan yang dilaksanakan di luar jam pelajaran serta menciptakan desain lingkungan yang mencerminkan suasana religius dengan memasang pajangan Islami di tempat tertentu di lingkungan sekolah 3) Faktor pendukung upaya penanaman budaya religius adalah kepala sekolah, peserta didik, guru dan karyawan, serta orang tua. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya teladan dari guru dan pimpinan, keanekaragaman dalam pemberian sanksi jika terjadi pelanggaran serta perbedaan latar belakang orang tua yang berimbas pada tidak berjalannya penanaman budaya religius di rumah.

Education has a very important role in educating the life of the nation. Education should not only give birth to someone who is an expert in a particular field, but also includes how someone is able to bring themselves in a community, nation and state environment in accordance with applicable norms and rules. Therefore, the character of responsibility and attitude towards subjects is very important for every individual. However, education that is happening at this time still does not provide space for students to behave honestly because the learning process tends to teach moral education and character limited to the knowledge written in the text. Therefore this study was designed to see how the relationship between attitude and student responsibility towards science subjects especially junior high students. This study is a mix of correlational type associative method research. The procedure of this study began by following the procedure in stages. In the preparation stage, it is done by formulating the problem and its variables. Then a literature review is conducted, looking for supporting theories and deepening the discussion of the problem under study in order to obtain an overview of the research to be carried out as well as the instruments needed. At the stage of questionnaire data questionnaire data collection was given to 136 students in Adhyaksa 1 Junior High School, Jambi City. From the data, data analysis is then carried out, namely data coding, proper data collection and analysis of the data. The data analysis technique uses correlational tests to find out whether there is a relationship between attitude and responsibility. The results of this study indicate a relationship between attitude and responsibility with a Pearson Correlation value of 0.000 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is a relationship between attitude and responsibility in Adhyaksa 1 Junior High School, Jambi City
