Using energy-harvesting technology can make the work scope of passive radio frequency identification tag to achieve the maximum .The study put forward to collecting light from the solar cell share tag antenna area, that provides the power source except from the reader receive to electromagnetic power ,which to activate the label circuit. In order to make solar cell to the influence of the tag antenna to minimum ,so optimize it with electromagnetic simulation on its position .The collected dc power could convert into the radio frequency with the efficient E-class oscillator , as well as it could flow into the radio frequency identification tag terminal with the aid of the proper designed coupled circuit .The oscillation frequency is selected on the principle of not affecting the operation of label back scattering .The presented oscillator is showed in the simulations .The E-class oscillator is used together with other forms of collection technology ,such as thermoelectric collect machine.

According to the equivalent circuit of single solar cell and the V-I equation of PV cell based on physical mechanism, a simulation model of single solar cell is established. According to this model and structure feature of PV array, the Thevenin circuit equivalent transform theory is used. The control relationship between single solar cell and PV array is given. Then a simple modeling method for arbitrary power level PV array is proposed. To verify the model effectiveness, a Pspice simulation model is established. Output characteristics of the model and its feasibility in PV power generation system are simulated. Simulation results show that the output characteristics of simulation model are in good consistency with actual PV array, and the model can be effectively applied in simulation of PV power generation system. The modeling method is simple and can be used for simulation on some control algorithms of PV power generation system

This study focuses on the development of a hybrid generator from the combination of thermoelectric module (TEM) and solar cell. The attention is on the design of the heat sink for thermoelectric power generation (TEPG) through simulation and experiment. The impact of surface ratio between TEM and heat sink as well as the effect of various fin heights is investigated at different temperatures by using ANSYS software, while a number of experiments is carried out to study the output characteristics of TEM. This paper shows how the hot side temperature affects the output performance of TEM. Finally, the data from the simulation and the experiment yields the prototype with 256 cm2 heat sink capable of producing 1-4.5 W at 200 °C from TEMs, and 2.3 W from 128 cm2 crystalline silicon solar cell under the global AM1.5 spectra (1000 W/m2 ).
