Kata kunci: kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan spiritual, sarjana akuntansiABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of learning behavior, learning motivation, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the success of accounting students achieving a bachelor's degree. This research was conducted using quantitative methods through surveys using questionnaires. To refer between variables, multiple linear regression tests were carried out, but the validity and reliability of the research instruments and the classical assumption tests were carried out which included tests of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The population of this study is accounting students in state and private universities in the province of Bali, amounting to 8,652 people in 2018. The sampling technique is assisted by the Slovin formula so that a sample of 100 students is spread throughout the regencies of Bali Province. The results of this study are learning behavior, learning motivation, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on the success of accounting students achieving a bachelor's degree. Keywords: emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, bachelor of accounting

Previous research states that e-learning learning methods have a positive influence on learning motivation. But the problem is, motivation to learn in students of informatics engineering courses at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo has a learning motivation that tends to be low despite using e-learning learning methods. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of e-learning learning methods with learning motivation in students of informatics engineering courses at Muhammadiyah University, Sidoarjo. The research method used is quantitative correlational. The population used was 949 students who were active and not free from lectures and the sample used was 256 students. Data collection techniques using the scale of Perception of e-learning Learning Methods (reliability = 0.934) and Learning Motivation Scale (reliability = 0.864). The results of the analysis obtained (correlation = 0.369 with sig 0.000 <0.05) this research hypothesis was accepted. That is, there is a positive and significant relationship between perceptions of e-learning learning methods with motivation to learn in informatics engineering students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Perception of e-learning learning methods contributes 13.2% effectively to learning motivation variables and 86.8% is influenced by otherrvariables. Keywords: Perception of e-learning learning methods, learning motivation, students Penelitian terdahulu menyebutkan bahwa metode pembelajaran e-learning memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar.

The present study aims to determine the extent to which online learning (or e-learning) motivation during COVID-19 Pandemic for undergraduate students at Shiraz University in Shiraz, Iran. It also plans to compare students’ level of motivation for online learning, based on their gender and field of study. For these purposes, the researcher adopted a quantitative comparative research design, using a questionnaire which was developed and checked for internal consistency. The questionnaire was administered on 200 undergraduate students of civil engineering and psychology at Shiraz University. After the collected data were split by gender and field of study two independent samples t-tests were conducted to assess the significance of the results and to determine if there was a significant difference in their online learning motivation among the resulting groups for each independent variable. The research findings showed that undergraduate students are rather highly motivated to online learning regardless of their gender or field of study. No significant difference in online learning motivation between male and female university students was derived from the data analysis. However, in relation to field of study, it was found that the overall online learning motivation for civil engineering students was significantly higher than psychology students.

The scenario based e-learning in Electrical Engineering Education Learning (EEEL) was developed by covering the scope and characteristics of all subjects and the competence unit of graduates in the field of pedagogy, professional, social and personality, with url addresed http://jpte-ft-unimed.edu20.org. The scenario incorporates the concept of Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL), by supporting of Information Communication Technology (ICT) to establish the competence of the students, from beginners to become proficient, as the teachers of electrical engineering, and the electrical technicians. Based on the analysis, it obtained the students’ learning motivation, the lecturers’ attitude in teaching, and the students’ learning outcome are tend to be high, and the competence of the students who used the model are better than not use.
