ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi restrukturisasi dalam upaya penyelamatan pembiayaan bermasalah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Jombang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berupa  data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari subjek penelitian dan berhubungan langsung dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari studi kepustakaan seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen atau laporan yang telah tersedia. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah faktor penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah di BSI Kantor Cabang Jombang berasal dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Pembiayaan bermasalah tersebut dapat diatasi  dengan metode restrukturisasi. Pemberlakuan restrukturisasi pembiayaan  terhadap nasabah yang berpotensi bermasalah namun masih memiliki prospek usaha baik akan berdampak positif dalam pemenuhan  kewajiban nasabah. Restrukturisasi bertujuan membantu pembiayaan nasabah bermasalah agar mampu memenuhi kredit pinjaman kembali, sehingga pihak bank tidak mengalami kerugian. Kemudian faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dalam pelaksanaan restrukturisasi pembiayaan berasal dari internal bank yaitu tim penagihan, tim bisnis marketing, dan tim legal. Sedangkan faktor eksternal berasal dari nasabah diantaranya, kemauan dan kesadaran nasabah untuk memenuhi kewajibannya serta sikap kooperatif nasabah untuk melunasi angsuran.  Kata Kunci: Strategi, Bank Syariah, Pembiayaan Bermasalah, Restrukturisasi. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of restructuring strategies in an effort to save non performing financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Branch Office Jombang. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from research subject and directly related to the problems studied. While secondary data comes from literature studies such as books, journals, and documents or reports that have been available. The results of the research obtained are the factors that cause the occurrence of non performing financing in BSI Branch Office Jombang derived from internal and external factors. Such non performing financing can be addressed by restructuring methods. The implementation of financing restructuring to potentially problematic customers but still have good business prospects will have a positive impact in fulfilling customer obligations. Restructuring aims to help financing problematic customers in order to meet loan repayments, so that the bank does not suffer losses. Then, the factors that support in the implementation of the financing restructuring comes from the bank’s internal team, namely the billing, business marketing team, and legal team. While external factors come customers to fulfill obligations and the cooperative attitude of customers to pay off installments.Keywords: Strategy, Islamic Bank, Non Performing Financing, Restructuring.

Penulisan tesis mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategiyang digunakan oleh Drumblek Gempar, kemudian menganalisis faktor internal daneksternal serta memformulasikan strategi pengelolaan musik perkusi Drumblek Gempar.Metode penelitian mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan Drumblek Gempar ditentukan oleh empatlangkah yaitu, menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari lokasi penelitian, objek penelitian, dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yangterdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data skunder. Ketiga,menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dankelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukananalisis data dan metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasilpenelitian pertama berdasarkan matriks IE strategi pengelolaan pada drumblek Gemparmelalui matriks IE menunjukan pada posisi IV yaitu Growth and Build, strategi umum yangdigunakan adalah sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Keduaberdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT menunjukan kuadran I Expansion, yaitu bahwa situasiyang sangat baik karena ada kekuatan yang dimanfaatkan untuk meraih peluang yangmenguntungkan. Hal tersebut mengarah pada variabel kekuatan poin tertinggi yaitudrumblek Gempar merupakan drumblek tertua yang ada di Salatiga. Lalu pada variabelpeluang poin tertinggi yaitu sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Thesis writing on Management Strategy aims to identify the strategies used by drumblekGempar, then analyze the internal and external factors and formulate a drumblekpercussion management strategy Gempar. The method of research on drumblekmanagement strategy Gempar determined by four steps, namely, determine the scope ofresearch consisting of research sites, research objects, and research subjects. The secondstep performs data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collectionand secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors:internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats).The last step is to analyze data and the method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis. The first result based on IE matrix management strategy on drumblek Gempar through IE matrix shows in position IV that is Growth and Build, general strategy used is as appeal of Salatiga City through drumblek art.

The purpose of this research is investigatinhg and analyzing the basic needs of Community-Based Savings and Loan Institutions as well as efforts in local economic development and determining the strategies needed in developing the capacity of Community-Based Savings and Loan Institutions (LSPBM) and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Siboang Village. This research also investiagates the role of LSPBM in the social and economic fields as well as internal and external factors to create strategies supporting the existence of LSPBM in Siboang village in order to empower local communities.This study applies a qualitative approach supported by the study of quantitative data. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected by in-depth interviews with key figures and the researcher conducted observations, while secondary data were obtained from various literature studies including population documents from Sojol Subdistrict, Siboang Village and the 2016 Joint Venture LSPBM Annual Report. Information consisted of the Joint Venture LSPBM Management of Siboang Village, Secretary of Siboang Village, and Village Head. The technique of analyzing primary data and secondary data is processed through three stages of activity and carried out simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions through verification. Furthermore, qualitative data is processed into quantitative data, the researcher applies the SWOT analysis method that deals with internal and external factors of qualitative research that will produce a development strategy for the Joint Venture LSPBM.The results shows that the role of LSPBM is quite large in encouraging the local economy and is able to provide loans to LSPBM members in order to increase business, and it can develop and strengthen Joint Ventures LSPBM with SMEs in business and sharing cooperation for service and service coverage. It increases business capital with a savings pattern to get used to saving for members of the Joint Venture LSPBM. It also encourages LSPBM Assistance through institutions related in Donggala Regional Government for supervision and development of institutions, improvement of managerial human resources to be more optimal and professional.

The competence of farmers in cultivating comprises the accuracy of using production inputs, appropriate cultivation techniques, marketing of production, good administrative, and ability of using information technology.  This study aims to analyze internal and external factors affecting farmers' competence and formulate strategic priorities in improving the competence of rice farmers. The research used a survey method located in Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency of Riau Province withnumber of sample of 50 rice farmers. The data source came from primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results showed that the internal factors owned by farmers were the ability to use efficient marketing channels (strengths) and the use of communication tools that were still limited (weaknesses). While the external factors were the existence of government policies on food security (opportunities) and fluctuating production selling prices (threats). Through the IFE and EFE matrices, strategic positions are obtained in the ST strategy quadrant. QSPM assessment on the strategy of building cooperation with marketers as a permanent consumer is an alternative priority strategy to improve farmers' competence.

ABSTRACTThe Management of Parking Lanscape in the Tourist Destination of Ceking, Sub-District of Tegallalang, Gianyar Regency, Province of Bali.This study aims to Know the parking area management system implemented in Heritage Ceking terms of the Landscape Architecture and analyze the factors that affect the maintenance of parking area attractions skinny. The method used in this research is survey method with interview techniques (interviews), techniques for distributing questionnaires and observation techniques (observation). Data sought is the primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained from internal interviews (worker object Ceking Travel, landowners and visitors). Secondary data were obtained from the Internet and books or other reference is the village of Tegallalang profile. The results showed that the management system is applied to the parking area manager Heritage Ceking during the past year, namely by forming BPOWC (Object Travel Agency business Ceking), shelter under Pekraman Tegallalang village. Standard operating procedures (SOP) management of Heritage Ceking governed by an organizational structure through Paruman between BPOWC with Pekraman Tegallalang village. Factors affecting the maintenance of parking areas at Heritage Ceking including internal and external factors. Internal factors including site conditions, operational management of the landscape, such as the management of the park, hard materials and planning by managers. External factors include the user's perception of the existence Heritage Area Parking Ceking including specification (beauty, cleanliness, garden arrangement, crop conditions, the condition of the hard material, comfort and safety). Hasil pengelolaan Area Parkir Obyek Wisata Ceking tergolong baik dengan skor rata-rata 69,3%, sesuai dengan Skala Lekert.

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the marketing of ibrahim savings products planned by the Bank Muamalat Manado Branch. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with data collection using data using interview and literature studies, while secondary data and primary data from Bank Muamalat employees in Manado Branch. The strategy used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Manado is to analyze internal and external factors. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the marketing strategy applied is that there are two major factors, namely internal factors and external factors, internal factors using the method of segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix. As well as analyzing external environmental factors such as political, economic, social and technological factors also analyze industrial environments such as newcomers, competition in industry, threats from substitute products and buyers' bargaining power.

This study aims to find out the Strategy of Increasing Number of Occupancy By Using SWOT Analysis At Hotel Arya Duta Makassar. This study was conducted for 1 month, from December to January 2018. Using primary data and secondary data, data were collected through questioners distributed to 19 respondents. The data is processed using the SWOT analysis formula by analyzing the internal and external factors faced by the company.The results of this study indicate that Hotel Arya Duta Makassar has a good value weight with its external environment that is in the position of Opportunities and Strength, so it can be concluded that the position of competition Arya Duta Makassar according to the SWOT diagram is in quadrant 1 (one) that is SO, aryaduta must choose an aggressive strategy to win the business competition it faces.

Dedang songke or the activity of weaving traditional cloth (songke) is a tradition that is still widely practiced by housewives as the ancestral heritage of Manggarai Community, especially in the Orchard of Ringkas. The objectives of this study are (1) to find out the reasons why women in Ringkas Orchard made dedang songke as home based production (2) to find out the implications of dedang songke as home based production for the lives of the weavers, their families, and the people of Ringkas Orchard. This study uses the need achievement theory and the rational choice theory. While the concept used in this study are dedang songke, handicraft industry, and home based production. In this study, the research method used was qualitative with two data sources namely primary data and secondary data, through observation and interview for collecting the data. The results found from the research show that the background of the housewives in Ringkas Orchard works as weavers because of internal and external factors. Internal factors include: the desire to help husband to fulfill family needs, the desire to get recognition and the desire to continue their ancestral’s heritage. While external factors include: insufficient employment, inadequate farming/gardening production, and educational factor. The struggle of women in dedang songke handicraft industry as home based production has implications for the individual weavers, their families, and communities.

One of the famous art markets in Gianyar Regency is the Guwang Art Market. Along with the development of globalization and competition in the economy, the economic potential of the Guwang Art Market has gradually experienced sluggishness. The Gianyar Regency Government as the manager of the Guwang Art Market and the Guwang Art Market traders must pay attention to internal and external factors that can increase tourist visits to the Guwang Art Market. This study aims to conduct a more in-depth analysis of internal and external factors that can affect the income of the Guwang Art Market traders.The sample in this study consisted of 84 traders from 540 traders in the Guwang Sukawati Art Market, Gianyar Regency. Secondary data was obtained from the Guwang Art Market Administration Office and the primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the Guwang Art Market traders. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

One of the important components involved in teacher coaching is supervisors. Madrasah supervisors are people who are given the task and responsibility of assisting teachers to overcome teaching difficulties and improve the professionalism of teachers in learning. In today's era of education reform and autonomy, guidance on supervisory professionalism is essential in driving education through its basic duties and functions. The main duties of supervisors are as coordinators, consultants, motivators, evaluators, and portray leadership in educational activities. To carry out these basic tasks, the education supervisor should be competent with his/her duties. This research uses a qualitative approach with field research that is ¬descriptive and uses two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Some of the conclusions obtained in this study, namely: 1) Objective conditions of implementation of the supervision process in strengthening teacher professionalism are carried out in a runout starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning; 2) Supervision efforts in strengthening teacher professionalism, namely by helping teachers make learning planning, present learning, vaccinate learning, manage classes, develop curriculum, evaluate curriculum, and evaluate themselves; 3) Supporting factors and inhibition of the implementation of supervisory professionalism in strengthening teacher professionalism, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely work motivation, dedication, discipline, religious motivation, academic qualifications, and competence. While the external factors are policy, personnel, facilities, and leadership. The factors that become obstacles to the implementation of supervision are the recruitment of supervisors, placement, assignment, empowerment of supervisors, quality and quantity, communication media, the existence of pokjawas, facilities / sectarian, discipline, and work motivation as well as guidelines for the implementation of supervisory duties.

ABSTRACT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF THE FIELD FARM EDUCATOR IN PINELENG DISTRICT PINELENG OF MINAHASA REGENCY. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of field farm educator and to know the success of the field farm educator at Pineleng district of Minahasa regency. Respondents were applied by survey method at 1 supervisor, 4 field farm educators and 30 selected  farmers as targets of counseling. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation. Sources of data were including primary data in the form of extension internal program, age, education, experience, and the number of dependent family. External extension factors were involving  infrastruc-ture, government policies, the intensity of illumination, and the distance of field farm educator residence. The second primary data were taken regarding the indicators of appraisal extension educator office. Secondary data were obtained from agencies associated with this study, such as the BP3K office of the Pineleng district and Pineleng district office. Data analysis was using qualitative deskriprif. The analysis showed that the internal and external factors affecting one to each other of the performance of the field farm extension of educators. Extension performance appraisal done by superiors to field farm educator assessment itself indicated good category. This good category indicated that from nine assessment indicators, seven of them were done by field farm educators. Field farm educators were not optimal in doing extension because the compiled program did not reach the target. In conclusion internal and external factors influencing the extension performance of field farm educators, in the judgment of superiors are in accordance with the duties and functions of each field farm educator. On the basis of this study, the result of the extension was not optimal because more farmers did not participate and achieve in extension and the planned program objectives of the field farm educators.
