This study was conducted to examine the effect of whistleblowing system, organizational culture and individual morality on fraud prevention at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Numerical analysis of these variables was used in this study, therefore quantitative approach was applied. The population of this study was 65 employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). The sample of this study was determined by the saturation sampling technique (census) in which the sample chosen was the the entire of population. Data were collected by using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Then the data were analyzed with several analyzes such as data quality tests which included validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests, and multiple linear regression analysis assisted with SPSS 25 program. The results indicated that the whistleblowing system had a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, and individual morality had a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on employee discipline in Markas Komando Direktorat Pengamanan Badan Pengusahaan Batam. Data collected through distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. A sampling technique uses a saturation sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that 1) the practical dimensions of fingerprint attendance have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 2) the accurate dimension of fingerprint attendance has a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 3) high securities fingerprint attendance has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline, 4) the dimensions of fingerprint attendance hardware have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 5) practical, accurate, high security, and fingerprint attendance hardware simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee discipline.

There are many e-commerce sites that have been present in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee. Shopee is here to provide many attractive offers such as lots of discounts, promos, cashback etc. This can lead to consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of advertising on consumptive behavior (2) The effect of conformity on consumptive behavior (3) The influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumptive behavior in consumptive behavior. The population of this study were users of the e-commerce application Shopee in Mojokerto. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the criteria of women, domicile in Mojokerto, at least 17 years old, have used or purchased goods or services through the Shopee e-commerce application. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, conformity has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, the hedonic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, advertising, conformity and hedonic lifestyle together have a positive and significant effect on behavior. consumptiveperilaku konsumtif.

This research aims 1). to find out the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Village Office in Timoreng Panua, District of Panca Rijang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 2). To find out the Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Timoreng Panua Village Office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 3). To determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Village Office in Timoreng Panua, District of Panca Rijang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 46 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.Based on the results of the processing of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for windows, the influence of Organizational Culture (X.1) on Employee Performance (Y) is calculated t value 0.969 <t table = 1.680 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a percentage of 54%. Effect of Discipline (X.2) on Employee Performance (Y) is known t count value of 0.420 <t table = 1.680 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a percentage of 46.3%, and the influence of Organizational Culture (X.1), Discipline (X.2) on Employee Performance (Y) is known t count value of 8.083> t table = 1.680 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a percentage of 48%, it can be said that the positive hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the negative hypothesis (Ho) rejected.

and organizational culture on organizational commitment of employees. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel Denpasar, amounting to 171 people. The sampling technique used was proportional incidental sampling with Slovin approach as the method of determining the sample, so the sample used was 63 people. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that compensation, environmental policy, and organizational culture have a positive effect on organizational commitment of employees. It can be indicated that the better the compensation, the better the work environment and the stronger the organizational culture, the higher the organizational commitment of employees of PT. XX in Jakarta and to identify variables that have a dominant influence on the productivity of employees. The research method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the all variables simultaneously and partially change the organizational structure, job design, and organizational culture has a significant impact on employee productivity at PT. XXin Jakarta.

This study aims to examine the influence of investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) Tabarru Funds to the profit of sharia life insurance in Indonesia from 2014-2019. This study The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive verification as a method. This research method uses descriptive verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study were sourced from the financial statements of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the development of investment returns on Sharia Life Insurance in Indonesia has fluctuated and even suffered losses. While the development of Risk Based Capital (RBC) has increased and decreased but overall above 120% as determined by the government. Likewise, the profits earned in each year fluctuate. The results of statistical tests show that investment results partially have a positive effect on profit and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru funds partially has a negative effect on profit. Simultaneously investment return and Risk Based Capital (RBC) affect on profit. In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained which obtained a value of 81%. This shows that the variable investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) can affect earnings by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

The research is aimed at: 1) Testing the effect of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) on ethical attitudes of university accounting students, simultaneously and partially; 2) Testing which variable that has dominant effect. The respondents of the research are accounting students at Islamic University of Pekanbaru, Purposive sampling technique is chosen with criteria respondents have done Auditing I subject. Data was gathered by questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis to test hypothesis was done with multiple linear regression analysis. This research results show that IQ, EQ, and SQ simultaneously had significantly effect on ethical attitudes of university accounting students. But partially, only IQ has significantly and dominantly effects on ethical attitudes of university accounting students.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.
