Padar Island as one of the main tourist attraction is part of Komodo National Park in Labuan Bajo. Its tourism potential become more in demand compared to Komodo and Rinca Island. The practice of tourism in this Komodo National Park area does not readily claim the management of tourism especially. The focuses of the Office Komodo National Park are conservation and preservation.  This study uses primary and secondary data sources with qualitative and quantitative data types. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documents with the determination of informants using purposive procedure techniques, and use data analysis qualitatively.  The result of this study answer three main problems raised, namely the first on the tourism profile of Padar Island relate to the basis of attraction, accessibility, amenities and ancillary. The second is relate to tourism management including demand and supply, the influence of tourism on natural conditions, forms of interaction of tourist with local communities and benefits gained by the community with tourism activities on Padar Island and the third is relate to resource management strategies on Padar Island by parties Komodo National Park.   Keywords: Profile, Tourism, Management, Strategy, Resource

ABSTRAKPerikanan  tangkap  di  kawasan  Taman  Nasional  Karimunjawa  dikelola  oleh  lebih  dari  satu  instansipengelola.  Setiap  instansi  diduga  mempunyai  peran  masing-  masing  sesuai  tupoksinya.  Saat  ini  belum diketahui secara nyata instansi apa saja yang mengelola beserta perannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi instansi pengelola yang berperan dalam pengelolaan perikanan tangkap di kawasan TNKJ, persepsi,  aspirasi  dan  partisipasi  nelayan  terhadap  pengelolaan  perikanan  tangkap  serta  bagaimana  strategi pengelola  dalam  pengawasan  perikanan  tangkap.  Metode  penelitian  ini  adalah  studi  kasus  dengan  analisis deskriptif, dimana pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling, responden terdiri dari nelayan dan instansi pengelola. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  instansi yang  mengelola  perikanan tangkap adalah Unit  Pelaksana  Teknis   Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Karimunjawa, Balai Taman Nasional Karimunjawa, Dinas Perikanan, Polisi Air   dan Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Laut dan Satuan Kerja Pengawasan Sumberdaya Kelautan dan   Perikanan. Pembagian peran masing- masing instansi pengelola sudah sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing  serta tidak terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan. Sinkronisasi dan koordinasi sudah dilakukan, hal ini terbukti   dengan  adanya  Nota  Kesepakatan Bersama. Sebanyak 80% nelayan setuju dengan peraturan yang diterapkan. Partisipasi nelayan terhadap sosialisasi dan pelatihan rendah yaitu 35% dan 19%. Strategi pengelola dalam pengawasan perikanan tangkap adalah dengan membentuk dan memberdayakan Pengawas   Perikanan  dan  Kelompok  Masyarakat  Pengawas  secara  sinergi. Strategi untuk  meningkatkan partisipasi  nelayan  dalam  sosialisasi  dan  pelatihan  adalah  dengan  memberikan penyadaran  motivasi dan  apresiasi berupa penghargaan dan pendampingan. ABSTRACTCapture   fisheries   in Karimunjawa National   Park   are   managed by   more   than one   management institutions.  Each  institution  is  assumed  to  have  their  respective  roles  according  to  their  basic  tasks  andfunctions. It is not yet known exactly what institutions are managing along with their roles. The purposes of  this study  were to know what institutions  were involved  in the management of capture fisheries in TNKJ  areas, perceptions, aspirations and participation of fishermen on the management of capture fisheries and  how the management strategy in the supervision of capture fisheries. This research method was case study with descriptive analysis, where data collected by interview and literature study. Determination of  respondents used purposive sampling method, respondents consist of fishermen and manager institution. The results showed that the institutions that managed capture fisheries were Technical Implementation Unit  Karimunjawa Fishery Port, Karimunjawa National Park Office, Fisheries Official, Water Police and Indonesian National Army – Navy and Work Unit of Supervision of Marine and Fisheries Resources. The  division of roles of each institution agency was in accordance with their respective fields and there was no  overlapping authority. Synchronization and coordination had been done, it was proved by the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). As many as 80% of fishermen agree with the regulations applied. The  participations of fishermen on socialization and training were low at 35% and 19%. The management strategies in the supervision of capture fisheries were by establishing and empowering Fisheries Supervisor  and a group of supervisor community (PokMasWas). The strategies to increase the participation of fishermen in socialization and training were by giving awareness of motivation and appreciation in the form  of recognition and assistance.

This study aims to analyze; 1) simultaneously, and analyze the partial effect of the use of production factors labor, work experience and capital for various products of the bamboo weaved craft industry, 2) to investigate the economies of scale and 3) analyze the efficiency of production factors in the bamboo weaved handicraft industry in Kecamatan Susut, Kabupaten Bangli. The type of data in this study is quantitative and qualitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Respondents in this study amounted to 93 peoples, a sample of 1277 craftsmen and calculated using the Slovin's formula. The determination of the sample size in each village was determined by the disproportional stratified random sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis techniques of Cobb-Douglass, economies of scale, and economic efficiency. The results showed that the variable labor (X1), work experience (X2), and capital (X3) simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant impact on the amount of production (Y) to the bamboo weaved craft industry in Susut District, Bangli Regency. Economies of scale test in a state of increasing return to scale, but partially still in a decreasing return to scale condition. The efficiency of the use of production factors has not been efficient.

Abstract Constitution mandates that the national economy should be run by promoting people's welfare. This study intends to analyze the mechanisms and criteria for state intervention in order to provide legal protection to consumers and other businesseman in creating healthy business competition. This study uses doctrinal method research in the form of evaluative research. The approach which is used is the approach of legislation with secondary data sources in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. From the discussion and showed that the mechanism of state intervention is likethe delimitation of the price tolerance 10 % for rice, granting subsidies (BLT), market operations, tariff Arrangement of Impor Tax, Price Determination of Government Purchase (HPP), Restrictions of food exports. While the criteria for state intervention is the production branches which are important for the country and dominate the life of many people, the production branches are arranged legislation, organized by the state or body or institution established or designated by the government.AbstrakUndang-Undang Dasar 1945 mengamanatkan bahwa perekonomian nasional harus dijalankan dengan mengedepankan kesejahteraan rakyat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme dan kriteria intervensi negaradalam rangka memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada konsumen dan pelaku usaha lainnya dalam mewujudkan persaingan usaha sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian doktrinal dalam bentuk penelitian evaluatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan sumber data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Dari hasil pembahasan dan penelitian diperoleh bahwa mekanisme inrevensi harga adalahseperti penetapan batas toleransi harga 10% untuk beras, Pemberian Subsidi (Harga/BLT), Operasi Pasar, Pengaturan Tarif Bea Masuk Impor, Penetapan Harga Pembelian Pemerintah (HPP), Pembatasan Ekspor Pangan. Sedangkan kriteria intervensi negara yaitu pada cabang-cabang produksi yang penting bagi negara dan menguasai hajat hidup orang banyak, cabang-cabang produksi tersebut diatur undang-undang, diselenggarakan oleh BUMN atau badan atau lembaga yang dibentuk atau ditunjuk oleh pemerintah.

This research was conducted to find out the motivation of female tourist to visit Gay club, the perception of the tourist and local community towards the Gay Club. The methods used in this research id descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data. The result of the research shows that most tourist say curious to see Gay club as a motivation for a visit; most tourist plead happy after seeing the atrractions there; most neutral against Gay tourist; most local community already know about Gay club; most local community are not disturbed; most local people are not benefitting from the presence of the Gay club. Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is based on the needs and desires of the residents of East Rombiya Village and West Rombiya Village, Ganding, Sumenep to develop tourism potential in their area. The village of East Rombiya and Village of West Rombiya are one of the villages in the Ganding Sumenep region with abundant tourism potential. One of the tours in the region is the Grunggungan cliff. The tourist area, is a new tourism whose management is still simple. So that this PKM is more functioned to teach the community related to tourism management strategies. Sumenep is a religious city, most of its population are Muslims so that the potential of Islamic tourism has a great opportunity. Based on these problems we offer socialization of sharia tourism operations as well as making sharia tourism place mockups in the village. This program will benefit the surrounding community, in the short term the community will have a concept related to the development of existing tourism and in the long run it is hoped that there will be an increase in community income and an increase in economic growth.

This research was conducted to find out what kind of waste management is in the tourist attraction of Candikusuma Beach and how much participation and involvment of society in it. Garbage now becomes a crucial problem so it needs to be identified more about it’s management. Waste is a challenge in the implementation of tourism activities. Rubbish need to be addressed in maintaining Cleanliness (Kebersihan) and Beauty (Keindahan) of tourism attraction as an indicator in the Sapta Pesona. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data from the Locus of the reserch. The results of research indicate that the existing waste management in coastal tourist attraction Candikusuma Beach is good, it’s just the involvement of the community in it has not been maximized and less care about coastal cleanliness, the identification process of this management using 3R process among others Reduce, Reuse Recycle. Origin of waste there is a large portion of it coming from the junk mail from upstream. Although there are still many things thet need to be addressed in order to make the management process better and maximum. Keyword : Waste, 3R Process, Society Participation.

Pejukutan Village has very good natural and maritime potential, one of which is Atuh Beach's tourism potential which has a white sand beach with very good reefs, Melonteng Hill, Tree House, Diamond Clip besides that at Atuh Beach, there are 4 (four) islands large coral, namely Batu Melawang or Pepadasan Island, Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, this is one of the attractions of Atuh Beach. In this study, the data obtained by way, observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, literature study. Using data types in the form of qualitative and quantitative, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and analysis SWOT matrix (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results research is Atuh Beach as a marine tourism and natural tourism with the potential possessed such as the scenery possessed by Atuh Beach which is flanked by two hills from the left and right, underwater scenery, has coral islands such as Batu Melawang Island or Pepadasan ( Batu Bolong), Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, Melonteng Hill, Throwing Tree House and Diamond Clip. the people of Pcantutan Village are mostly farmers. Aside from being a farmer in the Potanutan Village community, they are also craftsmen in weaving and raising livestock. The Village of Pejukutan has Baris Jangkang Dance, this dance is performed when accompanying certain ceremonies.   Keyword : Strategy Development, Potency, Maritime Tourism

<em>he utilization of mangrove in Sembilang National Park area has increased lately so that it is necessary to assess the sustainability of the mangrove ecosystem management in the region. The study was conducted in March-April 2015. The research location was in the National Park Sembilang, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The study used primary data and secondary data collections. The primary data were collected from direct observation of mangrove vegetation and via directs interviews of 86 respondents using purposive sampling method. The sustainability status and recommendations for management strategies were determined using Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) method approaching by RAPFISH (Rapid Assessment Technique for Fisheries).</em><em>Current sustainability</em><em>status of mangrove management in Sembilang National Park, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra was "less sustainable" with multidimensional sustainability index of 49.81. Priority attributes that need to be fixed in order to improve the status of sustainable management of mangrove ecosystems in the region were area changes, local knowledge, conflict of interest, and local wisdom.
