<p><em>Purpose of this research is to know the direct effect of  organizational Justice, leadership behavior, employee trust and job satisfaction on employee’s organizational commitment of PT. BRAM. This research used the quantitative approach with survey method. The samples of this research were 110 empoyees selected randomly. The data were obtained by spreading questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis by supporting descriptive statistics. The results of the research concluded: organizational Justice, leadership behavior, employee trust and job satisfaction had a direct effect on employee’s organizational commitment; organizational Justice,leadership behavior, and trust had a direct effect on employee’s job satisfaction; As implication of this research finding PT BRAMhave to improving employee’s organizational commitment through leadership behavior, trust and job satisfaction.</em></p>

The objective of this research is to study the direct impact of organizational culture, leadership, job satisfaction and trust towards organizational commitment of the Lecture the Private Universities in Serang Regency, Banten Province Indonesia. This research used the quantitative approach with survey method. The samples of this research were lectures selected randomly. The data were obtained by spreading questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. The results of the research concluded: that (1) organizational culture had a direct effect on lecturer’s organizational commitment,(2) organizational culture had a direct effect on lecturer’s job satisfaction, (3) organizational culture had a direct effect on lecturer’s trust, (4) leadership had a direct effect on lecturer’s organizational commitment,  (5) leadership had a direct effect on lecturer’s job satisfaction, (6) leadership had a direct effect on lecture’s trust, (7) job satisfaction had a direct effect on lecture’s commitment organizational, (8) trust had a direct effect on lecture’s commitment organizational. As implication of this research finding is that to improve lecture’s commitment organizational, the organizational culture, leadership, job satisfaction and trust must be take into consideration.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Lembah Karet Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 308 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis path (<em>path analysis</em>) menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadapa kepuasan kerja. Keadilan organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengaruh langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>

Competition that occurs between companies in the era of globalization requires companies to continue to make improvements or a change in order to remain competitive. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate and reward system on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample was determined by 86 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to CV employees. Wiracana and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate variables and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate, reward system and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment on CV.Wiracana.

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of organizational justice and stress toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 92 from 120 teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; organizational justice and stress toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is conculaded that (1) there  the positive direct effect of organizational justice towards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) there is  negative direct effect of stress towards organizational citizenship behavior and (3) ) there is negative direct effect of  organizational justice towards stress.

The aim of this study is to examine whether work family conflict affects the organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction in the lecturer profession. The populationin this studyis a lecturer instructural officerlevelcoursesat private higher institution in Madiun. The research subjects were 45 lecturerstructurallevelofficials. The data analyzed by using simple and multiple regression technique, using SPSS 17.0 for windows.The result of path analysis indicate that:1) workfamily conflict have a direct effect on job satisfaction significantly; 2) workfamily conflict have a direct effect on organizational commitment significantly; 3) job satisfaction have a direct effect on organizational commitment significantly; 4) job satisfaction mediate the effect of workfamily conflict on organizational commitment significantly.

The term of organizational justice used in this study was the degree to which organization member perceived about the overall organizational procedures, rules, and policies which are connected to their job.  The aim of this study was to explore the quality, strength, and significance of the relationship between three types of organizational justices (procedural, distributive and interactional) to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study would investigate the relationship between organization chief agent  in the Polícia Nacional De Timor-Leste (PNTL).  Data was collected through questionnaire and the data which had been collected and be analyzed using descriptive and path analysis. The results showed that the perception of chief agent member in the PNTL about organizational justice had a positive significan effect on their job satisfaction. This research also found that the job satisfaction of chief agent member had a positive significan effect on organizational commitment in the Polícia Nacional De Timor-Leste (PNTL).

The objective research is to obtain information concerning effect  capability tester team composition and job satisfaction toward Job performance or outcomes Indonesian navy western fleet exercise command. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis.In this research 90 from 100 personel Indonesian navy western fleet exercise command selected random sampling.The research was focused on three aspect : composition team and job satisfaction toward  outcomes. The data were collected with questionare and analyzed with path analysis result on the analysis it is calculated that (1) there the positive direct effect of team composition toward job satisfaction (2) there is the positive job satisfaction toward outcomes (3) there is positive direct effect of team composition toward outcomes.

The research objective is to study the effect of the effect of work climate, job satisfaction and job dicipline toward teacher performance at Public Senior High School in Bekasi District. This research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 175 teachers selected randomly. The method used is survey method with path analysis. The research on the analysis it is conclude that: (1) work climate has direct effect on performance, (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on performance, (3) Job dicipline has direct effect on performance, (4) work climate has direct effect on job dicipline, (5) job satisfaction has direct effect on job dicipline, (6) work climate has direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 175 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (4) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (6) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepuasan kerja. The objective of this research has to study the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment on performance or the board of expert staff members of parliament, The research was conducted in Jakarta, and The data had been analyzed using path analysis. The population of this research were 91 person of expert staffs in the Parliament. The questionares of this research had been testing on the 40 expert staff. Therefore by simple randomly. The research finding more as follows : 1. This research investigate about the influence of functional training, integrity, competence and organizational commitment to quality audit. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of functional training, integrity, competence and organizational commitment to quality audit, in The Audit Board of Republic Indonesia, Jakarta in 2017. The research used survey method quantitative approach with path analysis technique. Methods of survey research using quantitative approach path analysis techniques. The data were collected from 100 auditor as sample. Sample were sellected by simple random sampling from 130 Auditor as population. The results showed there is the significant direct effect functional of training on quality audit; integrity on qualty audit; competency on quality audit; organizational commitment on quality audit; functional training, Integrity and Competence significant direct effect on organizational commitment; functional training and Integrity significant direct effect on the competence; direct effect on the integrity of functional training is significant.
