PERSONNEL COMPONENT MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE
The article examines current issues regarding the personnel component of enterprise development management. Theoretical aspects of enterprise development management are revealed. Taking into account the opinions available in the scientific literature, the definition of "enterprise development" is formulated. The mechanism of enterprise development management is given. It is concluded that the effectiveness of the development management mechanism largely depends on the personnel component. The indicators that allow to describe the personnel component of development management are named: the number and structure of personnel required for development; levels of development management; the level of qualification and competence of the personnel of the enterprise that initiates and implements development-oriented changes; methodology of making managerial decisions related to development; leadership style, staff readiness for change; availability of a development management team. The problems of the state of staffing of development management and their main reasons are determined. It is concluded that imperfect staffing of development management and existing problems necessitate the formation of a strategy for staffing development management and recruitment, selection, evaluation, adaptation, relocation, development and motivation of staff to implement this strategy.
