The objective of this research is to obtain the empirical account of the correlation between compensation and performance of the Islamic Religious Education teachers in Kabupaten Minahasa, North Sulawesi. The population of this research is elementary school teachers. A sample of sixty respondents is drawn using a simple random sampling technique of Taro Yamane formula. Instruments used for the data collection are questionnaires on teachers’ performance and compensation. The data are analyzed employing a simple regression and partial correlation. This research finds out that a significant relationship between compensation and performance of the Islamic Religious Education teachers exists.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance. The research is aimed at determine the  relationship of  achievement motivation and assesment towards the guidance for teacher’s professionalism on the teacher’s teaching ability. The research was done in Ngemplak, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The number of population is all elementary school teachers, while the number of the samples is 50 teachers taken using simple random sampling. The instruments used were: (1) observation checklist for getting the data of teacher’s teaching ability, and (2) questionnaires for achievement motivation and assesment towards the guidance for teacher’s professionalism. The data were analyzed quantitatively by using simple and multiple correlation and regression.  The result showed that: there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation (X1) and assessment towards the guidance for teacher’s professionalism (X2) simultaneously and teacher’s teaching ability (Y), (ry12 =0.62 and r2 =0,38 ). Based on the results, it can be stated that the ability of teachers can be improved by improving achievement motivation and developing the assessment of the professional teachers.

Based on 2014 WHO data, 61.7% of the world's population has consumed alcohol for more than 12 months which has caused around 3.3 million deaths or 5.9% of all deaths worldwide. For the 2018 RISKESDAS data in Indonesia, the first highest alcohol consumption area is North Sulawesi 16%, followed by East Nusa Tenggara 15.6, then Bali area 14%, and for Gorontalo area 11.3%. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of bilirubin levels in alcohol consumers in Pohuwato Timur Village, Pohuwato Regency including the length of time of consumption, age, types of drinks frequently consumed, frequency of alcohol consumption, and frequency of the amount of alcohol in one drink. This research uses descriptive research which is quantitative in nature. The population in the study was 55 samples with a sample size of 36 respondents who used the sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The results showed that of the 36 respondents where the normal bilirubin levels were 14 respondents or if the percentage was 39%, while for the abnormal or high bilirubin levels there were 22 respondents or if the percentage was 61%. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the results of the examination of bilirubin levels in alcohol consumers in Pohuwato Timur Village, Pohuwato Regency are more dominant with abnormal or high levels compared to normal bilirubin levels.

Persistence for achievement reflected from the willingness and determination of principal to implement quality leadership will facilitate the improvement of teachers’ performance, and the two will be the determinant factors for the students’ ultimate achievement. This study aims at analyzing empirical data on the effect of instructional, transformational and spiritual leadership as independent variables, with school quality as the dependent variable. In addition, the intervening variable is teachers’ performance. This study employed the quantitative approach in which samples of 181 teachers were re taken using the proportional random sampling technique. All data were then analysed using the SEM technique with the AMOS 24 application. The findings show that: (1) there is a direct effect of instructional leadership on teachers’ performance, transformational leadership on teachers’ performance, spiritual leadership on teachers’ performance, instructional leadership on students’ achievement, transformational leadership on students’ achievement, spiritual leadership on students’ achievement, and teachers’ performance on students’ achievement. In addition, (2) there is an indirect effect of instructional leadership on students’ achievement through teachers’ performance, transformational leadership on students’ achievement through teachers’ performance and spiritual leadership on students’ achievement through teachers’ performance.

The purpose of this research to know how much inflluence on the discipline of employee fingerprint attendance on employee work discipline in PT. Sanbio Laboratories. This study uses correlation to see how big the influence of independent variables and the dependent variable. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Sanbio Laboratories is 67 people, and that is sampled is 50% of all employees of PT. Sanbio Laboratories that is 34 people, with a sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. Each respondent was given 13 questions using a Likert scale.The results of data processing show that the influence of discipline of fingerprint attendance on employees at PT. Sanbio Laboratories in Gunung Putri is Strong. As evidenced by a simple regression analysis that can be Y = 1.10 + 0.75x , meaning that each increase in score of 1 , it will cause a change in the variable Y with a value of 0.75. This shows that the better attendance then increasing employee discipline.

Abstract. The means of payment such as money non-cash lifestyle electronic able to regulate becoming more efficient and more consumptive. A mmuslim consumes in order to meet his needs so as to obtain the highest benefit for his life. One of the principles of consumption in Islam namely the principle of simplicity forbids the existence of ishraf (waste). However, observations show that some students become more wasteful because they use electronic money. The formulation of the problem in thus research is how is the behavior of consumers according to Islam, how is the behavior of consumers of the 2015 sharia economic law majoring students and how is the effect of the use of electronic money on the consumer behavior of the 2015 sharia economic law majoring students. This study aims to determine consumer behavior according to Islam, consumer behavior of the 2015 sharia economic law majoring students after using electronic money and the influence of the use of electronic money on the consumer behavior of sharia economic law majoring students. This research is a quantitative study with a simple regression analysis method. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents. The sample used is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The results showed the use of electronic money influence consumer behavior with a significance value of 0,000<0,05 t value of 4,704 > t table of 2,006 and the results of the calculated F value of 22,127 > F table of 4,02 with a significance value of 0,000<0,05 then the electronic money variable has a significant effect on consumer behavior variables by 28,1% while the remaining 71,9% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : electronic money, consumer behaviorAbstrak. Alat pembayaran non tunai seperti uang elektronik (e-money) dapat mengatur pola hidup menjadi lebih efisien maupun lebih konsumtif. Seorang muslim berkonsumsi dalam rangka untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya sehingga memperoleh kemanfaatan yang setinggi-tingginya bagi kehidupannya. Salah satu prinsip konsumsi dalam Islam yakni prinsip kesederhanaan melarang adanya sikap ishraf (pemborosan). Namun hasil observasi menunjukkan beberapa mahasiswa menjadi lebih boros karena menggunakan e-money. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana perilaku konsumen menurut Islam, bagaimana perilaku konsumen mahasiswa jurusan hukum ekonomi syari’ah angkatan 2015 dan bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan uang elektronik terhadap perilaku konsumen mahasiswa jurusan hukum ekonomi syari’ah angkatan 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen menurut Islam, perilaku konsumen mahasiswa jurusan hukum ekonomi syari’ah angkatan 2015 setelah menggunakan e-money dan pengaruh penggunaan uang elektronik (e-money) terhadap perilaku konsumen mahasiswa jurusan hukum ekonomi syari’ah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan uang elektronik (e-money) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 nilai t hitung sebesar 4,704 > t tabel sebesar 2,006 dan hasil nilai F hitung sebesar 22,127 > F tabel 4,02 dengan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05 maka variabel uang elektronik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku konsumen sebesar 28,1% sedangkan sisanya 71,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.  Kata kunci : uang elektronik, perilaku konsumen

The present study has been conducted to find out the  patterns  of  cognitive styles  among  high school teachers working in tribal schools. The sample for the investigation was drawn from the high school teachers to working in tribal schools located in thiruppathur district, Tamilnadu state by using simple random sampling technique. It comprises 120 high school teachers. Cognitive Style Inventory (CSI) developed by Praveen Kumar Jha in this Standardized tool was used in the present study. The study revealed that there is a significant difference in the  patterns  of cognitive styles  among high school teachers working in tribal schools with respect to their gender. The study also revealed that there is no significant difference in the patterns of cognitive style among school teachers working in tribal schools with respect to their locality and academic streams.

This research aims to determine the impact of visionary leadership, learning organization, and innovative behavior on the performance of Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Main Service Office. The research was conducted at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Service Office using the number of samples of 78 Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors. The sample was selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that 1) visionary leadership, learning organization and innovative behavior have a direct and positive impact on performance, 2) visionary leadership, and learning organization have a direct and positive impact on innovative behavior and 3) visionary leadership have a direct and positive impact on learning organization. The conclusion of this research is to improve the performance of Functional Officer of Customs and Excise Inspectors at TanjungPriok Customs and Excise Main Service Office, it is necessary to increase the aspect of visionary leadership from Head of Main Service Office, learning organization at Main Service Office and innovative behavior at Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors. <p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Culture  In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational culture at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Culture at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods</em></p><p><em>The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees.</em></p><p><em>The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational culture amounted to 3.50%.
