The Role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to find out how the role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. Research has been conducted in the of BP3K Karang Agung Tengah Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency June-August, 2016. The method used in this study is a survey method, sampling method used in this study is simple random sampling, data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observations of agricultural extension field and farmers instance guided by questions (quisoner ) which has been prepared. The results showed that the role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the BP3K Karang Agung Tengah is a consultant, facilitator, and educator resources to assist rice farmers groups in the of Lalan District Musi Banyuasin Regency.

ANALYSIS OF FARMERS' PERCEPTIONS TOWARD THE ROLE OF COUNSELING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PIG FARMING ON AGRIBUSINESS IN GIWAN VILLAGE, TIOM DISTRICT, LANNY JAYA REGENCY. The objective of this study was to determine farmer’s perceptons toward the role of agricultural extension agents in the development of pig livestock agribusiness for breeder’s in Giwan Village, Tiom District, Lanny Jaya Regency. This study used a survey method. Sample of group breeder wasdetermined by purposive sampling and sample of breeders was selected by simple random sampling method. The results of the study showed that: (1) Most pig farmers in Giwan village had good or high perceptions of extension workers in their roles as educators (80%), still have moderate as consultants (75%), as motivators (75%), and as organizers (80%) of farmers in providing counseling in Giwan village. The conclusion of this research was farmers in Giwan village have good perceptions of extension workers in their roles as educators, motivators, and as organizers of farmers in managing pigs' business.Keywords:  Agribusiness, Pig Farm, Extension, Giwan.

 ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Law Number 16 Year 2006 as Basic Law of Revitalization of Agricultural Extension Case in Banyuasin Regency and to know the obstacles in the implementation of Law Number 16 Year 2006 as Basic Law of Revitalization of Agricultural Extension Case in Banyuasin Regency then to know response agricultural extension workers  and farmers with the implementation of Law Number 16 of 2006 as Basic Law of Revitalization of Agricultural Extension Case in Banyuasin Regency.  This research was conducted in Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatera Province.  The research method used is Case Study method, for sampling method used Purposive Sampling, Simple Random Sampling and Accidental Sampling method.  Data collection methods used in this study are observation and direct interviews to the respondents.  Data processing is done by using descriptive-qualitative method.  From the results of research shows Implementation of agricultural extension revitalization in Banyuasin Regency has been run in accordance with the law number 16 of 2006 and the obstacles faced in the implementation is the problem of budget and shortage of extension workers then Agricultural Extension workers give a positive response because with the application of legislation Number 16 of 2006 agricultural extension has a clear basic law so that its activities become more focused then the response from farmers with the implementation of the law also gives a good response because they feel that agricultural extension becomes more active in carrying out its activities.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2006 Sebagai Payung Hukum Revitalisasi Penyuluhan Pertanian Kasus di Kabupaten Banyuasin beserta hambatan dalam penerapannya dan kemudian untuk mengetahui respon penyuluh dan petani dengan diterapkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2006 Sebagai Payung Hukum Revitalisasi Penyuluhan Pertanian Kasus di Kabupaten Banyuasin.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus (Case Study), untuk metode penarikan contoh digunakan metode Purposive Sampling, Simple Random Sampling, dan Accidental Sampling.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden.  Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif.  Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan Implementasi revitalisasi penyuluhan pertanian di wilayah Kabupaten Banyuasin telah berjalan sesuai dengan undang-undang nomor 16 tahun 2006.  Lalu hambatan yang dihadapai dalam penerapan tersebut adalah masalah anggaran dan kekurangan tenaga penyuluh pertanian. Kemudian penyuluh pertanian memberikan respon yang positif karena dengan diterapkannya undang-undang nomor 16 tahun 2006 penyuluhan pertanian memiliki payung hukum yang jelas sehingga kegiatannya menjadi lebih terarah.  Sedangkan respon dari petani dengan diterapkannya undang-undang tersebut juga memberikan tanggapan yang baik karena mereka merasa bahwa penyuluh pertanian menjadi lebih aktif dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya.

The aims of study to identify and analyze the role of human resources (individual characteristics, quality, and employee competence) on the company's performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. This research using a quantitative approach with survey on the type of research. The sample was determined by simple random sampling method, 51 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results shows that simultaneously, the variable of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence have a positive and significantly effect to the performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. The determination coefficient value of 0.616 indicates that the influence of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence on the change of company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional is 61.6%. Partially, there are positive and significantly influence of employee quality and employee competence to company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. While the variable of employee characteristic have a non significantly effect to company performance Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional.

This research aims at analyzing how to further young farmers' motivation and participation and the impact of influencing factors of relevance. Prominent among the goals of this research is to enhance youth psychological characteristics so as to arrange the best strategy to promote horticultural organic farming. Eighty young farmers were selected by means of simple random sampling method. Path analysis was employed to decide the fit model. It was found that agricultural extension workers changed young farmers' motivations and that they had an impact on participation by enhancing perception. The role of agricultural extension workers should be improved; and they should help control the communication between local leaders and farmers. Hopefully, this research can be used as the basis of agricultural policy in developing countries.

This study determines the impact of loneliness on creativity through a powerful and essential mediator of intrinsic motivation. The ability to motivate oneself leads towards the accomplishment of tasks and creative work. In recent years, workplace loneliness has become a more critical issue in both academic and practical debates. So, this study highlighted the significant cause of creativity which could help the organization to handle the problem of loneliness. The study assumes that when isolation at the workplace is high, employees are less approachable towards their tasks. So, their performance and creativity reduced. Because loneliness leads to stress, depression and anger, it reduces the creative skills of employees. To enhance creativity, lonely employees must be motivated to minimise their adverse outcomes. So, the research question arises: Does intrinsic motivation (IM) intervene in between the workplace loneliness (WL) and employees' creativity? This study is also significant because employees and employers' relations are the backbone of their respective organizations and directly affect the performance and growth of their respective organizations. A data collection survey method was held on employees of Banking Sector currently working in Vehari district of Pakistan. Sample space was the employees of Pakistani banks working on officer grades. There is a total of 124 bank branches in Vehari District of Pakistan. In these 124 branches, a total of 726 employees were working on managerial positions which were targeted for data collection. Simple random sampling technique was employed to collect the information from the respondents. Simple random sampling techniques were used to avoid from the busyness and undesirable unknown effects from the target population. Data were obtained from 400 banking officers. For data collection, validated and adapted questionnaires were used. Each variable of the survey was measured through a Likert scale of 5 points. For statistics evaluation, the statistical tools such as reliability of data, collinearity of data, the association of variable's, mediation and Regression were tested. For data reliability and validation, Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used while to measure the direct, indirect or mediation effect was measured through smart pls 3. Smart PLS3 is a landmark in latent variable modelling. It combines state of the art methods with an easy to use and in-built graphical user interface. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is utilized to quantify the power of essential philosophies with spotted data. Results showed Workplace Loneliness has a definite and meaningful relationship with employee's creativity. Results also supported the intervening role of Intrinsic motivation (IM) between the relationship Workplace Loneliness (WL) on Employees’ creativity (EC). The study provides significant implications in literature and for practitioners who are interested in measuring the profound effect of loneliness on creativity. Hypotheses are tested through mediation and for mediation analysis through the most commonly used approach of baron and Kenny. From results, it is stated that workplace loneliness is predicting the intrinsic motivation and creativity. Intrinsic motivation is the mediator in the current study, which partially intermediates the relation of WL and EC. So, it can be stated that employees can only be creative and able to utilize their cognition abilities for creativity when they are socially isolated from other works. The findings authenticate all hypotheses and their correspondence between the workplace loneliness, creativity and intrinsic motivation. In a nutshell, intrinsic motivation is the crucial element for creativity because when employees are internally satisfied with their work, they become energized and motivated and perform their work in a creative way. Prior studies have identified that enhancing a city’s walkability could be helpful in revitalizing an old, decayed or blighted downtown. While the benefits of walking are obvious and have been widely explored especially in terms of health and environment, this paper explores the potential of Machinoeki as a push factor in changing the mindset of a community about walking. A pilot survey was conducted to understand the interests of people in selecting their mode of transport and to communicate with the willingness of respondents to change their attitude by introducing facilities that can promote walking needs. To gather a collection of respondents and further to illustrate the role of Machinoeki, a simple random sampling method was used. The paper concludes that while Machinoeki has the right facilities to encourage walking, more research is needed to demonstrate the link between facilities with the community's preference for walking in town. In this analysis, however, we found that the Machinoeki components have the potential to be a push factor with respect to the positive responses of 72 percent of respondents to Machinoeki's ability to encourage walking. This study aimed to know the role of agricultural extension in the development of tomato cultivation, the application level of tomato cultivation technology, and the relationship between the role of agricultural extension.  The sampling method in this study was stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed by using Rank Spearman. The results showed that the role of agricultural extension in the technology of tomato cultivation was very important position with an average score of 39.16, the level of application of tomato cultivation technology was in a high position with an average score of 45.47, there is a close relationship between the role of agricultural extension with the application level of tomato cultivation technology.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of farmer groups and the social status of lowland rice farmers in Cialam Jaya Village, Konda Sub District, South Konawe District. This research was conducted in Cialam Jaya Village in September-December 2019. The determination of the research area was carried out purposively with the consideration that Cialam Jaya Village is one of the centres for lowland rice production and has farmer groups. Simple random sampling (simple random sampling) takes 10% or as many as 26 respondents of rice farmers. The data analysis used was the Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. The results showed that the role of the group was significantly related to the socioeconomic status of lowland rice farmers, with a significance value of 0.019.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
