Mojorejo village is one of the productive migrant villages (DESMIGRATIF) in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the alternative way to increase TKI household productivity of through optimization of remittances and to desain a remittance optimization program in building a constructive financial management for TKI households in Mojorejo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen.  This study uses a descriptive analysis with qualitative and systematic review approach.  Data collection techniques were carried out by review the previous research and empowerement, observation through field survey, interview with informan and secondary data searching.  The results show that the problem on increasing TKI household productivity is unoptimal remittance management and it tends to use for consumptive activities.  Lack of public awareness to allocate remittances for investment and productive business causes the stagnant economic growth and does not lead to economic improvement in the surrounding environment. Therefore, remittance optimization can be done through the community empowerment that focus in four activities, namely financial planning training for TKI households, entrepreneurship training and business plan simulations, training in processing, packaging and marketing of rice rambak crackers, and managing mini tourism object of reservoir and selfies of "Kembangan Bersolek" in  Mojorejo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen.

This study aims to explore village authority in village financial management to realize village governance in accordance with the principles of Good Governance. One of the financing for the Village Government program is the Village Fund Budget (ADD). The research method used is descriptive analysis to get a clear picture by examining secondary data. Secondary data is obtained through literature studies from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials related to regional autonomy in villages in the management of Village Government, particularly with regard to the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The data obtained from this study were analyzed juridically normative with a statutory approach. The results showed the accountability of the village head in managing village finances. In exercising the power of village financial management, the village head authorizes part of his power to the Village apparatus. (2) The village head as the holder of the village financial management power as referred to in paragraph (1), has the authority to: a. establish policies regarding the implementation of APBDesa; b. determine PTPKD; c. determine the officer who collects village revenue; d. approve expenditures for activities stipulated in APBDesa; and e. take actions that result in spending at the expense of the Village Budget. The factors that become obstacles in Talagasari, namely the lack of information and lack of direction in the distribution of ADD, so that it contributes low to community empowerment.

LSM Kusuma Buana is one of social institution which focus with countermeasures on sex worker problem in Bongas Vilage, Indramayu, Jawa Barat. The purpose of LSM Kusuma Buana to be effort autonomous for PSK. Purpose of this reseacrh are: 1). To description profil of LSM Kusuma Buana as social institution to handle PSK problem. 2). To description character of LSM Kusuma Buana to handle PSK problem in Bongas, Indramayu, Jawa Barat. This research uses kualitatif research methods. Were used primary and secondary data sources. Technique obtained in this research is descriptive analysis that is the data which obtained in this research presented the analyzed descriptively to get an idea about the facts. Information obtained by using purposive sampling tecnique, that is sampling based on speatic objectives. Informats in this study is the LSM Kusuma Buana, prostitutes and former prostitutes. Data was collected by interview methocl, passive participant observation, documentation and literature studies. To examine the validity of this data source using triangulation techniques source and methods. Techniques which used in analyzing the data is data colection, data reduktion, data presentation, and conclusion. The result showed that: 1). LSM Kusuma Buana as social institusion is the first in Bongas Vilage in assitance prostitutes. 2). The role of LSM Kusuma Buana or Kusuma Bongas as home and friend for sex worker, besides its role as facilitator and catalyst, coach and education, as well as colector of capital. 3). Assistance by LSM Kusuma Buana formed a working group named Kusuma Bongas to empower sex worker by providing mentoring programs, such as community empowerment in the form of revolving capital and education about the worse effect of prostitutions and AIDS, health service and skills activties. Form of empowerement that was given to comecrial sex worker and sex worker make increasingly independent and empowered. 4). Empowerment was given to the prostitutes greated positively by them, because the program can empower prostitutes in Bongas Vilage, Indramayu, Jawa barat. Purpose: This study sought to assess the determinants of sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The study specifically focused on community participation, financial administration, training and leadership and management on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The variables were anchored by the freirean theory, results theory, competency theory and the systems theory.Methodology: The study adopted a descriptive research design and the population included donor funded project managers, donor agencies and project beneficiaries. Mugenda and Mugenda’s sample determination formula to acquire a sample size of 246 respondents. Further, the study employed stratified sampling so as to determine the exact number of respondents from the different categories. Primary data was collected through semi structured questionnaire while secondary data was collected through  desk search techniques from the internet from past scholarly articles. Quantitative data was analysed using a multivariate regression model while qualitative data was analysed using content analysis method.Results: Inferential results revealed a positive and significant relationship between community participation and sustainability of donor funded community projects and also positive and significant association between financial management and sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County.Contribution: The study concluded that an improvement in various indicators of community participation such as donor funded community projects leaders’ vision, community empowerment and community decision-making, programme planning, monitoring and evaluation, leadership and management skills, establishment of linkages between project components, supervision and mobilization of local resources will result to positive and significant effect on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The study also concluded that improvement in some of the indicators that define financial management results to positive and significant effect on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County.

This study aims to analyze the causes of slum factors and analyze the strategy of slum upgrading in Kampung Bandar. Research has been conducted at Kampung Bandar Slum Area from February 1 February through April 30, 2017. The research method is a desciptive method with descriptive analysis and Analyical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. Primary data were collected through observation and AHP questionnaire instrument. Secondary data were obtained from the relevant department of this research. The analysis shows that the slums of Kampung Bandar are caused by there is no legality of spatial plan, low affordability, lack of optimal regulatory enforcement, and inadequate housing infrastructure services. The Strategy of slum updrading at Kampung Bandar are prevention strategies and quality improvement strategies. Preventive strategies consisting of capacity building, supervision and control, and community empowerment. Quality improvement strategies from: rehabilitation, revitalization, and resettlement.

Descriptions are obtained throughanalysis of Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 by comparing the realization in the field.Village Fund Management from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting stagesand accountability in general can be said to be in accordance withPermendagri No. 113 of 2014 although there are several things in the planning,implementation and administration that are still not in accordance with the target time.

Plastic waste is one of the causes of environmental problems. Therefore, the Denpasar City Government issued a Mayor Regulation on Reducing the Use of Plastic Bags. The purposes of this study are to reveal the implementation of the Denpasar Mayor Regulation Number 36 of 2018 concerning Reducing the Use of Plastic Bags and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Mayor's Regulation Number 36 of 2018. The type of research used is empirical legal research with a statutory approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is done by observation, interviews and documentation methods. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. After the data was collected, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the discussion revealed that the Mayor's regulation was formed with the aim of controlling environmental damage and ensuring the sustainability of living things. The implementation of this regulation has not been effective because there are still many business actors and people who use plastic bags without replacing them with alternative bags. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of Denpasar Mayor Regulation No. 36 of 2018, namely the lack of public awareness of the dangers posed by the use of single-use plastic bags, the existence of the covid-19 pandemic which hinders government programs in directly socializing this regulation. Efforts that can be made by the government in socializing the reduction of plastic use can only be done virtually through mass media in the form of radio and television.

This article aims to analyze the performance of regional financial management and its influence on poverty levels in Magelang District in the period 2015-2018. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive analysis and linear regression analysis related to the ratio of regional finances and the percentage of poverty using secondary data from BPPKAD Magelang Regency and BPS Magelang Regency. The results showed that the performance appraisal of Magelang Regency is 1) low independence ratio, 2) poor capability ratio, 3) the harmony of spending ratio is still not compatible, 4) effective financial effectiveness ratio, 5) inefficient financial efficiency ratio, 6) financial growth ratio low. And the performance of regional financial management in Magelang Regency by calculation using financial ratios has no significant effect on poverty levels in Magelang Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work ability and work environment together on the performance of Civil Servants of the Department of Financial and Asset Management in the District of Lima Puluh Kota. Types and sources of data from this study consist of primary data, that is data obtained from respondents using a questionnaire instrument, and secondary data, namely data obtained from related literatures such as literature studies, documentation and records that are related to research. Data collection techniques used in testing the research hypothesis are descriptive analysis, classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analyzes. The results of the study found that 1) work motivation had a significant effect on the performance of the Lima Puluh Kota District Civil Servants' Office of Financial and Asset Management, 2) work ability had a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants Office of the Lima Puluh City Regional Managing Office, 3 ) the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Revenue Service of Financial Management and the Asset Region of Lima Puluh Kota, 4) work motivation, work ability and the work environment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Revenue Service of Financial Management and Asset Daerah Lima Puluh Kota.

Indonesian Act No. 32 and 33 by 2014 about the formation of the regional autonomy is a challenge for local governments to utilize the potentials of the region. One of the local revenues for enhancing fiscal area is Regional Own Source Revenue (PAD), which are sourced from taxes and retributions. This research aims to analyze the financial management from the Government of Ternate. The secondary data collected from DPD, BPS, and offices related to the financial areas in 2010 – 2014 as well as data on the results of interviews with officials of the Regional Work Unit that has been appointed. By descriptive analysis, the result showed that economic growth has increased and indicated the increment of regional GDP. Based on the percentage of each sector against the Gross Domestic Regional Product in 2010 – 2014, trade, hotels and restaurants as well as other sectors were significantly contributing. The analysis found that the city of Ternate has not been financially able to carry out regional autonomy. However, the Government of Ternate is expected to improve regional financial capability by implementing intensification, the efforts to internally optimize local taxes and levies, and intensification, the efforts to expand and utilize new potentialities over regional tax and levies, to improve fiscal capability of the city of Ternate. To conclude, the effort in increase the District Own Source Revenue can be done by implementing intensification and intensification of regional tax and retribution.
