This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, incentives and organizational culture on employee performance at PT IKP-Bogor. Type of this research uses associative quantitative research, the research analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed simultaneously that the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance, while partially the variables that had an effect on employee performance were motivation and organizational culture. The results of the coefficient of determination show the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture can explain the employee performance variable by 67%, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables outside of this research. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to motivate and create an employee-oriented organizational culture.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

The aim of this study was to determine the influence cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitmenton employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach, respondents surveyed in this study amounted to 101 employees of the Padang City Department of Educationby saturated sampling technique.Then carried out analysis to the data obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results found: (1) cyberloafing behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment on employee performance amounted to 65.2%. Where as the remainder about 34.8% described by other variable is not used within this research.

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis where it is assumed that the variable Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has an influence on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The results obtained state that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on employee performance by 54.2%. Organizational Culture Variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. From the results of the study, it is expected that in the future, the application of organizational culture will be further enhanced so that it is truly pervasive and imbued by every individual in the dhuafa wallet. In addition, it is necessary to develop employees in the form of rewards and clear rewards, both in the form of material rewards and career advancements and increasing knowledge in accordance with employee achievements to generate high motivation from their employees.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Employees who are engaged will give the best performance and do things related to the job optimally in order to achieve the goals of the institution. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Information Systems and Digital Transformation (DSITD) of IPB University. The research method used is quantitative research method, using descriptive statistik analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the state of employee engagement and employee performance in DSITD IPB is in good category. Partially, absorption elements have been found to effect the employee performance. However, together with vigor and dedication, absorption element have an effect of 67,5 percent on employee performance, meaning that of all variables that can affect employee performance, employee engagement only affects 67,5 percent.

The research was motived by the existing condition showing that employees have not been able to work optimally in a government agency. This study aimed to analyze and examine the influence of competence, training, and employee placement on employee performance in the Technical Executive Unit of Regional Financial Agency of Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Bangka Regency. This study is descriptive research. The method used was the quantitative research method because the data obtained was in the form of numbers derived from questionnaires. The number of samples was 44 respondents generated by the saturated sample method. The analysis model utilized multiple linear regression, with the t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear regression analysis found Y = 8,669 + 0,283 X1 + 0,447 X2 + 0,256 X3. Based on the results of research on competence, training and employee placement partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employee of the Regional Finance Office of Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it is known that competence, training and employee placement together have a significant effect onthe performance of the employees, while the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) show the determination of R2 in this study is 76% and there are still 24% of other variables outside the study that can still be developed for further research.
