The article presents recent innovative technology for modeling business processes of enterprises based on process management. The paper considers the creation and justification of the updated methodological and analytical tools for assessing, selecting and regulating the production system of administration of an enterprise project portfolio in a single operating management system. The application of the process approach is based on a comprehensive, systematic review of the enterprise as a set of processes, the development of a process management system using the principles of ISO 9000: 2000. The new process approach is proposed that allows excluding routine operations from the actions of employees, increasing the speed of employee interaction, effectively optimizing existing business processes, and quickly rebuilding the enterprise’s business processes in response to significant changes in business conditions. The work identifies executable business processes, proposes a new approach to modeling the business processes of an enterprise, gives examples of problems associated with the new approach, and suggests possible ways to solve them. Criteria for the results of simulated business processes are defined that allow linking the target indicators of a balanced scorecard of the enterprise with the established results of business processes. It is proved that the use of this recent innovative technology for solving scientific and practical problems of enterprise management significantly expands and deepens the possibilities of economic analysis in the process of solving problematic situations and makes management decisions more grounded and effective.

The article focuses on the analysis of the company process management in the framework of modern organizational and economic concepts. This approach contributes to creating an extraordinary possibility of leveling out the negative influence of the environment factors and achieving a stable position for the company in the services market. The paper offers the system vision of the company's process management problems as a set of interconnected and interacting elements of the system. In present time economic reality, this county's companies' performance is entirely dependent on the ability to transform the key company processes into strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and the company's ability to react and forecast market changes. At the same time, the environment unpredictability and rapid dynamics constantly change the conditions under which companies operate. In view of this, the urgent task of operational response to various kinds of change arises, since the timely reaction of the company management of to changes in the environment can provide a long-term sustainable development of the company. Bringing the level of companies’ business process management up to meet the requirements of the internal and external environment will contribute to improving the overall level of efficiency of its business activities. As a result of the research, the process management of the enterprise has been analyzed in the framework of modern organizational and economic concepts, namely, the process approach has been considered and implemented in the theory of management decision making. It is proved that the implementation of the process approach in the theory of management decision-making contributed to the creation of the architecture of the business process system of enterprises. A reference model of the business process "Organization of the enterprise management system" has been developed, which ultimately allows to improve the entire enterprise management system. The proposed reference model can be taken as a basis for modeling the main business processes that create added value of the enterprise. The interdisciplinary nature of the process management theory is constantly gaining volume and becoming one of its distinct competencies.

Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of theoretical, methodological provisions and practical recommendations for determining the content of business process and process approach in management of the enterprise, substantiation of classification features of grouping business processes and identifying indicators of evaluation of business processes of the enterprise and factors influencing their effectiveness. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the position of modern economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists to optimize the management of business processes at the enterprise. The following general scientific methods of research are used to achieve this goal: system-structural and terminological analysis – to streamline the conceptual and terminological apparatus regarding the economic content of the category "business process"; grouping, comparison and theoretical generalization – for the study of scientific works on the problems of business process management at the enterprise; inductions and deductions – to study the classification features of business process grouping and identify business process evaluation indicators at the enterprise; abstract and logical – for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions. Findings. The necessity of applying the process approach to the organization and management of the enterprise is substantiated. The economic essence of the category "business process" is determined. It is established that a business process is a structured sequence of actions to perform an appropriate type of activity at all stages of the life cycle of the subject activity. Characteristics of business processes: presence of internal and external users; functioning within and between divisions of the company and between different organizations; based on the way in which the organization works. The main characteristics of quality of business processes of the enterprise are determined, namely: effectiveness; efficiency; adaptability; anti-corruption. Originality. There was further development of the definition of the content of the business process and process approach in management of the enterprise are generalized, the classification features of grouping of business processes are substantiated and the possibilities of application of indicators of estimation of business processes of enterprise and factors of influence on their efficiency in management of domestic enterprises are offered. Practical value.Recommendations are proposed which define the conditions for ensuring optimization of business process management at the enterprise, in particular: application of the process approach to enterprise management; use of a scorecard to evaluate the business processes of an enterprise determining the impact of factors on their effectiveness. The article discusses the improvement of technologies for performing business processes and their structural elements based on the analysis of existing business processes and their modifications. The analysis shows that process management is the management of a set of interconnected business processes of an enterprise, the result of which is a commodity product. The process control system is adaptively controlled, i.e. allows you to effectively change the internal environment of the enterprise under the influence of the external environment. The proposed methodology shows that the main stages of the implementation of process management are modeling, analysis, optimization, automation and continuous improvement of business processes.

The article covers the issues of modern construction of enterprise management systems. It is established that the last negative changes in the activity of enterprises are caused by post-transmission transformations. This gives grounds for business leaders to review and diagnose and monitor the enterprise management system. The search for new ways out of the crisis and stabilization of its activities depends on an effective management system of the enterprise. Thus, it is proved that all participants in market relations must independently and purposefully form and implement scientific and technical policy, promptly make new management decisions in the field of economics, technology and technology. And it is these changes that must be reflected in the transformed and improved enterprise management systems. The analysis of semantic understanding of the conceptual apparatus of the control system is carried out. This made it possible to form the structure of a modern management system. The main elements and subsystems of the modern enterprise management system are identified. The structural scheme of elements of modern system of management of the enterprise is given and constructed. The analysis of approaches is carried out. That is, an effective management system should cover all business processes of the enterprise and for their management it is necessary to use an integrated approach. A comprehensive approach to creating an effective management system in the enterprise must take into account and combine multifaceted aspects (technical, technological, economic, social, environmental, organizational, political, psychological and others), ie to ensure the unity of all components that be realized. The approach requires the internal unity of the entire system and process management to achieve maximum effect with minimum cost. There are three main ones that will enable the transformation, improvement and control of all subsystems and allow the integrated enterprise management system. That is, to create a modern effective management system requires constant diagnosis and improvement of its subsystems.

Subject. This article discusses the use of information systems in various spheres of the Russian economy. Objectives. The article aims to assess the prospects for the use of cloud-based ITSM systems by Russian medium-sized and large companies. Methods. For the study, I used a comparative analysis. Results. The article finds that the cloud-based ITSM system reduces the time of business processes significantly and saves money resources. Conclusions. The practical application of cloud-based ITSM systems expands the opportunities and capabilities of medium-sized and large enterprises significantly and contributes to improving the financial performance of their activities. The enterprise management system is an important factor the implementation of these systems depends on.

The article is aimed at determining the level of maturity of the business process management system of an agro-industrial enterprise. The existing common approaches to assessing the maturity of the business process management system are identified, their defining features are determined. A definition of maturity of the business process management system of the enterprise is made. The features of the process and enterprise maturity model (PEMM) developed by M. Hammer are described in detail. Four levels of business processes that form the system according to the Hammer model are characterized. The aspects and directions of research of maturity of the business process management system of enterprise according to the PEMM model by M. Hammer are specified. The scale of assessment of the level of maturity of the business process management system of enterprise according to certain criteria is provided. The procedure for assessing the maturity level of the business process management system of the enterprise under research is described and a scale is provided that helps to determine the current level of maturity of the system from the very low to the very high (five such levels are defined in general). Descriptions of the levels of business processes according to the PEMM model are specified in terms of the aspects of Projecting, Contractors, Process Owner, Infrastructure and Indicators. For each aspect, an assessment of the business process management system of the enterprise under research was carried out. The results are presented both by a separate direction and by each aspect of the assessment of the maturity of the business process management system of enterprise. For each aspect of the assessment of the system maturity, the characteristic features are determined, the main disadvantages and achievements are indicated. On the basis of the determined estimates of the business process management system of the enterprise under research, an assessment of the maturity of the business process management system of this enterprise in view of certain aspects is computed, as well as its current level is defined. To identify the most problematic areas in the business process management system, the existing level of maturity of the system is depicted using a petal chart. The main directions of further improvement of the existing system are defined.

The current state of motor transport enterprises, which is characterized by negative dynamics of development in all sectors of the transport sector, is studied. The research of scientific works determined the direction of the article and the object of research was business processes in administrative management. That is, it is impossible not to agree with the authors to solve the crisis of modern enterprises. It should be noted that all of them are solved through the mechanisms of the administrative management system. Therefore, it became necessary to form conceptual features of the use of business analyst in administrative management during the Covid pandemic 19. Modern approaches to administrative management are considered, providing reliable administrative management of the motor transport enterprise. Management of business processes in motor transport enterprises of business provides their constant improvement and optimization therefore the most important tools of process management are approaches and methods of improvement of business processes managed by administrative management systems. The researched approaches are aimed at identifying duplication of functions, bottlenecks, cost centers, quality of individual operations, missing information, the possibility of automation and quality management. The main directions and software products for automation of business processes in the system of administrative management are established. It is proved that the holistic application of approaches and elements of business analyst in the administrative management of the enterprise will lead to great chances of maintaining the competitiveness of motor transport enterprises and ways out of the post-crisis crisis. The measures of administrative management concerning improvement of activity of the motor transport enterprises are offered. Therefore, in order for trucking companies to develop and differ from their competitors in the level of services provided and the level of comfort, in the critical conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic it is necessary to radically change the methods of administrative management, ie reengineer business processes.

The purpose of this chapter is to propose a framework that is supporting achievement of the sustainable strategy of the organization. The research frames the methodology that integrates project management and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in the management system of the organization. In this applicative project research, the authors identified and analyzed the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that significantly contribute to the benefits of the business processes exploitation. The involved company executes monitoring of its business performance in the four perspectives of the BSC. With this case study, the authors attempted to get deeper understanding, and to clarify and evaluate the causalities between strategic goals and their respective KPIs. For this purpose, they developed an Error Correction Model with which they performed application on the KPIs and estimated short and long term effects between them. The developed model also supports improvements of the performance management system and monitoring of projects.

The subject of the research is management systems used in construction organizations and methods of decision support while choosing the system of management. The purpose of the work is to offer a method of decision support for managing a construction organization when choosing a transition to a process management approach or a project-oriented management approach. The article emphasizes the relevance of improving the quality of enterprise management in construction industry, and provides an overview of domestic and foreign literature on improving management methods. The study substantiates the need for a method to support decision-making while shifting to a new management system. The authors propose a method based on the evaluation criteria obtained through a survey of the company's management. The proposed method helps managers and founders to make a decision concerning the choice of management system and warns against erroneous decisions and losses associated with the introduction of a management system “inefficient” for the construction company.
