Cloud computing is abstraction of web based services for businesses having dynamic requirements of resources. The cloud offers noteworthy benefits to business world by providing hardware set up, software and management of the system software.It puts in together elastic resources including hardware, software in virtual platform dynamically to meet computing need. The Quality of service parameters (QoS) comprises different parameters like, performance, availability and reliability, response time, throughput and bandwidth etc. There is need for proper monitoring, management of these parameters for effective cloud services and to maintain customer base. An efficient DCB policy reduce the overall execution time of the requested Cloudlets (Jobs/Tasks). An important policy of the Datacenter Broker (DCB) is binding of Cloudlets with an available VMs. For efficient load balancing there is need of proper allocation of cloudlets to the appropriate available VMs as per application requirement. In present study, we proposed a Template Based Resource Provisioning algorithm for effective resource utilization and allocation of Cloudlets to the available VMs in a Datacenter. The proposed method takes into consideration application requirement with its size (Cloudlet length) along with power and capacity of VMs. Experimental are performed using CloudSim under different workload scenario and results are obtained for comparison. The proposed algorithm creates performance supremacy over existing DCB algorithm for high workload.

In today’s growing cloud world, where users are continuously demanding a large number of services or resources at the same time, cloud providers aim to meet their needs while maintaining service quality, an ideal QoS-based resource provisioning is required. In the consideration of the quality-of-service parameters, it is essential to place a greater emphasis on the scalability attribute, which aids in the design of complex resource provisioning frameworks. This study aims to determine how much work is done in light of scalability as the most important QoS attribute. We first conducted a detailed survey on similar QoS-based resource provisioning proposed frameworks/techniques in this article, which discusses QoS parameters with increasingly growing cloud usage expectations. Second, this paper focuses on scalability as the main QOS characteristic, with types, issues, review questions and research gaps discussed in detail, revealing that less work has been performed thus far. We will try to address scalability and resource provisioning problems with our proposed advance scalable QoS-based resource provisioning framework by integrating new modules resource scheduler, load balancer, resource tracker, and cloud user budget tracker in the resource provisioning process. Cloud providers can easily achieve scalability of resources while performing resource provisioning by integrating the working specialty of these sub modules.

This makes the issue of the quality of higher education extremely relevant. In universities have been set up systems to manage the quality of higher education. As main criterion for assessing their work serve surveys giving feedback on the entire process performed. More intensive use of the Internet enables the creation and use of web-based information systems for surveys of the quality of higher education.

FaME38 is a new facility at the ILL/ESRF in Grenoble with the aim of improving the accessibility and effectiveness of neutron and synchrotron strain measurements. In addition to providing basic materials engineering facilities, it enables users from both commercial and academic backgrounds to prepare and to evaluate experiments on-site. The real success and impact of a strain scanning experiment depends on the quality of the collected data and its practical use. FaME38 provides a knowledge base and tools which can increase the efficiency of the measurement. These tools include a VAMAS standard sample base-plate, a materials support laboratory and enhanced visualisation software. The VAMAS base-plate allows pre-configuration of the sample position and set-up, as well as so-called “hot-swapping” of samples with minimum time required for re-configuration of the instrument. The visualisation tools feature web-based simulation and, in particular, 3D visualisation of both the experimental environment as well as the data. The use of the support facility can significantly reduce the set-up time, thus increasing the time available for measurement. The visualisation naturally enhances the understanding of the data and ties in with existing engineering code such as CAD/FEA software. We demonstrate how the use of additional technology can improve the effectiveness and impact of strain mapping experiments at neutron and synchrotron facilities by disseminating the workflow of a typical experiment undertaken in the FaME38 framework. This approach is aimed at paving the way toward technology-oriented application of synchrotron and neutron strain scanning.

Talk about retail business can not be separated from the importance of service to consumers and good quality goods . But at the present time due to intense competition in the business world , the service and quality of goods is not enough to be able to increase revenue and attract customers loyal . This makes companies think hard to survive and stable in the business . One of them is by using a media campaign in this regard more toward print or visual media is indirectly felt the value of their effectiveness in communicating product marketing programs . PT . Times Prima Indonesia is a company engaged in the retail book with the name of the Times bookstores . Based on the analysis of the company’s problems requires additional media types supporting more varied and creatif promotion of existing ones, which will be used as a complement and a media campaign as well as to enrich the data renewal campaign design to capture the interest of consumers in which one form of the media campaign is shaped merchandise . Therefore , do Enriching ( enrich ) media campaign merchandise before it is less varied and has not formed a company image . The methodology used is the analysis, observation and design . Besides the new design has been tested with the implemented test duration for 6 months, and greatly increases the perceived contribution , this is evidenced by the chart sales increasing each month.

The Sheals taxidermy business in Belfast became famous for the quality of their work. Three of their order books survive, recording jobs done for named customers from January 1897 to December 1911, and January 1919 to January 1920 inclusive. Such records are extremely scarce as few taxidermists appear to have kept any regular paperwork until recent times, and little information has survived about such businesses from the heyday of commercial taxidermy. This paper reviews the types of taxidermy undertaken, species handled and the customer base for what became one of the leading taxidermists in Ireland, with an international reputation.

Wireless networks have reduced the human intervention for accessing data at various sites .It is achieved by replacing wired infrastructure with wireless infrastructure. Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Kata kunci: Bravo, sistem pendukung keputusan, pelanggan, SAW. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo.
