ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kemasan dan cita rasa secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk mie instan Indomie survei mahasiswa/i Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausal dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, t, dan R². Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan secara simultan kemasan dan cita rasa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen mie instan Indomie. Secara parsial kemasan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Secara parsial cita rasa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kata Kunci : Kemasan, Cita Rasa, Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of kemasan and taste simultaneously and partially towards the consumers purchasing decision of indomie products survey on students in Perjuangan University, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a causal method with a survey approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaire. To analyzed the data used the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis test used the F test, t test, and R² test. the results of this study indicated that kemasan and taste simultaneously influenced the decisions to consumers purchase of Indomie products. AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

<p>In any organization, knowledge leader and communication are subject which helps organizations reach productivity. The aim of the research is to study the contribution of knowledge leader and communication toward employee productivity at West Java Conference Office. To this end, this research used questionnaires distributed to 59 employees at West Java Conference Office. Data was calculated using Pearson Product Moment. All questionnaires are valid, and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha for knowledge leader was obtained at 0,846. Communication was obtained at 0,918 and productivity was obtained at 0,779. Research method using descriptive analytical survey with quantitative data. Data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis using T-Test. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence on the knowledge leader toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0000 at the table with the value of α 0:05 coefficients it means 0.000 &lt;0.05. There is a significant influence on communication toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0.035 at the table with the value of α 0, 05 it means 0.035 &lt; 0.05 and test of determination shows that the value of adjusted R Square is 0.873, it indicates that the Knowledge Leader and Communication 87% effect on the productivity, and the remain of 13% is influenced by other variables, which is not examined yet.</p>

This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions PT prima brima distribusindo.The research was done by spreading the quaterner, while the research method using Non-probability Sampling.The t test shows that the magnitude of t for Brand Image (X1) is 2.062 and the value of t arithmetic for promotion (X2) is 11,574. all of which show larger than t table is 1,978. so the hypothesis that states brand image and promotion have a positive effect partially on purchasing decision at PT prima bintang distribusindo, F test, F calculated > F table or 69.690 > 2.67 or signification level (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis that states brand image and promotion together affect the purchasing decision at  PT prima bintang distribusindo and coefficient of determination shows that brand image and promotion influence 51,9% to purchasing decision at PT. prima bintang distribusindo.

This study is to examine the influence: between atmosphere of the organization and employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance partially or simultaneously. The good atmosphere of the organization became more effective in increasing employees’ work satisfaction; and finally obtain good employees’ performance. This situation cannot be found in this company. This study used descriptive methode.  All of employees became sample (36 people). The data was collected by observation, interview and questioner.  The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial) at the significance level of 95%. The result of the study provides a conclusion as follow:  1. There is  a significant influence between organization atmosphere against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.  (2) There is  a significant influence between employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers, (3) There is a significant influence between organization atmosphere and employees’ satisfaction altogether against employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.

This research is aimto analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman. The population in this research is the Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman in 2015. The sample was taken by purposive sampling using the formula of Slovin, with sample size as much as 90 respondents. Data analysis is performed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The results of this study show that trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity towards the capital structure on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The partially effect is shown by T test, except for profitability variable and the simultaneous effect is shown by F Test. The result of this research shows that the profitability and liquidity affect the capital structure simultaneously. This research is intended to know the influence of The Fed Rate, Exchange Rate, and Economic Growth on the IHSG, with Inflation as a moderating variable in Indonesia. The population in this research is from Indonesia. The multiple regression analysis conducted estimates. The data used in this study were secondary, consisting of the fed rate, exchange rate, and economic growth on the IHSG for the year 2000-2019. This research shows that the Fed Rate variable has no significant effect based on the partial test (t-test). In contrast, the Exchange Rate and Economic Growth variables have a significant effect on the variables of the IHSG in Indonesia, the simultaneous test (F test), the fed rate, exchange rate, and economic growth have a significant effect on the variables of the IHSG. Inflation can moderate the relationship between the fed rate, exchange rate, and economic growth on the IHSG. Keywords: The Fed Rate, Exchange Rate, Economic Growth, Inflation, IHSG.

This study was conducted to examine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Biaya Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NPL) and loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Banking Profitability (ROA). Populations that are objects of this study are conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is to use multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis that the t-test. Before using multiple regression analysis, performed classical assumption beforehand. From the results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test) in conventional banks showed that the CAR variable has no effect and no significant effect on bank profitability (ROA). Variable ROA and LDR significant negative effect on bank profitability (ROA), while variable NIM and NPL positive and significant impact on banking profitability (ROA). The ability of the independent variables affects the profitability of banks by 64% while the rest influence other variables not included in the research model.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nikkei 225 index and the Shanghai Composite Index on IDX Composite Index. The population and samples used in this study are the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nikkei 225 Index, the Shanghai Composite Index, and the IDX Composite Index for the period January 2 to April 30, 2020. The type of data is secondary data. The analysis method used are classical assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis test using F-test and t-test. The results of the study found that the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the Nikkie 225 index partially affected the IDX Composite Index positively and significantly. The Shanghai Composite Index has no significant effect on IDX Composite Index.
