The purpose of the cluster in order to achieve more economic expansion, the expanded use cloud computing cluster point of departure, proposed the basic framework of a cluster expansion and describe local priority strategy and cloud environments priority strategy, and in accordance with the characteristics of cloud computing, based on the calculation of the strength of the new scheduling strategy. In addition, the design of the scheduling system, and are analyzed and compared under different circumstances of each strategy, drawn based on the characteristics of the low-cost and more task to calculate the strength of the scheduling policy timeout. Finally, more economic analysis on how to use cloud computing extensions local cluster.

This paper proposes the development of a cloud computing based intelligent manufacturing scheduling system (CBIMS) using the quality prediction method. A CBIMS continuously builds up many different production line layout modes. We use the cloud database for scattering and storing data, and the scheduling engine contains a sequence score system of products, an optimized layout system, and a monitoring system for all available resources. The results show the advantages, including low cost, good quality, production fluency, and flexible management.

In the paper, a cloud computing based intelligent scheduling system for manufacturing quality is proposed. Most of scheduling system is only considered producing time but manufacturing quality. It is very important to focus on manufacturing quality for the industry upgrade. The factors of manufacturing quality are product, equipment, material and human. It makes higher cost for scheduling the flexible manufacturing system. So we develop the cloud computing-based intelligent scheduling system by using artificial neural network and optimized layout method for manufacturing quality in the research. The architecture of the intelligent scheduling system contains: (1) Cloud database structure. (2) Intelligent scheduling engine. (3) Real-time human-machine interface. SQL Azure is used as the cloud database for scattering and storing data. And the intelligent scheduling engine contains the intelligent sequence score system of the products, the optimized layout system and the monitoring system of available resources. By using Visual C#, we can program a human-machine interface with real-time data updating. So that we can see real-time scheduling states of manufacturing by the human-machine interface at any time everywhere. We get good performance from the results of the experiment in the intelligent scheduling system considering manufacturing quality. It is important to develop a cloud computing-based intelligent scheduling system for manufacturing quality because of the advantages of production fluency, low cost, just good quality and flexible management.

This article describes how cloud computing has emerged as a strong competitor against traditional IT platforms by offering low-cost and “pay-as-you-go” computing potential and on-demand provisioning of services. Governments, as well as organizations, have migrated their entire or most of the IT infrastructure to the cloud. With the emergence of IoT devices and big data, the amount of data forwarded to the cloud has increased to a huge extent. Therefore, the paradigm of cloud computing is no longer sufficient. Furthermore, with the growth of demand for IoT solutions in organizations, it has become essential to process data quickly, substantially and on-site. Hence, Fog computing is introduced to overcome these drawbacks of cloud computing by bringing intelligence to the edge of the network using smart devices. One major security issue related to the cloud is the DDoS attack. This article discusses in detail about the DDoS attack, cloud computing, fog computing, how DDoS affect cloud environment and how fog computing can be used in a cloud environment to solve a variety of problems.

This article introduces cloud computing and discusses the author’s experience “on the clouds.” The author reviews cloud computing services and providers, then presents his experience of running multiple systems (e.g., integrated library systems, content management systems, and repository software). He evaluates costs, discusses advantages, and addresses some issues about cloud computing. Cloud computing fundamentally changes the ways institutions and companies manage their computing needs. Libraries can take advantage of cloud computing to start an IT project with low cost, to manage computing resources cost-effectively, and to explore new computing possibilities.

From the perspective of economic analysis, the phenomenon of business intelligence (BI), which is the main subject of this research, is described as a version of artificial intelligence oriented towards comprehensive analysis of high data volume and its transformation into applied knowledge on the economic activity of organizations. Emphasis is placed on the feasibility and peculiarity of implementation of business intelligence systems in stressful economic conditions caused by pandemic on the global and national scale. The empirical part of research lies in the development and testing of the intelligent solution in the area of information and analytical support for economic analysis. The acquired conclusions prove that the current situation on the global economic market promotes further development of methodology for implementing information technologies, and business intelligence in particular, in the economic analysis of business activity. In order to meet the specific needs of end-users of business intelligence systems, was developed the tool for calculating the economic efficiency of medical insurance for health improvement of the personnel. It is substantiate that innovative BI- technologies help to integrate and successfully apply the solutions of business analysis at any level of corporate management. The authors outline the leading parameters of the ideal version of business intelligence, as well as justify that the use of business intelligence systems in the area of information support for economic analysis gives a multiplicative effect: - contributes to the improvement of economic analysis, efficiency of implementation and accuracy of data; - ensures the effectiveness of economic analysis for achieving  best result with relatively low cost and maximum utilization time; - provides acceptable relevance of the data that underlie the management decisions, leaving out subjectivism.
