By using of the principle of the reverse engineering and CATIA V5 software, the torque rheometer mixer rotor used in high polymer material test is designed. The POWERMILL software is used for NC programing and manufacturing simulation, the MIKRON UCP710 five axis linkage processing center is used for manufacturing. The practical application of this rotor on torque rheometer proves that this rotors structure design is reasonable. The test requirement of torque rheometer is well satisfied. This kind of rotor has a very good promotion value.

AbstractDespite the very rapid technological development, the general concept of mechanical devices has not changed. Still, the most common element of these devices are gears, whose range of use is very wide. There are both technological and historical considerations for the reconstruction of gears and other elements. In particular, this applies to spare parts for technical facilities that are not available on the market or service costs are too high. Contemporary reconstruction is called Reverse Engineering, which offers tools that allow transformation of an existing object through a virtual model into the final real product. Modern production engineering is based on innovative CAD – Computer Aided Designed design methods and computer-aided manufacturing technologies, CAM – Computer Aided Manufacturing. The rapid development of 3D CAD systems has led to the development of solutions to obtain the designed object, already at the development stage. Such a solution is the Rapid Prototyping method, designed for fast, precise and repeatable production of machine components. Widespread use and growing interest in the use of additive printing influenced the development of this technology. The purpose of the article is to present the practical application of the Reverse Engineering method and 3D printing in the reconstruction of gears. The object of research is the real gear, which has been reconstructed using Reverse Engineering and 3D printing. The article presents the basic assumptions of the methods used and the methodology for conducting reconstruction work. FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology was used for the research. The results obtained are a real example of the practical application of the presented methods. At the same time, they create great opportunities for their wider use.

With the expansion and accelerated pace of development of the steel industry, unattended becomes an inevitably trend. The measuring data of the enterprise becomes crucial importance. Therefore, this paper proposes a system solution to establish comprehensive backtracking model and structure design of concentrated distributed measurement control. Firstly, introduce the process of measuring control model; secondly, establish the measurement control backtracking model and its sub module based on the control process; finally, it is the structural implementation and verification of backtracking model. The Kunming Iron&Steel distribution measurement control system was transformed according to the scheme, and good performances have been achieved in practical application.

Security transaction problem between the client and the server was solved by a network identity authentication protocol of this paper. We designed this protocol from two aspects, one is the hardware structure design, and the other is data encryption. We used fingerprint sensor to gather the user’s fingerprint and characteristic value instead of password input from keyboard, and used RSA probabilistic encryption to generate public key and private key of the client and public key and private key of the server, and then used the protocol certification process to finish operation of the data encryption and decryption. This protocol guarantees every specific legitimate user rights and prevents the hacker from attacking network data, and the practical application shows this protocol is absolutely safe.

Using reverse engineering technology software, Imageware and UG, and taking the card buckle as a prototype for the practical application of reverse engineering, this article discusses the method of combining reverse engineering with rapid technology. Using optical system to collect images, and then through the computer image processing technology to extract edge contour digital points, using the existing CAD software processing system for the reconstruction of 3D model, and taking a detail analysis of the critical technology of surface reconstruction, using rapid prototyping technology for processing molding, so as to improve the efficiency of product design, shorten the product development cycle. And at last, through the test, we get some usual problems and solve them one by one.

Aqueduct is a conveyance structure which can across the channel, depressions, roads and railways and its conveyance water system is mainly composed of bridges, tunnels or ditch. Aqueduct is widely used in hydraulic engineering, and plays a role in irrigation ,water delivery , drainage and desilting. A large aqueduct can also be used for navigation. In the paper, based on the aqueduct design, aqueduct model making, aqueduct structure calculation and static load experiment, the whole process of design and calculation of continuous beam truss aqueduct model are performed, and the analysis of its mechanical properties are also carried on. These results are useful for the practical application of aqueduct structure.

PCB defect detection based on AOI is the key technology to realize the automation production of PCB, and the mechanical structure design of the recognition system is one of the most important technologies in the detection system, too. By modeling the main hardware of mechanical structure of the system, we have integrated the whole hardware structure of the detection system. In this paper, we firstly design the general structure of the PCB recognition system. Then, we propose five axis positioning platform and PCB installation device. Finally, the designs of PCB belt conveyor and image acquisition device are completed. By using the integrated hardware structure combined with software control, we can realize intelligent recognition for PCB detection.
