With the expansion and accelerated pace of development of the steel industry, unattended becomes an inevitably trend. The measuring data of the enterprise becomes crucial importance. Therefore, this paper proposes a system solution to establish comprehensive backtracking model and structure design of concentrated distributed measurement control. Firstly, introduce the process of measuring control model; secondly, establish the measurement control backtracking model and its sub module based on the control process; finally, it is the structural implementation and verification of backtracking model. The Kunming Iron&Steel distribution measurement control system was transformed according to the scheme, and good performances have been achieved in practical application.

The distributed multiple autonomous network has become the main trend of modern information systems, such as Cloud, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Internet of Things (IoT). Access control in such a heterogeneous and dynamic system has become a major information security challenge, which hinders the sharing of resources and information. In this work, we present an Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) model for cross-domain access control. The proposed access control model comprises a boundary control server designed to provide cross-domain access control capability. An eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) policy model-based implementation is introduced. Process and implementation show the proposed model alleviates the security risk on the domain boundary during the cross-domain access control process.

By using of the principle of the reverse engineering and CATIA V5 software, the torque rheometer mixer rotor used in high polymer material test is designed. The POWERMILL software is used for NC programing and manufacturing simulation, the MIKRON UCP710 five axis linkage processing center is used for manufacturing. The practical application of this rotor on torque rheometer proves that this rotors structure design is reasonable. The test requirement of torque rheometer is well satisfied. This kind of rotor has a very good promotion value.

Abstract Nowadays, knowledge and technology is a key factor supporting socio-economic development. Human capital gained crucial importance for the development, and became a major factor of the success. This paper attempts to expose the nature and components of human capital. The aim of this paper is to present the specificity and components of human capital, and to discuss the methods of measurement and the dilemmas of their practical application. Nowadays, the advantage is achieved thanks to unique and difficult to copy resources. One such resource is human capital, whose identification and measurement becomes a key task for both countries and companies.

In this article, a repetitive sampling control chart for the gamma distribution under the indeterminate environment has been presented. The control chart coefficients, probability of in-control, probability of out-of-control, and average run lengths have been determined under the assumption of the symmetrical property of the normal distribution using the neutrosophic interval method. The performance of the designed chart has been evaluated using the average run length measurements under different process settings for an indeterminate environment. In-control and out-of-control nature of the proposed chart under different levels of shifts have been described. The comparison of the proposed chart has been made with the existing chart. A real-world example from the healthcare department has been included for the practical application of the proposed chart. It has been observed from the simulation study and real example that the proposed control chart is efficient in quick monitoring of the out-of-control process. It can be concluded that the proposed control chart can be applied effectively in uncertainty.

Security transaction problem between the client and the server was solved by a network identity authentication protocol of this paper. We designed this protocol from two aspects, one is the hardware structure design, and the other is data encryption. We used fingerprint sensor to gather the user’s fingerprint and characteristic value instead of password input from keyboard, and used RSA probabilistic encryption to generate public key and private key of the client and public key and private key of the server, and then used the protocol certification process to finish operation of the data encryption and decryption. This protocol guarantees every specific legitimate user rights and prevents the hacker from attacking network data, and the practical application shows this protocol is absolutely safe.

In energy-saving control process of large-scale-scale intelligent electromechanical device, it is need to consume non-essential energy. To reduce energy consumption, energy-saving design method is proposed based on adaptive linear genetic algorithms. According to theory of adaptive particle swarm optimization, optimal particle is searched in the global domain, which provides basis for energy-saving control of large-scale-scale intelligent electromechanical device. According to adaptive linear genetic theory, energy-saving control model of large-scale intelligent electromechanical device is built to complete energy-saving control. Experimental results show that algorithm can effectively reduce energy consumption and obtain satisfactory results.

During the large transformers operation, the proportion of the non-essential energy consumption is higher. In order to reduce the energy consumption in power control process, a new design method of energy-saving control in large-scale power control process based on adaptive linear genetic algorithms. Loss model of power control is established firstly. Based on the relevant data of the model, energy-saving control in large-scale power control process can be achieved. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm can effectively reduce the energy consumption in large-scale power control system, and meet the actual demand of power control.

We study the role of predation dynamics in oscillation of pest population in insect ecology. A two-dimensional pest control model (under the use of insecticides) with time delay in predation is considered in this paper. By the Hopf bifurcation theory, we prove the existence of the stable oscillation of the system. We also consider the economic viability of the control process. First we improve the Pontryagin maximum principle (PMP) where the delay in the system is sufficiently small and control function is linear, and then we apply the improved version of PMP to perform the optimal analysis of the pest control model as a special case.
