This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the Millennial Generation Characteristics of Employee Engagement. The population in this study The study was conducted by taking samples of Millennials who are actively working at Micro Finance companies with a total of 150 respondents. The sample size was taken as many as 150 respondents, with probability sampling methods especially simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of R- Square (R2) Employee Engagement is 0.786 and Employee Satisfaction is 0.647 thus indicating that the contribution of Grit, Worklife Balance, and Jon Resources variables to Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction are 0.786 or 78.6% and 0.647 or 64.7%. And the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of the atmosphere of the store, price discounts and product arrangement on impulsive purchases. The population in this study are consumers who have shopped at the Ramayana Department Store in the Jakarta area. Sample size was taken as many as 75 respondents, with non-probability sampling methods especially purposive sampling. Data collection in this study was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) store atmosphere does not affect impulsive purchases with a path coefficient of 0.067. (2) the price discount significantly influences impulsive purchases with a path coefficient of 0.417. (3) product structuring significantly influences impulsive purchases with a path coefficient of 0.482.   Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Price Discount, Display Product, Impulse Buying

Organizational commitment plays an essential role in the organization to create a competitive advantage for the organization. This study aims to examine the predictors of organizational commitment. Employee engagement, organizational learning, and work environment were used as predictors of organizational commitment. This study applied a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The respondents were non-managerial permanent employees at one of the state-owned enterprises in Indonesia who had worked for at least one year in the company. The number sample of this study was 180 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis technique. The results show that employee engagement and organizational learning affect employee organizational commitment positively and significantly. In addition, the work environment influences employee organizational commitment positively, but it is not significant. This study can help managers create effective planning that focuses on employee engagement and organizational learning to elevate organizational commitment.

This study aimed to determine the concept of Karma Yoga in relationship with spiritual intelligence and employee performance of LPD in Buleleng Regency. The concept of Karma Yoga is a value of local genius that will provide guidelines for LPD employees in the form of sincerity in working as a basis for improving employee performance of LPD. The population in this study was all active LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of Karma Yoga and spiritual intelligence had a relationship with employee performance.

Abstrak Kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat telah diketahui dapat mempengaruhi turnover pada tenaga kesehatan. Informasi tentang hubungan kualitas kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada perawat masih sangat minimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain penelitian survey ekspanatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data didapatkan dari 32 perawat melalui simple random sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat dapat menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat.   Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Kepuasan Kerja, Manajemen, Keperawatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modernisasi sistem administrasi perpajakan, sanksi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pramata Jakarta – Palmerah. Penelitian Ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta –Palmerah, dengan pengumpulan data mengguanakan metode langsung dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada wajib pajak. Teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart-PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diambil kesimpulan bahwa pertama, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif Modernisasi Sistem Administrasi Perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif Sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

This study aims to determine the effect of auditor professional skepticism and audit experience on audit quality. This study was undertaken through a survey and was grounded based on existing theories which were then developed into a research model in which the model in this study was designed to examine the effect of auditor professional skepticism and the influence of audit experience on audit quality. This research was conducted at a Public Accounting Firm located in DKI Jakarta. The sampling method used was simple random sampling and 97 samples were obtained. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that professional skepticism has a significant effect on audit quality, while auditor experience has no significant effect on audit quality. <p>This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, income, and locus of control on financial behavior. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. The sample size was taken as many as 80 respondents, with methods through nonprobability sampling, purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (2) financial technology has no influence and is not significant in financial behavior. (3) income has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (4) locus of control does not influence financial behavior.</p>

The purpose of this  study was to determine how much the potential and effectiveness of restaurant tax collection in the District of South Kuta. This research has been conducted in various  restaurants  located in South Kuta. The number of samples is 94 restaurants, 14 restaurants, and 4 bars, with probability sampling methods, especially Simple Random Sampling. Data collection is done through surveys, non-participant observation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique  used is quantitative descriptive. The analysis shows that the restaurant tax potential in South Kuta District in 2019 is quite large when compared to the realization and target of restaurant tax. The effectiveness of restaurant tax collection in South Kuta District in 2018 which resulted in 108 percent with very effective criteria. Keywords: Potency; Effectiveness; Realization of Revenue.

The success of an accounting information system in managing regional finances of government agencies is very important to note. Especially if there is a phenomenon of switching from one system to another. The success or failure of the system used can have an impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to assess the successful use of the SIPKD based on the DeLone & McLean Model (2003). The study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of the Regency of Buleleng. This study uses non-probability sampling method with saturated sample technique. The analysis technique used is partial least square analysis. The results of the analysis found that there was a significant influence between the variables of information quality on system use, information quality on user satisfaction, system use on individual performance, and user satisfaction on individual performance. The level of success of the system measured at this level of effectiveness found that the implementation of SIPKD in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency was classified as successful. This study aims to determine the effect of community empowerment on community based tourism (CBT) and community welfare at the Ceking Rice Terrace tourist attraction, Tegallalang, Gianyar. The sample of this study were 88 people through simple random sampling. The data collection method used was questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that community empowerment had a positive effect on CBT and community welfare, community empowerment and CBT had a positive effect on community welfare, and CBT was able to positively mediate the effect of empowerment on community welfare. Community empowerment should be further improved because there are still many people who do not participate in the development of tourist objects, especially Ceking Rice Terrace, which causes economic disparities in Tegallalang Village and there are still people who do not have a job, or in other words, the welfare of the community has not yet been realized.
