The city of Aguascalientes, characterized by having been a pillar in the textile industry in Mexico, has proven to have entrepreneurs who have managed to survive in the face of changes in the economy that redirected productive activities towards industrial manufacturing. The research problem consists of the little knowledge that entrepreneurs have of the digital tools to implement in their businesses and their effects. Thus, the objective of this work is to contrast the impact of the use of e-marketing on business success, according to the age of the people who manage companies in this sector. This research was carried out by means of structural equations, in order to determine the relationship of each of the constructs in the proposed model applied to this group of companies. The results achieved show that E-marketing has a positive and significant influence on business performance; Furthermore, this variable has a greater influence on the micro-enterprises of the textile sector of Aguascalientes managed by young adults.

This study is based on the results of a survey of 518 start-ups in Vietnam during the period of establishment from 2016 to 2018. Data collection lasted from November 2019 to May 2020, interrupted by Covid-19 translation and collected data were processed on SPSS20 and AMOS24 software, model estimation and hypothesis testing using linear structural equations (SEM). The research results show that business strategy and market-oriented factors had positive impacts on the performance of Vietnamese startups. However, no regulatory relationship of business strategy has been found that affects the impact relationship of market orientation with business performance. In addition, the study also found that, in current context, startups pursuing defensive strategies have more success than firms pursuing pioneering strategies and startups in the field. Trade / services are more likely to succeed than in agriculture and industry.

The ICT sector has been recognized as a sector with great potential for the growth and development of the economy of the Republic of Serbia. This initiated the need to analyze the strategic aspect of the ICT sector intellectual capital concept. The purpose of the paper is to empirically test the impact of intellectual capital on business performance within the ICT sector. The research was conducted on a sample of 611 employees in ICT sector companies in the Republic of Serbia. The partial least squares method was used to model the structural equations for analysis of the primary data and testing of the hypotheses. The findings show a positive and statistically significant relationship between individual components of intellectual capital and the business performance of ICT companies, which confirms the hypotheses. Human capital proved to have the strongest influence on the business performance of ICT companies. This paper provides new scientific knowledge which can contribute to creating long-term strategies that shall focus on more sophisticated management of intellectual capital, compared to the traditional tasks of allocating resources of the organization. The findings may be of interest to other sectors stakeholders to provide deeper understanding on intellectual capital as an essential source of companies’ competitive advantage that can positively impact business performance.

AbstractBackgroundAesthetic alterations in the face can be self-perceived and can affect quality of life in young adults.ObjectiveTo assess the impact of malocclusion on self- perceived oro-facial behaviour among young adults.MethodsA Cross sectional study was conducted among 638 young adults (aged 18–21 years) of Hyderabad city. One college from each of the five zones of the Hyderabad city (five colleges) were selected by simple random sampling procedure. A 21-item Oro-facial investment scale (OFIS) questionnaire assessing self-perceived oral health knowledge, attitude, practice and Dental Aesthetic Index (DAI) assessing the severity of malocclusion was used. Data were analysed with standard statistical software (SPSS, Statistical package for the social sciences, version 20.0). p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.ResultsMales had higher mean scores for knowledge (2.90 ± 0.49) than females (2.73 ± 0.82) and was statistically significant (p = 0.002*). No statistically significant gender differences were found in relation to attitude and practice. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that there was a significant difference in all the three scores (knowledge, attitude, practice) with respect to age, with significantly high score for knowledge and practice among 18 year old subjects (p = 0.0001*; p = 0.0003* respectively) and attitude among 21 year old subjects (p = 0.0049*). No statistically significant age, gender differences were found in relation to DAI scores. Upon correlation, DAI significantly and positively correlated with knowledge (p = 0.03*) and attitude (p = 0.0001*).ConclusionThis study has shown significant impact of malocclusion on the self-perceived oro-facial behaviour.

The study has explored the rising psychological changes with the media convergence of television and Facebook and significance of a positive approach to deal with hierarchical conduct of employee in any company. The study investigates the brand advertisement showcasing balance of personal and professional life in the relationship of wife and husband at same work place. The study focused on semiotic approach to analyze the advertisement of Airtel India emphasizing on social roles of women in the society and its impact on the users of Facebook. The researcher analyzed the hegemony in the commercial and promotion of advertisement on public platform as face book to know the impact on consumer towards the commercial. Initially television is used as a medium the commercial was also released through Facebook with a strong brand communication strategy. The findings revealed that the observational information shared on Facebook affirms a portion of positive hierarchical conduct, that concentrates on the enticing urge in the consumers / users to aspire, visualize, share the views about the commercial with emotions on the face book page showcasing positive consumer psychology.

This paper summarizes the relevant researches in the area of the green bond market within the perspective of the performance of the global green bond market in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the rapid expansion of the green bond market during the last decade, this market has also experienced the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. The researches on the effect of COVID-19 and its induced crisis on the green bond markets are still fragmentary; therefore, the main purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global green bond market. To reach the purpose, the methods of literature analysis, and correlation-regression analysis are used. In the first section of the paper, the research problem is presented; in the second part the analysis of academic literature is conducted; in the third part the design of the research is described, and in the fourth part the results of the assessment of the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the global green bond market are discussed. The results of the research revealed that the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic appeared to have a negative impact on the performance of the S&P Green Bond Index. The market reaction to deaths caused by COVID-19 infection proved to be stronger than the reaction to confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection. However, after a sufficiently significant negative shift, which was observed in the first quarter of 2020, the S&P Green Bond Index regained its upward trend, which continued for the rest of the year.

Abstract Wildlife managers and others charged with resolving human-coyote conflict in urban and suburban areas cannot focus solely on ecology and coyote behavior. The perceptions of the people living in the affected communities play a significant role in the resolution of human-coyote conflict. In this study, we explore how residents of two communities in suburban Denver, CO, USA, mentally processed, made sense of, and acted upon human–coyote interactions in the face of conflict. By conducting interviews and using qualitative content analysis to explore existing documents, we examined how the use of language reflected and exacerbated the conflict over coyote management. Themes of violence, crime and war ran throughout our data. Anger and accusations of extremism were prevalent. Closely tied to the violent language and imagery used was a discussion of tolerance and intolerance, taking what is generally human-centric language and using it with wildlife. In addition, labeling coyotes as not belonging in an area (although they are a native species) further increased the urge to protect family and pets from the perception of the threat against ‘the other’, sometimes expressed in inflammatory language. Political and other messaging can either enhance or reduce a sense of threat, and we found that the language used in this debate enhanced the perceived threat of both coyotes and policy opponents. Finding ways to defuse this language could be a step toward a greater understanding of how to live with local wildlife in a way that minimizes harm to people and to the animals.

Literary work, especially film, gives life a lot of inspiration. Movie makes the reader aware that the story that happens in a movie is a reflection of a real life. Characters are people in narratives, and characterization explains things done by a character. Moreover, there are several reasons why the writer studied characterization of the main character in “The Social Network” Movie Script, First, the writer is interested in studying literature about movie,  this movie has remarkable characters. Second, this movie can give inspiration to all people about fight against arbitrariness and peacefull campaign. Statements of the research problem are: 1) What is the physical appearance of the main characters? 2) How is the personality of the main characters? 3) How is the social status of the main characters? 4) How is the social relationship of the main characters? The purpose of this analysis is to explain: 1) the physical appearance of the main characters, 2) the personality of the main characters, 3) the social status of the main characters, 4) the main characters’ social relationship. The approach used in this analysis is qualitative research, the research data are all phrases and dialogs between characters in the film that are linked to character characterization. The results of this research show that the main characters Loung Ung and Pa/ Mr. Ung have made a great contribution to the plot. Characterization is about the physical appearance, personality, social status and social relationship of the main characters. Loung Ung’s physical appearance are little girl,  slender build, average hair, caramel skin. Pa/ Mr. Ung physical appearances are average build, male, moon shape eyes, and caramel skin. Both of the main character have brave personalities, love and care, and love the whole family. For the social status they are moderate family and live in apartement in the city . Pa/ Mr.Ung is well educated person because he is an officer. Pa/ Mr.Ung has a good social relationship with the people surrounding, but Loung Ung doesn’t have a good social relationship with the people surrounding her because she is passive.

It has empowered us and made our life easier by offering services at our fingertips round the clock. The latest addition to these is cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ether, Ripple, etc. Cryptocurrencies are one of the first applications of Blockchain technologies.it has removed the need for intermediaries and exert pressure on the existing framework. The attributes of cryptocurrency framework like decentralized network, no intermediaries, and the lack of stable pricing factors do not let it unlock its true potential. The future of Cryptocurrency is uncertain. Whether it will be accepted globally or still be traded via unauthorized means. Every problem allows for finding a solution. The regulators should come up with policies, which will help in shaping the payments system for the betterment of the people, by using the positive attributes of cryptocurrencies and coordinating with the Global peers.

The implications of language deprivation for identity development in deaf people are not frequently treated in the literature. For this chapter, a deaf anthropologist/social scientist and a hearing deaf educator partnered to explore the implications of language deprivation for deaf identities and present strategies to encourage the internalization of positive deaf identities in the face of limited linguistic input. The reader will find descriptions of the impact of language deprivation from a global perspective on two periods of the life course: early childhood and young adulthood. To counteract this deprivation, the authors describe research-based interventions that combine language and identity development using creative visual and digital approaches of storytelling and exposure to Deaf role models for both children and young adults.

The article seeks to explore the nature and content of benchmarking to provide insights to such distinctive features of benchmarking as on-going (continuous) character of the process; the need to study, adopt and adapt the best practices; self-improvement; and the due regard to business (operational) processes. The study offers a classification of benchmarking projects by the criteria of relevance of their results and the implementation timeline. Thus, each competitive position is linked to a corresponding degree of business processes upgrade (Level 1); competitiveness increase (maintenance) (Level 2) and improvement of a competitive position (Level 3) along with revealing the backbone principles of competitive benchmarking as to competitive positions. Within the scope of this research, benchmarking of competitive positions has been carried out through analysing continuous improvement of small and medium-sized business performances.  The study presents a methodological framework on the use of a combination of key metrics (indicators) that take into account the external and internal business environment impact factors to assess the effects of the key factors of business success on small and medium-sized business performance indicators. Apart from that, an original approach has been developed to identify a competitive position level for small and medium-sized businesses to support their management decision-making process which accommodates the benefits of a multifaceted assessment and benchmarking of external business units and SMEs by the four groups of business units and six groups of reference indicators. The study also provides sound reasoning to management diagnostics procedures to enhance competitive positioning of small and medium-sized businesses through the implementation of an integrated set of indicators of integrity and adequacy of the competitive positioning model. Based on benchmarking, a range of management tools was generalized. The proposed methodology on identifying the business development level was tested on JSC "Cherkasy Liubava knitwear". A number of promising areas to develop competitive positions of small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile industry have been identified. The study argues that inefficient and ineffective implementation of benchmarking projects might result from the inability to "minimize restrictions (barriers)" caused by the wrong choice of the reference business unit.
