PENGARUH MEDIA POP UP BOOK TERHADAP NASIONALISME SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pop up book terhadap rasa nasionalisme siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar di SDN Palumbonsari III. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa SDN Palumbonsari III. Dengan mengambil sampel 1 kelas sebanyak 20 siswa. Hasil dari uji validitas angket nasionalisme pada mata pelajaran IPS diperoleh 20 butir instrumen yang dinyatakan valid dari 35 butir instrumen yang diujicobakan. Hasil dari uji reabilitas diperoleh rıı sebesar 0,906. Teknik pengumulan data melalui angket nasionalisme pada mata pelajaran IPS. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dilakukan dengan perhitungan statiska menggunakan uji-t. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikasi antara media pop up book pada nasionalisme siswa. Hal ini diperoh hasil rata-rata pretest sebesar 14,20 dan hasil posttest sebesar 15,35. Pada perhitungan T-test didapatkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang artinya nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, menunjukan bahwa hipotesis Ha diterima. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pop up book terdapat nasionalisme siswa. Kata kunci : Media Pop Up Book , Nasionalisme, IPS This study aims to determine the effect of using pop up book media on the sense of nationalism of fourth grade elementary school students at SDN Palumbonsari III. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population used in this study were all students of SDN Palumbonsari III. By taking a sample of 1 class as many as 20 students. The results of the test of the validity of the nationalism questionnaire on social studies subjects obtained 20 items which were declared valid from the 35 items tested. The results of the reliability test obtained rıı of 0.906. Techniques for collecting data through nationalism questionnaires on social studies subjects. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis is carried out by statistical calculations using the t-test. The results of hypothesis testing, there is a significant influence between pop up book media on student nationalism. This is obtained by the average pretest result of 14.20 and the posttest result of 15.35. In the T-test calculation, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000, which means the value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis Ha is accepted. Pengaruh Kompensasi, Beban Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Di Sub Bagian Kepegawaian Dan Keuangan Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

In this study, the population was an employee in the Personnel and Finance Sub-Department of the Yogyakarta Provincial Agriculture Office of 30 people. The entire population is also sampled. The data retrieval method uses questionnaires and questionnaire assessments using the Likert scale. The analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression analysis in this study was Y = 1,284 + 0.714 x1 + 0.241 x2 + 0.269 x3. Based on the T test calculation is as follows: The influence of compensation shows a number of 2.149 and the significance level of 0.037, which means compensation significantly influences employee job satisfaction. The effect of workload shows t count of 0.870 and the significance level of 0.392, which means the workload has no effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of work motivation shows t count of 2.149 and significance of 0.041, which means work motivation significantly influences employee satisfaction. Based on the F test calculation is as follows: the effect of compensation, workload and work motivation on employee job satisfaction shows f count of 4.545 and the significance level of 0.011, which means that compensation, workload and work motivation together have an effect on employee job satisfaction In the Personnel and Finance Sub-Department of the Provincial Agriculture Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model in Learning Understanding Abilities in MTs Nurul Islam Lumajang

This study aims to explain the application of STAD type cooperative learning in Arabic learning and reveal student’s perspectives on the applications of STAD type cooperative learning. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and student evaluation test results. This research was conducted by students of class VII MTs Nurul Islam. In this study, it can be seen the application of the STAD method in Arabic learning is carried out through five stages, namely presentation of material, group division, procurement of individual test, calculation of scores and awarding. With the application of the method, it can be foster student’s enthusiasm in learning Arabic, especially in reading comprehension skills. This research suggest that research is similar to multi-site, thereby producing veried and varied data and information by comparing several schools.

Efektivitas Konseling Individual melalui Pendekatan Konseling Rasional Emotif dalam Mengatasi Kecemasan

<em>The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of individual counseling through emotive rational counseling approach in overcoming anxiety in Payakumbuh Class IIB Penitentiary. The population is fostered citizens before the criminal period ends as many as 20 people, while the study sample is fostered citizens before the criminal period ends as many as 5 people and who are indicated to have high anxiety based on non-rondom sampling techniques and recommendations from employees. The data collection instrument is a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using non-parametric statistical tests using Wilcoxon rack test, hypothesis testing using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The results showed the difference between the pretest and posttest values. From the Wilcoxon test calculation results obtained a significant sip-value of 2.023. Based on the applicable provisions, it is known that the Wilcoxon Sig p-value test result is 0.043 &lt;α (α = 0.05) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation it can be concluded that it is effective to overcome anxiety in the target population before the criminal period expires.</em>

Analysis of Learning Motivation on Students Activities of Package C Equality Program in Nganjuk District

McClelland's theory of motivation focuses on three needs, namely the need for achievement, the need for power, and the need for affiliation. This study method uses quantitative research with descriptive method. This study aims to determine whether learning motivation has an effect on student activity. Sources of research data were obtained from 3 PKBM institutions in Nganjuk Regency. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis to determine the activity of the experimental and control classes. Active Observation (Psychomotor and Oral Activities) the average activity value reached 85.23%. This percentage is included in the very good category. The t-test calculation of the activeness score shows tcount > ttable. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of learning motivation on the activity of students in PKBM Nganjuk Regency.

Teaching English Writing through Cubing Method to the Tenth Grade of High School Students

The main objective of this study was to find out whether it is effective or not to teach English writing through cubing method to the tenth grade students of SMA Rahmaniyah Sekayu. This study used one group pre-test post-test design, where one group that becomes experimental group and used pre-test post-test result to compare the effectiveness in using cubing method. There were four classes or 82 students as the population, and one class or 22 students were taken as the sample. The data collected through test and analyzed by match t-test analysis. The result of test calculation shown that t-obtained was 10.198 it was higher than the critical value in the t-table was 2.0789 so that 10.198 > 2.0798. It means that the reseach hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It can be concluded that cubing method was significantly effective to teach English writing.

PENGARUH LAYANAN POS GIRO MOBILE TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PT. POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN

This study aims to determine the effect of the mobile giro post service on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. The research sample used 83 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed that the variables efficiency, reliability, fulfillment and privacy together had an effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. As for the results of the t test calculation, the efficiency, reliability and fulfillment variables have no effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Meanwhile, the privacy variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords : Efficiency; Reability; Fulfillment; Privacy; Customer Satisfaction.

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA SWALAYAN INDOMARET KEBUPATEN SINTANG

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The data processing method used in this research was simple linear regression analysis. The population used in this study were all customers who buy at the Indomaret Supermarkets, Sintang District. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents, the sampling method used was simple incidental. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the quality of service had an effect on customer satisfaction at the Indomaret Supermarkets, Sintang District, based on the t test calculation, the tcount was 2.093 > ttable 1.986, thus it could be concluded that Ha was accepted, with a Sig value. 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of service determination gives a change in customer satisfaction by 54.6% and 45.4% influenced by other variables, namely product quality, emotional, and price.

Penerapan Media Komik Sains untuk Meningkatkan Minat dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Konsep Gejala Pemanasan Global di SMA Negeri 10 Bandung

The purpose of this study was to increase students' interest and learning outcomes in the concept of global warming symptoms through the application of science comics.. This research method used classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles and carried out in SMA Negeri 10 Bandung by taking a sample of 30 students of class XI IPA. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and tests. The data from the research results were obtained through the pre-test and post-test in the first cycle with an average of 64.93 and 66.83 with the incomplete category, while in the second cycle the average score for the pre-test was 74.37 and the post-test was 88.66 with the complete category. . The results of data analysis showed that learning outcomes increased, while the results of the student interest questionnaire showed 92.59% of students were very interested and 7.41% of students were interested. The collected data were also analyzed by calculating the N-gain and t-test resulting in the N-gain in Cycle I = 0.05 in the low category, while Ngain in the second cycle = 0.56 in the moderate category. The results of the t-test calculation show that t_hit = 9.69 while t_tab = 2.05 so that t_ (hit>) t_tab. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that science comics can increase students' interest and learning outcomes in the concept of global warming symptoms.
